HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Clay, Zapier, Make and n8n listed
Integrations, in one look.
Warmerly has no named CRM connectors that we could find. It offers an API and signed webhooks on the Agency plan ($179 a month), which tools such as Zapier can call, and an MCP server on every plan for AI assistants. Smartlead is clearly ahead on integrations. Its integrations page shows 34 distinct named tools by our count, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Clay, Slack and Zapier, and its API docs list six campaign webhook events (sent, opened, clicked, replied, bounced, unsubscribed). Smartlead's own pricing text says CRM access starts on Pro ($94 a month), so the integrations are not on every plan. Last checked 19 October 2026.

Warmerly: no named connector pages. Smartlead: 34 distinct names by our count. The two are not like for like: an API is a way to build a connection, a card is a ready made one.
What a webhook tells you
Which events each one can push to your own system
About a campaign email
About a mailbox
Warmerly's webhooks are on the Agency plan, Smartlead's on Pro and above per its pricing text. Smartlead's help articles describe a few more payloads than its API docs list, so the half marks are our reading of article titles, not tested events.
Pick the tool you use
What each product says about connecting to it
HubSpot
No native connector found. Possible through the API on Agency, but webhooks do not send replies.
A native card plus a help article. Leads, deals and activity such as opens and replies go to HubSpot. Smartlead's pricing text puts CRM access on Pro and above.
Salesforce
No native connector found. The API on Agency is the route.
A card that says native two-way sync, while its FAQ says Salesforce syncs through OutboundSync. Its own pages disagree, so test it in the trial.
Pipedrive
No native connector found. The API on Agency is the route.
A card that claims 49 native tools, the largest count on its page.
Clay
No native connector found. The API on Agency is the route.
A card and a help article, Integrating Smartlead With Clay. Its FAQ calls it native.
Slack
No Slack app found. Webhooks carry mailbox health events only.
A card for real time updates, and a help article, Smartlead and Slack Integration.
Zapier
Through the API, on Agency. We found no Warmerly app listed in its docs, only the help page's mention of tools like Zapier.
A card that says 1,000+ apps without code. The help article is titled Zapier Setup (beta).
Make
No listed app found. The API on Agency could drive it.
Named in its home page FAQ, with no card on the integrations page.
n8n
No listed app found. The API on Agency could drive it.
A step by step guide in its help centre, and named in its home page FAQ.
Claude or ChatGPT
An MCP server on every plan, signed in with OAuth 2.1. It cannot start or resume campaign sending.
MCP with 170 actions claimed on its home page. The help article says Claude Desktop only, over SSE, with your API key in the connection URL.
Your own code
A REST API with an X-Api-Key header on the Agency plan, 60 requests a minute by default.
A REST API with an api_key query parameter, from Pro per its pricing text. Rate limits are published by tier.
Warmerly answers come from its docs and code. Smartlead answers come from its integrations page, help centre, API docs and home page, read on 19 October 2026. Where the two differ in depth we have said so rather than guess.
Warmerly, in detail.
No named CRM or automation connectors found. You connect through the Agency API, 16 mailbox health webhook events, and an MCP server that works on every plan.
API and Zapier-style tools
The help page says an API key is for your own code, scripts or tools like Zapier. API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). We found no listed Zapier, Make or n8n app of Warmerly's own in the docs.

Webhooks: 16 mailbox health events
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. The 16 event types are score_drop, score_floor, oauth_disconnected, auth_fail, dns_changed, smtp_fail, imap_fail, flagged, auto_paused, auto_resumed, manual_pause, aged_in, marked_dead, oauth_refresh_fail, oauth_connected and oauth_reconnected. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only, and each user can hold up to 10 subscriptions.

How webhook deliveries behave
Every delivery carries an X-Warmerly-Signature header, the hex-encoded HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body. Each delivery is tried up to 3 times (0.5 seconds, then 1 second, between attempts). A failed event is not redelivered later, and a subscription switches itself off after 10 consecutive sweeps in which a delivery failed. Redirects are never followed.

MCP server on every plan
An MCP server at /api/mcp lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor read and act in a workspace after an OAuth 2.1 sign-in. It is on every plan including Free and needs no API key. No tool can start or resume campaign sending.
Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026
Mailbox connections
Connects Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, with Google and Microsoft sign-in. Warmerly also has hosted mailboxes.
Warmerly product, checked 19 October 2026
Other channels
The code includes LinkedIn through a hosted service and WhatsApp as paid slots. These are channels inside Warmerly, not third-party app connectors.

What each plan unlocks
Free, Starter and Growth get the MCP server but not the API or webhooks, which return a 403 agency_plan_required error. Agency ($179 a month, also in the 7-day Agency trial) adds the API and webhooks.

No CRM sync found
We searched the product code and docs for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce connectors and found them only in lead-data and marketing files, not as integrations. If one exists outside the repo, we did not find it.

Smartlead, in detail.
A long list of named integrations, Zapier, webhooks at user, client and campaign level, a full API and an MCP server. Its pricing text puts CRM access, API and webhooks on Pro and above.
Named integrations
The integrations page shows 34 distinct names by our count, including Pipedrive, Salesforce, Attio, GoHighLevel, Zoho CRM, Insightly, HubSpot, OutboundSync, Notion, ClickUp, Cal.com, Slack, Intercom, Clay, Zapier, Gmail and Outlook. Several cards repeat, so the exact count is approximate. Its filter tabs are All, Sales/CRMs, Communication, Automation, Leads and Mailbox Providers.

Native tool counts it claims
Cards quote how many native tools each connection offers: Pipedrive 49, Attio 20, Insightly 17, GetSales.io 17, Zoho CRM 16, ClickUp 13, Notion 12, Supabase 9, Anymail Finder 5 and ZenRows 4. These counts are Smartlead's own and we did not test any of them.

HubSpot, in its help article
Setup uses custom HubSpot properties in a group called Smartlead. Leads and their updates go to HubSpot, deals are created at the HubSpot stage you choose for a lead category, and opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces are logged as notes. HubSpot lists can pull leads into campaigns. The article does not call it two-way sync and does not state a plan.

Zapier, Make and n8n
The Zapier card says it connects to 1,000+ apps without code, and a help article is titled Zapier Setup (beta). The home page FAQ names Zapier, Make and n8n. Make has no card on the integrations page, and the help centre has a step by step n8n guide.

Webhooks: six campaign events
The API docs list EMAIL_SENT, EMAIL_OPENED, EMAIL_CLICKED, EMAIL_REPLIED, EMAIL_BOUNCED and EMAIL_UNSUBSCRIBED. A webhook can be set at user, client or campaign level, and a user-level one takes priority. Help articles mention further payloads, such as lead category updated and campaign status changed, and an email or social platform disconnect payload.

Webhook retries
The API docs say failed deliveries are retried after 1 minute, 5 minutes, 15 minutes, 1 hour and 6 hours, and that a webhook is disabled after 5 failed attempts. They also say webhook deliveries are not subject to API rate limits. A help article says only that slow responses or errors cause retries, with no counts.

MCP server
The home page describes an MCP section with 170 actions across campaigns, leads, analytics and inbox. The help article says MCP works in Claude Desktop only, over SSE, with your API key placed in the connection URL.

What Smartlead does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which plans get which individual integration: the pricing text names CRM access as starting on Pro, but no per tool plan table is published.
- How deep each native integration goes beyond Smartlead's own wording; we did not test any.
- Whether the Zapier app is still in beta: the help article is titled beta but the integrations page does not say so.
- Which header carries Smartlead's webhook signature, and where its secret comes from.
- Whether HeyReach and Aimfox are native: they appear in the FAQ and description but have no card.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Smartlead fits a CRM-led stack
Our reading: if replies must reach HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive without code, Smartlead lists those connections and Warmerly does not.
The two webhook sets do different jobs
Our reading: Smartlead's six events describe what happened to a campaign email, which is what a CRM sync needs. Warmerly's 16 events describe a mailbox, such as a score drop or an auto pause, which suits an alerting or reporting script.
Warmerly is thin outside AI and API
Our reading: Warmerly's integration story is an Agency API, health webhooks and an MCP server. If you do not need those, you will have to move data between tools yourself.
The MCP routes differ in who can use them
Our reading: Warmerly's MCP server signs in with OAuth and is on Free. Smartlead's needs an API key in a config file, and its pricing text puts the API on Pro and above.
Smartlead's integrations are not on every plan
Our reading: its pricing text says CRM access starts on Pro at $94 a month, so Base at $39 may not give you the connection you are comparing. Confirm in the trial.
Check each connection in the trial
Our reading: Smartlead's claims about native depth are its own, and its Salesforce description differs between its card and its FAQ. Test the one you rely on in the 14-day trial.

Smartlead is the better fit if
- You need native HubSpot, Salesforce or Pipedrive connections.
- You want campaign event webhooks for opens, clicks and replies.
