A free plan with no card and no end date (1 mailbox, 100 campaign sends a month), or a 7-day trial on paid plans, which takes a card.

A Freemium plan with unlimited inboxes at 15 warmup emails a week, and a 7-day trial with no card.
Free plan or trial, in one look.
Both have a free plan and a 7-day trial, and they differ in what the free parts hold. Warmerly's Free plan is one mailbox on the full warmup ramp with 100 campaign sends a month, no card and no end date, and its paid trial takes a card. Warmup Inbox's Freemium plan takes unlimited inboxes at 15 warmup emails a week, and its 7-day trial asks for no card. Neither is a clear winner: the one that suits you depends on whether you want to test warmup properly on one mailbox or touch many inboxes lightly. Last checked 21 October 2026.

What each pricing page describes
Warmerly's trial takes a card. Warmup Inbox's does not. Its Freemium plan is 15 warmup emails a week.
Warmerly, in detail.
A Free plan that never expires and needs no card, then a 7-day trial on paid plans that does need one, with a published refund rule and a 30-day inbox guarantee.
Free is not a countdown
Free has no expiry. Its 100 campaign sends a month exist as an abuse guard, not as a trial clock. Because no card is held, nothing can be charged, and you can stop using it or delete the workspace whenever you like.

What the Free mailbox does
The mailbox warms on the same ramp as any paid one, from 4 a day on day 0 to 50 a day by day 30. Warmup is never metered. Free also includes 3 placement tests and 250 email verifications a month, and has no AI credits and no API.

A sandbox mailbox from signup
Every signup gets a free sandbox mailbox that is already warming, so there is something to look at before you connect your own. It is separate from the one mailbox the Free plan lets you connect.

The 7-day trial takes a card
Starter, Growth and Agency normally begin with a 7-day trial. A card is needed to start it, nothing is charged during the 7 days and the first charge lands on day 8. Cancel before day 8 and you are not billed at all.

Trial limits to know
The trial is once per workspace, and you can skip it and be charged straight away. During a trial some allowances sit at Starter levels whichever plan you picked. Cancelling during a trial ends access at once and moves the workspace to Free.

The 30-day inbox guarantee
On a paid plan, if a mailbox warming for 30 days shows no placement improvement between its first test and one on or after day 30, we refund that month's fee. Conditions apply, including both tests run in Warmerly and one refund per workspace. It is a refund of one month, not a promise of any result.

Cancelling and pausing
There is no contract, minimum term or cancellation fee. A monthly plan can be paused for 1 to 3 months, once a year, with nothing charged while paused. Payments already taken are not refunded except in the cases the refund page lists.

Warmup Inbox, in detail.
A Freemium plan labelled $0 forever with unlimited inboxes at 15 warmup emails a week, and a 7-day trial of the chosen plan with no card. Cancelled subscriptions fall to a monitoring plan.
Freemium
The pricing page lists Freemium as no card needed, unlimited inboxes, 15 warmup emails a week, receiving from the network and basic reports, at $0 forever. The home page says start on the free plan, no trial clock.

A 7-day trial with no card
The FAQ describes the trial as full access to your chosen plan for 7 days, no credit card up front, and no charge if you cancel during it. Its terms add: we offer a 7 day free trial, only 1 trial per person.

The trial defaults to Pro
A help article says the trial gives full access to Pro features and that Pro is the default option. To keep it close to Basic you set lower daily sending limits yourself. It says Pro offers a comprehensive experience of the service.

Cancelling puts you on a free monitoring plan
Its terms say that when a subscription ends all your inboxes convert to the free plan, and that leaving inboxes connected means you agree. A help article describes the Free Monitoring plan as 5 emails a day, with the dashboard delayed by 7 days.

A paid monitoring plan at $7 a month
The same article describes a paid Monitoring plan at $7 a month. It starts at 2 emails on day one and adds 4 a day up to 50, with no data delay. It monitors where emails land and does not move them out of spam or promotions.

Refunds and withdrawal
The terms say an order is non-cancelable and sums paid are nonrefundable except as the agreement provides. Consumers may withdraw within fourteen calendar days unless paid use began with consent, and business subscription payments are non-refundable after that period.

Cancelling a subscription
The FAQ says you can cancel anytime from the dashboard, and the subscription stays active until the end of the prepaid period. The terms add that service renews automatically unless you cancel.

What Warmup Inbox does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A refund guarantee or a placement guarantee; the page says cancel anytime and the terms say sums paid are non-refundable
- What the Freemium plan's 15 warmup emails a week are sent to, and whether they use the same network as paid inboxes
- Whether the trial applies to every plan or only to a new account, beyond the one per person rule
- How the Freemium plan and the Free Monitoring plan differ, since both appear as free
- A trial length shown on the help article for the Pro default; the 7 days comes from the pricing page and terms
- What happens to a monitoring plan's data after the 7-day delay
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The home page says Freemium has no trial clock, and the help centre describes a separate Free Monitoring plan that applies on cancellation; the pages do not say whether the two are the same plan.
- The help article on the Free Monitoring plan describes the Paid Monitoring plan as 50 emails every day and also as a ramp from 2 emails to a maximum of 50.
- The trial is described as full access to your chosen plan on the pricing page and as full access to Pro in the help centre.
Only what we could verify.

Warmup Inbox
Per month. Warmup Inbox prices are per inbox: the cards show annual billing and its page data gives the monthly list prices, and the rate falls in bands from 5 inboxes up to 50; read on warmupinbox.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and are billed monthly here; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Test warmup properly or touch many inboxes
Warmerly's free mailbox runs the full ramp, so after 30 days you can see where it ends up. Warmup Inbox's Freemium rate of 15 warmup emails a week is slow by comparison: our arithmetic puts it at about 2 a day. That suits trying the interface on many inboxes, not testing a result.
The card question is real
Warmup Inbox asks for no card at all to start a trial. Warmerly asks for one on paid plans, and charges on day 8 unless you cancel. If a card up front is the thing that stops you trying a tool, that difference counts in Warmup Inbox's favour.
Read what happens after cancelling
Warmerly moves a cancelled workspace to Free and keeps your data, restricting it only if it is over Free's limits. Warmup Inbox's terms convert inboxes to its free plan, and a help article describes a free monitoring plan with data delayed by a week. Both keep an account alive.
A guarantee, with conditions
Warmerly publishes a refund of one month's fee under the 30-day inbox guarantee. Warmup Inbox publishes no guarantee and says sums paid are non-refundable. Read the conditions on ours first: both tests must run in Warmerly, and our placement tests currently use our own mailboxes.
The trial is a Pro trial there
Because Warmup Inbox's trial defaults to Pro, what you test is Pro's 250 a day and its controls, not Basic. If you plan to buy Basic, lower the daily limit during the trial so you see what you will pay for.
