Cost at 5 and 25 mailboxes, in one look.

What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A price that steps up in blocks: $19 for up to 5 mailboxes, $49 for up to 25, $179 for up to 100, so the cost per mailbox falls inside each block.
Inside a block, extra mailboxes are free
Connecting a fourth or fifth mailbox on Starter adds nothing to the bill, and neither does the twentieth or twenty-fifth on Growth. The limit is enforced when you try to connect one past the plan, with a message, not on a later invoice.

The step from 5 to 6 mailboxes
A sixth mailbox moves you from Starter to Growth, which is $30 a month more ($49 less $19). From there to 25 mailboxes the price stays at $49. Our arithmetic on the published plan prices.

What each block costs per mailbox
Divided out, Starter is $3.80 a mailbox when all 5 are used, Growth is $1.96 at 25 and Agency is $1.79 at 100. The code notes Agency was set at 100 mailboxes so the price per mailbox keeps falling as the plan grows.

Hosted mailboxes do not use a slot
Mailboxes Warmerly hosts for you through OneMail are bought per unit and do not count against the plan's mailbox limit. Pool mailboxes used for warmup also do not use a slot. Only your own connected mailboxes count.

Going over after a downgrade
A nightly check compares each workspace to its plan. A workspace that drifts over a limit gets 30 days of grace before it is locked. A plan change that shrinks the limit applies with no grace period.

Allowances sit beside the mailbox count
Starter includes 5,000 email verifications a month, Growth 25,000 and Agency 150,000. These and the lookup and export allowances are separate from the mailbox price and reset monthly.

Warmup Inbox, in detail.
A per-inbox price that falls at 5, 10, 15, 25 and 50 inboxes. Each band rate applies to every inbox, so the monthly total is the band rate times the number of inboxes.
Basic bands, annual billing
Multiplying the page's per-inbox rates by the slider stops gives $15 for 1 inbox, $70 for 5, $125 for 10, $165 for 15, $225 for 25 and $375 for 50. The page's slider text says that every inbox you add lowers the average.

Basic bands, monthly billing

The top of the slider is 50
The slider stops at 50 inboxes. Beyond that the card for 51 and up says its discount keeps going but it needs to know more about your setup, and it asks you to book a short call to get a price.

Its own page quotes a different 10-inbox figure
Its comparison page for Mailwarm gives Basic at $150 a month for 10 inboxes on annual billing and $190 on monthly. The pricing page bands would give $125 and $160. We show the bands, because they are on the pricing page itself.

Aliases are treated as separate inboxes
Its Gmail integration page says each alias or domain is treated as a separate inbox in the product. It does not say how aliases are billed. Its help centre says to connect the primary address of an alias, because all sending starts there.

What Warmup Inbox does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether the band rate is applied to every inbox or only to inboxes above the stop; the slider output we multiplied suggests every inbox, and the page says so for the 51-plus tier only
- A published price above 50 inboxes
- Whether a mix of plans, for example 10 on Basic and 2 on Pro, is priced by one band or two
- How the band is chosen when you add and remove inboxes during a month
- A cap on the number of inboxes you can connect on the free Freemium plan, beyond the word unlimited
- How an alias or an added domain is billed, since the page says only that it is treated as a separate inbox
- A discount beyond the annual and band rates, such as a non-profit or agency rate
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Its FAQ says the price comes down from your second inbox, yet the band data on the same page keeps the list price until 5 inboxes.
- Its Mailwarm comparison page quotes Basic at $150 a month for 10 inboxes, while its pricing page bands multiply to $125 on annual billing.
- The 51-plus card says Past 50 inboxes the discount keeps going, but the slider tops out at 50, so no figure above that is public.
Only what we could verify.

Warmup Inbox
Per month. Warmup Inbox prices are per inbox: the cards show annual billing and its page data gives the monthly list prices, and the rate falls in bands from 5 inboxes up to 50; read on warmupinbox.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and are billed monthly here; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
The gap is widest in the middle
At 25 mailboxes the difference between Growth and Basic on annual billing is $176 a month ($225 less $49). At 5 it is $51 on annual billing and $71 on monthly. Warmup Inbox's bands narrow the gap as you scale but never close it at the sizes it publishes.
Pro and Max change the picture only for features
Because Pro and Max are priced per inbox as well, a team that needs their controls pays that multiple on every inbox. Twenty-five inboxes on Pro is $725 a month annual. Warmerly has no equivalent paid tier of warmup controls, so there is nothing to put against it on price.
Your real number is the smaller one
Warmerly's block sizes are 5, 25 and 100. If you run 6 mailboxes you pay for the 25 block, $49, and if you run 26 you pay $179. A mailbox count just above a block edge is where the per-inbox model can look closer than usual.
Quote only above 50, on both sides in a way
Warmup Inbox asks for a call past 50 inboxes. Warmerly publishes a price to 100 mailboxes and uses a custom Max plan above that. For a team of 60 to 100 mailboxes, one side lists a figure and the other asks you to book a call.
Check what each mailbox actually does
A Warmup Inbox inbox warms at up to 75 a day on Basic. A Warmerly mailbox warms on a ramp to 50 a day, with Gmail held to 40. Price per mailbox says nothing about whether you need the higher ceiling, so decide that first.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You run 5 or more mailboxes and want the price to stop growing with the count
- You are between 6 and 25 mailboxes and want one $49 line on the invoice
- You want a published price up to 100 mailboxes without booking a call
- You want one bill that also covers campaigns and a reply inbox
- You would rather see a ceiling on cost than a price that rises per inbox
Warmup Inbox is the better fit if
- You warm 1 to 4 inboxes and will pay the list price on annual billing
- You want to pay only for the inboxes you connect this month, pro rata
- You want to mix plans and features inbox by inbox
- You want the band discounts to apply on top of a Pro or Max feature set
- You are above 50 inboxes and want to talk to a sales specialist about volume
