CRM and integrations
One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.
Warmly.ai details read from its pricing, home, product, data, terms, privacy and security pages on 21 October 2026.

CRM and integrations, in one look.
Warmerly has no CRM sync that we could find in its product code or docs, so it does not push leads and replies into a CRM automatically today. Warmly.ai is ahead: its pages name native HubSpot and Salesforce integrations with two-way sync, Outreach and Salesloft, Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts, calendar tools and '40+ more'. Warmerly has an API on the Agency plan, an MCP server on every plan, mailbox-health webhooks and CSV import. Last checked 21 October 2026.

Where a reply can go next
From each one's own pages
Warmerly has no CRM sync that we found, and its webhooks cover mailbox health, not replies.

Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly connects to mailboxes, to AI assistants through MCP and to your own code through an API. It does not connect to a CRM.
No CRM sync found
We searched the product code and docs for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce connectors and found none as integrations. If one exists outside the repository, we did not find it. Warmerly has no pipelines, deals or task calendar.

Mailboxes: any provider
Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox can be connected, with Google and Microsoft sign-in.

Leads come in by CSV, search or the API
Leads are imported into a campaign from a CSV (csv, tsv or txt files, not Excel files), found in lead finder, or added through the API. Your column names can be anything and you point one at Email.

An API on the Agency plan
API keys need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys go in an X-Api-Key header and the docs say they can be used with tools like Zapier. We did not find a native Zapier app listing.

Webhooks cover mailbox health only
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health, with 16 event types such as score_drop, auth_fail and dns_changed. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only.

An MCP server on every plan
An MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor read and act in a workspace after an OAuth sign-in. It is on every plan including Free, and no tool can start or resume campaign sending.

Team and audit tools
A workspace has Owner, Admin and Member roles, and an audit log of who invited someone, connected a mailbox, changed a plan or created an API key. Actions taken through a connected AI app are logged too.

Where Warmerly is behind
No two-way CRM sync, no Slack or Teams alerts, no calendar booking integration and no marketing automation connector that we found. Replies live in Warmerly's own inbox, and a reply cannot be pushed to a CRM by a built-in webhook.

Warmly.ai, in detail.
Warmly.ai positions integrations as central: a CRM-synced context graph, sales engagement tools and alerts in the tools your team already uses.
HubSpot and Salesforce, two-way
The Context Graph page names 'HubSpot or Salesforce, bidirectional sync' covering deals, contacts, activities and notes. The enrichment page adds native integrations with custom field mapping and write rules of overwrite, fill if empty or append, with an audit trail.

Sales engagement tools
The same page names Outreach and Salesloft, covering emails, sequences, opens, clicks and replies. The outbound page says Warmly can trigger sequences there or send natively.

Alerts in Slack and Teams
The alerts page lists Slack (a direct message or a team channel) and Microsoft Teams, with inline action buttons, and mobile push through those apps. Email is not named as an alert channel.

Calendars and booking
The booking page says Warmly works with any calendar service that has a booking link, naming Calendly, Google Calendar appointment scheduling, Microsoft Bookings, Cal.com, HubSpot Meetings and Chili Piper.

Marketing automation and a long list
The first-party signals page names HubSpot and Marketo 'and other MAPs'. The home page says '40+ more' integrations without naming them in the body text, and its help centre lists a 'Warmly Integrations' category of 62 articles.

API, MCP and webhooks
The home page says 'Access via: App, API, MCP', and its help centre lists 'MCP & API' (4 articles), 'Warmly Developer Docs' and popular articles including 'Warmly Webhooks'. We could not read the article text.

Other sources in the graph
The Context Graph FAQ names Bombora intent, call recordings (Gong, Fathom) and Slack discussions, and says CRM sync 'runs continuously' while third-party signals 'update daily'.

What Warmly.ai does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A named list of the '40+ more' integrations
- The article text behind MCP, API and webhooks in its help centre
- Whether API, MCP and webhooks are included on every plan on its pricing page
- Rate limits or authentication details for its API
- Which CRMs beyond HubSpot and Salesforce support ownership matching
- Whether Gong, Fathom and Slack connect in the same way as the CRM
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The Context Graph page lists email engagement, LinkedIn ads, call recordings and Slack discussions only in its FAQ, and describes the CRM and sales engagement links in its body, so it is unclear whether all are connected the same way.
- The home page's '40+ more' integrations and the help centre's 62 integration articles are both unnamed in the text we read, so the two cannot be matched.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Decide where replies must end up
If a reply has to appear as a deal in HubSpot or Salesforce, Warmerly will need a manual step or your own code through its API, which is on the Agency plan. If replies can be handled in an inbox, Warmerly's own inbox is enough.
Ask Warmly.ai for the integration list for your stack
Its '40+ more' is not named on the pages we read. Check that your CRM, sequencer and calendar are on the list and which plan includes each.
Do not rely on a webhook for replies at Warmerly
Its webhooks cover mailbox health, not opens, clicks or replies. Reading replies through the API or an AI assistant over MCP is possible, but is your own build.
MCP is not the same as an integration
Warmerly's MCP server lets an AI assistant read and act in a workspace after you sign in. It is a way to work with Claude or ChatGPT, not a link into a sales system, and it cannot start or resume sending.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You work in Warmerly's inbox and do not need a CRM link
- You want an MCP server on every plan, with sending left under your control
- You are happy to use a CSV or the API to move data
Warmly.ai is the better fit if
- Your CRM is HubSpot or Salesforce and you want two-way sync
- You want alerts in Slack or Teams and booking through your calendar tool
- You run Outreach or Salesloft and want signals to start sequences there
Does Warmerly integrate with HubSpot or Salesforce?
Not that we could find in its product code or docs. If leads and replies must land in a CRM automatically, Warmerly does not do that today.
Which CRMs does Warmly.ai connect to?
Its pages name HubSpot and Salesforce, both bidirectional, plus Outreach and Salesloft.
How do I get leads into Warmerly?
By CSV, the lead finder or the API. The API is on the Agency plan at $179 a month.
Does Warmly.ai alert Slack or Teams?
Yes, its pages name Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts. Warmerly has no team chat alerts that we found.
