Emails per month on starting plan

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Instantly details read from its pricing and help pages on 15 and 17 October 2026.

Warmerly

No cap on sends

5,000

The short answer

Emails per month on the starting plan, in one look.

Warmerly paid plans have no monthly meter on campaign sends; what limits you in practice is a daily cap on each mailbox (30 by default) and a daily cap on each campaign (30 by default, editable). Instantly Growth includes 5,000 emails a month, and it lists 125,000 on Hypergrowth on its plan cards and help centre but 100,000 in its own pricing-page table. Last checked 19 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

No monthly send allowance on Starter, Growth or Agency. Sending is shaped by per-mailbox and per-campaign daily limits, a ramp for young mailboxes, and automatic slow-downs for bounces.

01

No monthly meter on paid plans

campaignSends is null on Starter, Growth and Agency, which the code defines as unmetered. The code comment says the mailbox cap already bounds monthly volume tighter than the old per-tier send caps did, and that metering sends on top only punished customers for using the mailboxes they had paid for. On this page 'no cap on sends' means no meter, not unlimited volume.

02

The Free plan is capped

The Free plan allows 100 campaign sends a month (FREE_TRIAL_CAMPAIGN_LIMIT) as an abuse guard, with 1 mailbox and 500 leads. Moving to a paid plan removes that meter.

03

Per-mailbox daily limit

Each mailbox has a daily_campaign_limit, default 30. It can be changed per mailbox, up to 1,000 through the account settings API. The campaign engine takes the lower of this and the ramp cap, then lowers it further if a bounce brake or a spam-flag factor applies. Nothing can raise a mailbox above its own limit.

04

Per-campaign daily limit, default 30

Each campaign also has its own daily_limit, default 30, settable from 1 to 50,000. The campaign sends no more than that in its own local day, tightened further by the ramp (ramp cap times number of sending mailboxes). So a new campaign with five mailboxes sends at most 30 a day until its daily limit is raised.

05

Pacing, schedule and the ramp

The default schedule is Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 in the campaign's time zone, and the default minimum wait between sends on a mailbox is 10 minutes, which is a pacing ceiling of 48 a day per mailbox at those defaults (our arithmetic: 480 minutes / 10). The volume ramp starts at 3 emails per mailbox on day 1 and adds 1 a day to a ceiling of 15, and it is on by default for a campaign whose mailboxes have under 14 days of warmup.

06

What this adds up to

The code comment puts 5 mailboxes at roughly 4,500 sends a month if each sends 30 a day every day. On the default Monday to Friday schedule it is lower: 5 x 30 x about 21.7 weekdays is roughly 3,250 (our arithmetic). Raising the per-mailbox limit raises the ceiling; mailbox providers apply their own sending limits too, which this brief does not cover.

How Instantly does it

Instantly, in detail.

Instantly sells monthly email volume by plan: 5,000 on Growth, 125,000 on Hypergrowth, 500,000 on Light Speed, with add-ons at $87 for +125,000. Daily limits per account and per campaign sit underneath that.

02

Its own pricing page disagrees on Hypergrowth

The comparison table lower on the pricing page lists Emails per month as 5,000 for Growth and 100,000 for Hypergrowth, while the card above it says 125,000. The pricing FAQ also still says 'more than 25,000 leads or send more than 100,000 emails'. The help centre says 125,000, so we treat 125,000 as current and flag the conflict.

03

Add-ons raise the monthly figure

Each Outbound add-on is $87 a month and adds 125,000 emails and 25,000 uploaded contacts, but only on Hypergrowth or Light Speed. Growth has no add-on route and moves up a plan instead.

04

Daily limits per account and per campaign

Each account has a daily campaign limit shared across all its campaigns; Instantly recommends 30 per account per day (AirMail accounts up to 20). A campaign has its own daily limit, and the recommended value is the number of accounts times 30. Warmup emails do not count towards either limit.

What Instantly does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Searched help.instantly.ai (plans overview, plans comparison, add-on pricing, billing overview, the campaign-not-sending troubleshooting guide) and the Terms for what happens when a workspace reaches its monthly email allowance (pause, block, or overage charge); none states it. Terms 5.2 says generally that exceeding paid transactions is invoiced as overage at then-current rates in arrears, but does not name emails.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

At 5 mailboxes the two plans send a similar amount

Our reading: five accounts at the recommended 30 a day is 150 a day. Over about 21.7 weekdays that is roughly 3,250 a month, under Instantly Growth's 5,000. So on a small setup the monthly allowance and Warmerly's daily limits point to a similar volume.

2

Instantly's cap only binds as you add accounts

Our reading: at 30 a day and Monday to Friday sending, about eight accounts reach 5,000 a month (8 x 30 x 21.7 is roughly 5,200). Past that, Growth stops you; on Warmerly the limit that grows with you is the mailbox count.

3

Check the campaign limit, not just the mailbox limit

Our reading: a new Warmerly campaign defaults to 30 a day across all its mailboxes, so five mailboxes will not send 150 a day until the campaign's daily limit is raised. Raise it when you launch.

4

'No cap on sends' is not 'send anything'

Our reading: the ramp, the bounce brake and mailbox providers' own limits still shape what you can send safely. Warmerly removes the meter, not the reasons to send slowly.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want to stop counting emails and let your mailbox count and daily limits set the pace
  • You would rather not see a monthly allowance fall short mid-month
  • You want a ramp that starts for you on young mailboxes
  • You want to set daily limits per mailbox and per campaign yourself

Instantly is the better fit if

  • You plan to send well beyond what a handful of mailboxes can, and want 125,000 or 500,000 a month on a named plan
  • You want a documented monthly allowance that tells you your volume ceiling up front
  • You want add-ons that step the allowance up by 125,000 emails
  • You like an optional slow ramp that you can switch on per account or in bulk
Questions
How many emails can I send a month on Warmerly Starter?

There is no monthly meter on Starter. What limits you is the daily limit on each mailbox (30 by default, up to 1,000 in the settings API) and on each campaign (30 by default), plus the ramp for young mailboxes and automatic slow-downs for bounces.

How many emails does Instantly Growth include?

5,000 a month, read on 19 October 2026. Hypergrowth is 125,000 on its plan cards and help pages, but its pricing-page comparison table says 100,000.

Does the Warmerly Free plan have a send cap?

Yes: 100 campaign sends a month with 1 mailbox and 500 leads.

What happens when I hit Instantly's monthly limit?

We could not find Instantly's help centre or pricing page stating this, so we do not say.

Do warmup emails count against these limits?

On Instantly, warmup emails do not count towards the daily account or campaign limits (help centre, read 19 October 2026). On Warmerly, the Free plan's 100 sends and the daily campaign limits apply to campaign sends; our warmup mechanics are covered on the warmup pages, not here.
