Monthly, or yearly at ten times the monthly price; no minimum term; 30 days' notice of a price rise
Annual or quarterly view; its terms say fees are nonrefundable and non-renewal needs 30 days' notice
Billing and cancellation terms, in one look.
Warmerly bills monthly or yearly in advance with no minimum term, cancels at the end of the paid period and refunds a payment in four named cases. Warmly.ai's terms of service, which show 'Last Modified February 23, 2026', say fees are billed in advance and are nonrefundable, that subscriptions auto-renew, and that you must give at least 30 days' notice before the term ends to stop renewal. Both say payments already taken are not refunded in general. The difference is the notice period, how the term is set and how much each page spells out. Last checked 21 October 2026.

Warmerly, in detail.
Warmerly's terms are short: monthly or yearly in advance, auto-renewing, cancel in the app, no minimum term, and a short list of cases where money is refunded.
Monthly or yearly, in advance
Plans are billed monthly or annually, in advance, and renew automatically until you cancel. Each renewal is charged to the card on file at the price then in effect. Annual billing is ten times the monthly price.

No minimum term, no cancellation fee
You cancel in Settings > Billing with 'Cancel plan'. The docs say there is no contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You keep access to the end of the period you paid for.

Thirty days' notice of a price rise
At least 30 days' notice is given by email before a price increase applies to your renewal. You get an email receipt for each charge, and invoices are under Manage billing.

Payments taken are not refunded, with named exceptions
Not refunded: monthly and annual charges (including renewals you forgot to cancel), prorated charges and add-ons. Refunded: a charge made in error, an account ended by Warmerly for a reason other than your breach, a mailbox that qualifies under the 30-day inbox guarantee, and where the law requires it.

LinkedIn accounts are never refunded
A LinkedIn slot, or a pack of 3 or 5, is charged straight away with no trial and none of the refund cases applies. Cancelling stops the next renewal and the accounts keep working to the end of the paid period.

Upgrades and downgrades are prorated
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. An upgrade adds the difference for the rest of the period to your next invoice. A downgrade becomes a credit against future invoices that is never paid out in cash.

Cancelling does not delete your data
After a paid plan ends the workspace moves to Free and mailboxes, campaigns, leads and inbox are kept. A deleted workspace is kept for 30 days and can be restored, then permanently deleted.

Warmly.ai, in detail.
Warmly.ai's terms describe a one-month initial term for self-service plans, auto-renewal, 30 days' notice not to renew, nonrefundable fees and a 1.5% monthly late charge. They are written for plans bought on the site or by order form.
The term and renewal
Self-service paid plans run 'for one (1) calendar month (the "Initial Term")' unless the subscription says otherwise. Site and order form subscriptions 'will auto-renew pursuant to the terms of this TOS'. The pricing page, by contrast, shows annual and quarterly views.

Thirty days to stop renewal
To stop renewal you must 'inform Warmly with your intention not to renew' at least 30 days before the current term ends. The terms do not say when a cancellation takes effect beyond that notice.

How to cancel
You can 'terminate via self-service on warmly.ai or by sending a cancellation request to security@warmly.ai'. You may end it if Warmly materially breaches the terms and does not fix it within 30 days of your written notice.

Fees are nonrefundable
Billing is in advance and 'all fees are nonrefundable'. The terms also say 'no refunds will be issued if you terminate your Subscription prior to the expiration of the Term'. We saw no refund exceptions on the page.

Late balances and overages
Late balances carry a 1.5% monthly finance charge, or the legal maximum if lower, plus collection costs. Warmly may bill overages, cancel or revoke access if usage limits are not kept. You must dispute charges within 30 days of the billing date.

Price changes
Price changes apply only before renewal, not mid-term. Warmly will 'provide you with at least sixty (60) days' written notice', and email is enough. Continued use after the change counts as acceptance.

Enterprise contracts take precedence
A separate enterprise contract overrides the terms: 'that contract will apply to the Services'. The page contains no service level or uptime figure, and says Warmly is not liable for scheduled or emergency downtime.

What Warmly.ai does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- When a cancellation takes effect, beyond the 30-day non-renewal notice
- Any refund exception, such as a billing error
- A minimum commitment for the annual and quarterly views shown on its pricing page
- A service level or uptime figure
- Whether the one-month initial term applies to the plans on its pricing page
- What an 'overage' is, given that its credits are not defined
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The terms say self-service paid plans run for one calendar month, while the pricing page offers annual and quarterly views. The terms also say an order form can set a different term. We cannot tell which applies to a given buyer.
- The terms mention 'free and paid plans' and say free services end when you uninstall them, while the pricing page lists no free tier. See the free trial page.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
Warmly.ai
Warmerly prices are per month. Warmly.ai prices are per year in its annual view (marked 'Starting at') and per quarter in its quarterly view, read on warmly.ai/p/pricing on 21 October 2026; the page does not define its credits or name a currency. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
The renewal date is the date that matters
With Warmly.ai you need to give notice 30 days before the term ends, so a calendar reminder 31 days ahead is sensible. With Warmerly you cancel any time and keep access to the end of the period. Either way, no refund follows a renewal you forgot.
Ask which term applies to you
The terms say self-service plans run for one month, but the pricing page sells annual and quarterly views, and an order form can set another term. Get the term written on your order form before you sign.
Price rise notice is longer at Warmly.ai
Warmly.ai promises 60 days written notice, Warmerly 30 days. Neither lets a price change apply mid-term as we read them, but we read Warmerly's from its help page and its binding terms govern if they differ.
Warmerly's refund exceptions are narrow
Warmerly does not refund a renewal you forgot, and it never refunds a LinkedIn account. The inbox guarantee has conditions, and claims go to support@warmerly.com. Cancel before the first charge, during the trial, if you are not sure.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want no minimum term and to cancel from the billing page
- You want the refund cases written out in plain words
- You want your data kept after cancelling, with the workspace moving to Free
Warmly.ai is the better fit if
- You are buying through an order form and expect to negotiate the term and notice yourself
- A longer price-change notice period matters to you
- You want an enterprise contract to override the standard terms
