Free plan / trial

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Instantly details read from its pricing and help pages on 15 and 17 October 2026.

Warmerly

Free plan (no card), or a 7-day trial

14-day free trial, no card (2 accounts, 250 leads, 1,000 emails)

The short answer

Free plan and free trial, in one look.

Warmerly has a Free plan with no card and no expiry: 1 mailbox, 1 campaign and 100 campaign sends a month. Instantly has a 14-day free trial with no card, limited to 2 email accounts, 250 uploaded leads and 1,000 campaign emails, after which the account is paused and later deleted unless you subscribe. One is a plan you can stay on, the other is a time-limited trial. Last checked 19 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Free is a real plan you can stay on indefinitely, with no card. Paid plans add a separate 7-day trial that does need a card.

01

What Free includes

Free costs $0 and needs no card. It includes 1 mailbox, 1 active campaign, 500 leads per campaign, 500 active prospects and 100 campaign sends a month. Warmup is included and never metered. It also has 250 email verifications, 50 email lookups, 50 LinkedIn lookups, 100 lead exports and 3 placement tests a month. AI credits are 0, and there is no API access.

02

Not a countdown

The Free plan has no expiry. Its 100 sends a month exist as an abuse guard, not as a trial clock. Because no card is held, nothing can be charged on Free, and you can stop using it or delete the workspace whenever you like. Moving to a paid plan, or buying an add-on such as a hosted mailbox, is the only step that asks for a card.

03

A sandbox mailbox from signup

Every signup gets a free sandbox mailbox already warming, so there is something to look at before you connect your own. The sandbox mailbox is a separate thing from the one mailbox the Free plan allows you to connect.

04

The 7-day trial on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency start with a 7-day free trial. A card is required to start it, nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then. During a trial the monthly allowances are Starter's whichever tier you trial, while mailbox and campaign ceilings are the tier's own. The trial is once per workspace. Visitors who claim the website's 30-day offer get 30 days instead.

05

Going back to Free

When a paid plan ends the workspace moves to the Free plan rather than being closed, and cancelling does not delete your data. If the workspace is over Free's limits, it is restricted straight away, including pausing campaign sending, until you reduce usage or subscribe again.

How Instantly does it

Instantly, in detail.

A 14-day trial that starts at signup with no card. It is capped at 2 email accounts, 250 uploaded leads and 1,000 campaign emails, and an unupgraded trial account is deleted after expiry.

01

Trial terms

The help centre says Instantly offers a 14-day free trial that starts automatically at signup, with no credit card required. It includes up to 2 connected email accounts, up to 250 leads uploaded to campaigns and up to 1,000 campaign emails. It also lists 100 free credits (with limited SuperSearch results) and 2 free inbox placement tests.

02

What is held back on the trial

The Outbound plans comparison table lists the Free Trial as 'No, only 2' for email accounts and warmup, 2 for the warmup pool SMTP limit, and No for advanced warmup settings, subsequences, the global block list, A/Z testing, API, Slack and Webhooks, Zapier, integrations, the email deliverability score and adding a workspace. Advanced sequences, advanced scheduling and analytics are Yes.

03

When the trial ends

After 14 days you lose access to the dashboard, warmup and accounts are paused, and all campaigns are paused. A trial account that has not been upgraded is deleted automatically after expiry. No charge is made, since no card was taken. To resume you subscribe to a paid plan, then unpause your accounts and re-enable warmup and campaigns.

What Instantly does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Searched instantly.ai/pricing (read 2026-10-19) for the trial's limits and found none on the page, although the Terms (section 5.1(a)) say trial restrictions are 'set forth at' that pricing page. The limits we quote come from the help centre.
  • Found no permanently free tier for outreach in the help centre or on the pricing page. The Terms mention 'No-Charge Offerings', such as a starter sending account, that Instantly may change or discontinue at any time, but we found no published detail of one.
  • The help centre trial article does not state a daily sending cap for the trial; only the 1,000 total emails.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Try it once, or keep a small setup running

Our reading: Instantly's trial is a two-week test with a hard stop, while Warmerly's Free plan lets one mailbox keep warming and a small campaign keep running for as long as you like. If you only need to warm one mailbox, that difference matters. If you want to test a real multi-mailbox setup, Free's single mailbox is tight.

2

Sending room differs

Our reading: Instantly's trial allows 1,000 campaign emails in total, which is more than Warmerly's 100 a month on Free in the first month, but Instantly's number is a one-off cap and Warmerly's resets monthly.

3

A card changes the risk

Our reading: both starts need no card. Warmerly's 7-day paid-plan trial does need a card, and charges on day 8 unless you cancel, so test the multi-mailbox paid features only when you are ready to watch that date.

4

What happens to your data

Our reading: leaving Instantly's trial unpaid leads to deletion of the trial account. Warmerly's Free plan has no expiry, so the plan itself never ends and triggers no deletion. We have not checked what happens to a long-abandoned free account.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want a plan you can stay on for free, with no end date, to keep one mailbox warming.
  • You want a plan with no end date, so stepping away for a month does not end it.
  • You want a trial of a bigger plan: 5, 25 or 100 mailboxes for 7 days, accepting that it needs a card.
  • You want free email verification (250 a month) and 3 placement tests a month on the free plan.

Instantly is the better fit if

  • You want to test campaigns end to end with 2 accounts and up to 1,000 emails, without giving a card, for 14 days.
  • You want the longer evaluation window: 14 days against 7.
  • You want free placement tests (2) and 100 credits included in the trial.
  • You already know you will pay and want to see Instantly's sequences, scheduling and analytics first.
Questions
Do I need a card for the Warmerly trial?

Not for the Free plan. Starter, Growth and Agency start with a 7-day free trial that does need a card. Nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then.

What does Instantly's free trial include?

14 days from signup with no card: up to 2 email accounts, up to 250 leads uploaded to campaigns and up to 1,000 campaign emails, plus 100 credits and 2 inbox placement tests.

What happens when Instantly's trial ends?

Dashboard access is lost, warmup, accounts and campaigns are paused, and a trial account that has not been upgraded is deleted automatically. You are not charged.

Is there a free Instantly plan after the trial?

We found no permanent free outreach plan on Instantly's pricing page or in its help centre. The next step is the Growth plan at $47 a month.
