One-to-one · What each tier adds

What each tier adds

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Warmup Inbox details read from its pricing page, home page, product pages, API page, integrations pages, help centre, legal pages and status page on 21 October 2026.

Warmerly

Warmup works the same on every plan; plans differ in mailbox count and monthly allowances.

Warmup Inbox

Pro adds your own templates, topics, 12 languages and scheduling; Max adds premium support and a setup check.

The short answer

What each tier adds, in one look.

Warmup Inbox sells three feature tiers, and what you can control about warmup depends on which you pick: Pro adds your own templates, topics, language warmup, ESP targeting and scheduled warmup, and Max adds premium support, a technical setup check and an unlimited developer API. Warmerly runs the same warmup on every plan and sells size instead: mailbox count and monthly allowances. If you want to tune warmup per inbox, Warmup Inbox gives you more to tune. If you want one behaviour at one price, Warmerly gives you that. Last checked 21 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Warmup behaves the same on Free, Starter, Growth and Agency. The plans differ in how many mailboxes they connect and in the monthly allowances for lead tools, placement tests and AI credits.

01

One warmup engine for every plan

Every mailbox follows the same ramp and the same pairing rules on every plan. A Free mailbox warms exactly as an Agency mailbox does. Plans differ in how many mailboxes you connect and in allowances, not in how warmup works.

02

Allowances rise by tier

Placement tests are 3 a month on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency. AI credits are 0, 100, 500 and 2,500. Email lookups are 50, 1,000, 10,000 and 100,000.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

Capacity rises by tier

Active campaigns are limited to 1 on Free and 5 on Starter, and active prospects to 500 and 5,000. Growth holds 50,000 active prospects and Agency 250,000. Leads per campaign are 500, 2,500, 25,000 and 100,000.

04

What you can still change

You can set a lower daily limit on a mailbox yourself, and pause warmup on it. The reply probability defaults to 0.3 for a first message and the product tunes it between 0.15 and 0.40 by health; you cannot set it. The warmup page names the factor limiting today's quota for each mailbox.

05

What there is no setting for

There is no topic picker, no language picker, no template mode and no provider weighting in the warmup code. We checked the warmup directory on 21 October 2026 and found none of them.

06

Support does not change with the plan

Support is by email at support@warmerly.com on every plan, with the docs and help centre. We publish no response time and no priority tier.

How Warmup Inbox does it

Warmup Inbox, in detail.

Basic, Pro and Max differ in daily volume, reply-rate ceiling and feature set. Basic is the monitoring and sequences base, Pro unlocks the warmup controls, Max adds support and API.

01

Basic

Replies to your warmup emails of up to 25%, more than 30K real inboxes, spam and category monitoring, an email reputation check, outreach sequences, dashboards, human-like AI generated content, a developers API, chat support and the affiliate programme.

02

Pro, everything in Basic plus

Add your own templates, choose warm up topics, language warm up, custom warm up settings, custom template statistics, specific ESP warm up, scheduled warm up and priority customer support. Replies reach up to 45%.

03

Max, everything in Pro plus

Premium customer support, a technical setup check, an unlimited developers API and early access to new features. Replies reach up to 50% on the pricing page, with 1,000 warmup messages a day.

04

The four settings that scale

A help article names Starting Baseline, Increase Per Day, Max Sends Per Day and Reply Rate Percentage. Its recommended values for a new address are 4, 2, 75 and 25% on Basic; 4, 4, 250 and 45% on Pro; and 4, 6, 1,000 and 50% on Max.

05

Inbox rotation is a Max feature

A help article describes rotation that switches Max inboxes between enabled and disabled every 2 weeks, 14 days. It needs at least 1 Max plan credit, and one credit can serve several inboxes in turn by pausing one to free a slot.

07

Developer API on every paid plan, unlimited on Max

The pricing page lists a developers API on Basic and an unlimited developers API on Max. Its API page says the API is available on the 7-day trial or any paid plan, and that reply caps and templates depend on the plan.

What Warmup Inbox does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • What limited means for the developers API on Basic compared with unlimited on Max
  • The Pro reply-rate ceiling stated in one place only, since the pricing page and the API page disagree about Max
  • A published list of what custom warmup settings covers beyond the four named in the help article
  • Response times for priority or premium support, which is described only by its name
  • The content of the technical setup check on Max, beyond its title
  • Whether a feature tier can be set per inbox in a mixed account; the API page says an inbox can be moved between Basic, Pro and Max

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Max's reply-rate ceiling is up to 50% on the pricing page and in the help centre, and 65% on the API page.
  • The pricing page lists a developers API on Basic and an unlimited one on Max, while its Instantly comparison page ties API access to Max.
  • The Send-only plan is described in a help article and is not on the pricing page, so the plan count depends on where you look.

Per month. Warmup Inbox prices are per inbox: the cards show annual billing and its page data gives the monthly list prices, and the rate falls in bands from 5 inboxes up to 50; read on warmupinbox.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and are billed monthly here; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

More to tune, more to pay

Warmup Inbox's controls are real, and each sits behind a tier that costs $34 more an inbox than Basic on annual billing for Pro ($49 less $15) and $64 more for Max. If you want to set topics, languages or provider weighting, there is no cheaper way to get them there.

2

Fewer decisions on the other side

Warmerly asks you for a mailbox and nothing else. For a team that does not want to choose a reply rate or a schedule, that is a feature. For a team that does, it is a gap, and we list it as one.

3

Defaults matter more than you think

A new Warmup Inbox user starts from Basic or Pro defaults of 4 a day with increases of 2 or 4, and may never change them. The point of a tier is what the defaults do for you, so compare the recommended ramp first, in the next feature page.

4

Allowances are the Warmerly lever

Our tiers move the numbers that cost us something per use: placement tests, verifications, AI credits. A Starter team that outgrows 5 placement tests a month meets that ceiling before it meets any mailbox ceiling.

5

Check where the support sits

If a named person to talk to matters, Warmup Inbox sells priority and premium tiers and a free 30-minute call. Warmerly offers email support, docs and a help centre. Neither publishes a reply time.

Who it suits

  • You do not need custom templates, topics or language warmup
  • You value a mailbox count that scales more than a feature ladder
  • You want allowances for verification and AI credits in the same plan
  • You are happy with email support and a help centre
Warmup Inbox

Warmup Inbox is the better fit if

  • You want your own templates and topics in the warmup mail
  • You want warmup in a specific language for a regional market
  • You want a named support tier and a technical setup check
  • You rotate Max inboxes on a 14 day cycle
