How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Customer data is hosted in the EU, and new plans are sold in USD, GBP or EUR. That is the full extent of what we claim about hosting.

01

Where customer data is hosted

Customer data is hosted in the EU. This is the only hosting claim we make: nothing about providers, regions, certifications or residency guarantees.

02

Three billing currencies

New paid plans are sold in USD, GBP or EUR. Monthly prices are Starter $19, £15, €17; Growth $49, £39, €45; Agency $179, £149, €165. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price in each currency. Free costs nothing in any of them.

03

How the currency is picked

A visitor can choose UK, Europe or Global with a region picker on the pricing page. Otherwise the currency follows the country: pounds for the UK and Crown Dependencies, euros for the EU, the rest of the EEA, Switzerland and a few euro-using places, dollars everywhere else. Checkout ignores any currency sent by the browser and charges the one the server picked, so what the page quotes is what Stripe charges.

04

A currency is only sold when it is ready

GBP and EUR are each checked against Stripe every 10 minutes, to confirm every plan and add-on price exists in that currency and matches the site. If anything is off, visitors are sold USD instead, and nothing fails. Once a subscription exists it keeps its currency, because Stripe locks a customer to one currency.

05

Add-ons follow the same currencies

LinkedIn accounts are $19, £15 or €17 a month each. Plans, hosted mailboxes, WhatsApp and LinkedIn slots and AI credit packs have prices in all three currencies, so a pound or euro customer can buy everything in their own currency. Startup-programme and OneMail-only checkouts are always in USD.

How Instantly does it

Instantly, in detail.

Instantly states it generally stores service data in the United States, lists most sub-processors in the US, offers a GDPR DPA with standard contractual clauses, and prices in US dollars.

01

Where data is stored

The privacy policy has a section titled 'Storage of Information in the United States'. It says connections will likely go to servers in the United States and that 'We generally store the Information used in our Services in the United States.' It warns that this information may be subject to laws with lesser or different privacy standards than those in your own country, with the European Union given as an example.

02

Sub-processor list and locations

The DPA points to a public sub-processor list at trust.instantly.ai. It shows 27 sub-processors. Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare, Render, PlanetScale, Vercel and most others are listed as United States. Hetzner Online GmbH is listed as Germany and Pusher as the United Kingdom. The list does not say which sub-processor holds which customer's data.

03

DPA and EU transfers

Instantly publishes a Data Processing Addendum, made between the subscriber and Foo Monk LLC, a Wyoming company that the DPA names as 'Instantly'. It incorporates the EU standard contractual clauses (Decision 2021/914) and the UK addendum for restricted transfers. The privacy policy says it transfers data using adequacy decisions, approved contracts such as the SCCs, or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and UK-US Data Bridge. New sub-processors get at least 15 days' notice, and the customer may object in writing within 15 days. Breach notice is 'without undue delay'.

04

Trust Center and audits

Its Trust Center, launched on 23 September 2026 according to the page, lists SOC 2 Type I and SOC 2 Type II under Compliance, with a 'Request access' button for documents. It also links the DPA and the privacy policy.

What Instantly does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Searched instantly.ai/privacy, instantly.ai/dpa, trust.instantly.ai (overview and subprocessors) and the help centre for a way to choose an EU data region or an EU-only hosting option, and found no statement about one.
  • instantly.ai/gdpr, instantly.ai/security, instantly.ai/legal and instantly.ai/subprocessors returned 'Page Not Found' on 2026-10-19, so there is no separate GDPR or security page at those addresses.
  • Found no page naming which cloud region customer campaign data sits in, only the sub-processor list with country of each provider.
  • Found no statement of billing in pounds or euros in the Terms, the pricing page or the help centre pages we read.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Where the data sits is a real difference

Our reading: if you or your clients need customer data kept in the EU, Warmerly says it is, and Instantly's own privacy policy says it generally stores service data in the United States. We would not call either arrangement lawful or unlawful: that depends on your own legal advice and the transfer terms you sign.

2

Instantly gives more written detail

Our reading: Instantly publishes a DPA, a named sub-processor list and a Trust Center with SOC 2 listings. Warmerly's published claim on hosting is one sentence, so a buyer who needs a detailed paper trail should ask us for it, not assume it.

3

Paying in your own currency

Our reading: a UK or euro customer pays Warmerly in pounds or euros and sees a fixed price, where an Instantly customer pays in dollars and the card issuer converts. Exchange rates and any card fee are between you and your bank.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want customer data hosted in the EU.
  • You want to be billed in pounds or euros rather than dollars.
  • You are a UK or European agency and want a price that does not move with the exchange rate.
  • You want the cheapest plan to be £15 or €17 a month for 5 mailboxes.

Instantly is the better fit if

  • You want a published DPA, a named sub-processor list and a Trust Center with SOC 2 Type I and II listed, before you sign.
  • US storage is fine for your use and you are comfortable with transfers under standard contractual clauses.
  • You prefer to pay in US dollars.
  • Your procurement team asks for SOC 2 documents; Instantly lists them in its Trust Center.
