Highest published send volume

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Smartlead details read from its pricing page, home page and help centre on 17 and 19 October 2026.

Warmerly

No meter; each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default

Smartlead

500,000 a month on Unlimited Prime ($379)

The short answer

Highest published send volume, in one look.

Warmerly publishes no send volume at all, since paid plans do not meter sends. Volume is set by mailbox count and each mailbox's daily limit (30 by default), roughly 90,000 a month on Agency's 100 mailboxes once they are established. Smartlead publishes up to 500,000 emails a month, on Unlimited Prime at $379. Smartlead is ahead at high volume, and at 90,000 a month its Pro plan lists a lower price than Agency. Last checked 19 October 2026.

Warmerly's steps assume mailboxes sending the default 30 a day, every day of a 30 day month, so Starter's 5 mailboxes reach about 4,500, Growth's 25 about 22,500 and Agency's 100 about 90,000. Beyond 100 mailboxes, Max is priced on a call and we publish no price or volume for it. Smartlead lists unlimited email accounts on every plan, so its steps are set by its monthly email count. At 90,000 a month, Smartlead Pro at $94 lists a lower price than Warmerly Agency at $179. At 150,000 and above, only Smartlead publishes a price.

Prices are monthly billing, read on 19 October 2026. The plans are not like for like: Warmerly's price covers mailbox slots, client workspaces and other features, Smartlead's covers email volume and contacts. Mailboxes themselves come from your email provider or an add-on on either side.

4814244270
0255075 a day
  • Warmerly, 30: each mailbox's default daily campaign limit. You can change it, and the ramp and reputation brake can lower it.
  • Smartlead, 40 to 50: the range help article 58 recommends for a mailbox's Messages per day, counting cold emails and warm-ups together. Its benchmark page advises 50 cold emails a day or fewer.
  • Smartlead data, 4 to 70: the quietest 10 per cent of mailboxes send 4 or fewer cold emails a day, the quietest 25 per cent 8 or fewer, the median is 14, the busiest 25 per cent send 24 or more, the busiest 10 per cent 42 or more and the busiest 5 per cent 70 or more. Half of all mailboxes send between 8 and 24.
Smartlead publishes the benchmark and sells the product, so the 50 is its own guidance, not a rule it enforces. We found no benchmark of this kind from Warmerly.

Mailboxes it takes

How many mailboxes a monthly volume needs at three daily paces. The same arithmetic applies to both products.

Each cell is the monthly volume divided by the daily pace times 30 days, rounded up (our arithmetic). Darker cells need more mailboxes. Smartlead lists unlimited accounts, so a bigger fleet does not change its plan, but you still have to connect and warm every mailbox. Warmerly's Agency plan connects up to 100 mailboxes; above that is a Max call.
How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

No published monthly send figure. The ceiling is mailboxes times the daily limit.

01

No meter to publish

Paid plans have no monthly send cap, so there is no top figure to quote. We do not call this unlimited.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

02

The daily limit sets the pace

Each mailbox has a daily campaign limit, 30 by default and changeable. The ramp and the reputation brake can tighten it.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

03

Agency arithmetic

100 mailboxes at 30 a day is 3,000 a day, about 90,000 a month (our arithmetic, every mailbox at the default every day of a 30 day month). Raising the daily limit would raise this, subject to the ramp and brake.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

04

Beyond 100 mailboxes

Max is priced on a call for more than 100 mailboxes. We publish no volume or price for it.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

05

What 500,000 a month would take

At 30 a day, 500,000 a month needs about 556 mailboxes, which is above Agency, so it would be a Max conversation. At 50 a day it would be about 334 mailboxes (our arithmetic).

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

06

Other limits still apply

Active prospects are capped by plan: 5,000 on Starter, 50,000 on Growth, 250,000 on Agency, with 100,000 leads in any one Agency campaign.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

07

New mailboxes ramp first

A campaign's ramp starts at 3 emails per mailbox on sending day 1, adds 1 a day up to 15, and is on by default for projects with a mailbox under 14 days of warmup. The monthly figures here are for established mailboxes.

Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026

08

The ramp can only tighten the limit

The cap used is the smaller of the mailbox's daily limit and the ramp cap, so it never lets a mailbox exceed its own limit.

Pace in practice

Its benchmark page says the median mailbox sends 14 cold emails a day, half send between 8 and 24, the busiest 10 per cent send 42 or more and the busiest 5 per cent 70 or more. It advises 50 cold emails a day or fewer per mailbox. The data covers January to June 2026 and more than 850 million emails.

What Smartlead does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • A hard upper bound for the Messages per day setting: not found.
  • Whether SmartServices prices are published anywhere: none found on the pricing page.
  • Whether unused email credits roll over: not stated.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

For high volume, Smartlead is ahead

Our reading: 500,000 emails a month on a published price is well beyond what Agency reaches at the default limit. If you send at that scale, Smartlead fits better.

2

At 90,000 a month the prices flip

Our reading: Smartlead Pro lists 90,000 emails for $94, while on Warmerly the same volume needs 100 mailboxes on Agency at $179. The comparison changes if you already have the mailboxes, and Smartlead's own advice is to add mailboxes to scale.

3

Both need mailboxes to send at scale

Our reading: Smartlead lists unlimited accounts, but at its advised 50 a day, 90,000 a month still needs about 60 mailboxes. The mailboxes themselves come from your email provider or an add-on on either side.

4

A bigger daily limit is an option, not a promise

Our reading: raising the daily limit on Warmerly raises the ceiling, but the ramp and reputation brake still apply, and sending harder from a mailbox is a deliverability risk.

5

Most senders never get near either

Our reading: Smartlead's median mailbox sends 14 a day, so a 20 mailbox fleet is about 8,400 a month, well inside both.

6

Check what you need before you pay for headroom

Our reading: the busiest 5 per cent of mailboxes in Smartlead's data send 70 or more a day. If you are nowhere near that, a plan with 500,000 emails is room you will not use.
