Ramp from 4 a day to a ceiling of 50 a day
Daily limit per account: 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro S, up to 1,000 on Ultra
Warmup volume per mailbox, in one look.
Warmerly ramps each mailbox from 4 a day to a ceiling of 50 a day, with lower caps for Gmail, Outlook and Zoho. Snov.io sets a daily warm-up limit per account by plan: 15 on Trial, 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro S, 200 on Pro M, 500 on Pro L and 1,000 on Ultra; its limits are higher, but its own advice is 30 to 50 a day. What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A fixed ramp with a hard ceiling of 50 a day, lower by provider, and a named reason for today's limit.
The ceiling is the lowest of three limits
The quota is the lowest of the age ramp, the provider cap and the hard ceiling of 50 a day. Provider caps are Gmail 40, Outlook 30 and Zoho 25. Working it through the ramp: a Zoho mailbox hits its cap of 25 at day 14, an Outlook mailbox passes 30 at about day 18 (the ramp is 29 on day 17 and 31 on day 18), and a Gmail mailbox passes 40 at day 24 (35 at day 21 plus a third of the 15 between day 21 and day 30).

Weekends and health cut the quota further
Weekends run at 0.6 of the weekday quota, measured in the mailbox's own timezone, so a mature mailbox on the 50 ceiling plans 30 on a weekend (50 x 0.6), a mature Gmail mailbox 24 (40 x 0.6), Outlook 18 (30 x 0.6) and Zoho 15 (25 x 0.6). A spam placement score of 20 or more multiplies the quota by 0.4, 10 or more by 0.7. A health score below 50 multiplies it by 0.4, below 70 by 0.75. The lower of the two reductions applies. You can also set a lower daily warmup limit on a mailbox. The reply probability is not a setting: it starts at 0.3 and the product tunes it between 0.15 and 0.40 by the mailbox's health.

The reason for today's limit is named
The capacity calculation returns a named limiting factor for every mailbox (age, provider, hard cap, health, weekend, your own daily limit, paused and others), and the warmup page in the app reads it. A mailbox whose sends were refused gets one send a day, not zero, so it can recover or reach the pause that asks you to reconnect. Free sandbox mailboxes are capped at 3 a day.

Warmup and campaigns have separate limits
A mailbox's warmup quota comes from the ramp above. A campaign has its own daily limit, 30 by default. The two are separate settings, so one does not shrink the other, but the mailbox does both jobs on the same day.

You can turn the limit down yourself
A mailbox can be given a lower daily warmup limit from its settings. The reply probability is not a setting: it starts at 0.3 and the product tunes it between 0.15 and 0.40 by the mailbox's health. You cannot set it above the ramp and ceiling.

A higher limit is a higher goal you can set
The help page says a higher limit lets you set a higher daily warm-up goal in your settings.

Its own advice is lower
The FAQ suggests building to 30 to 50 emails a day if stable, and lowering to 10 to 20 while campaigns run.

Warm-up mail counts toward provider limits
The help FAQ says warm-up emails are not included in the daily sending limit, but they count toward your email provider's own limits.

What Snov.io does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- The exact step schedule of the ramp
- Whether the plan limits are recommendations or the only brake
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The warm-up page suggests reaching 30 to 50 emails a day, while the plan limits go up to 1,000 a day per account. We report both.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Our reading
A higher cap is not a better warm-up. Snov.io's own text steers you towards 30 to 50 a day. If you plan to run very high volume on one mailbox, Snov.io's higher limits give you room that Warmerly's fixed ceiling does not.
If you send from the same mailbox you warm
Warm-up mail uses the same provider allowance as your campaign mail. Snov.io's help FAQ says warm-up emails count toward your provider's own limits even though they are not in the daily sending limit. The same is true on any tool, so a high warm-up number on a mailbox you also send from leaves less room for campaigns. A modest, steady figure is the safer choice on both.
Where Warmerly is behind
A mature Warmerly mailbox tops out at 50 a day, lower on Gmail, Outlook and Zoho, and you cannot raise that ceiling. If you have a reason to push one mailbox much harder, Snov.io's higher plan limits give you that room and Warmerly does not. We would still treat that as a risk to the sender reputation of that mailbox rather than a benefit.
What is the same on both
Both start low, rise over time and are meant to be left running. Snov.io's own suggested range of 30 to 50 a day sits inside Warmerly's ceiling, so for most mailboxes the difference in plan limits will never show up in practice.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a ramp you do not have to tune, with a ceiling by provider
- You would rather see why today's number is what it is than choose a goal yourself
- You send campaigns from the mailboxes you warm and want the ceiling to keep headroom for them
Snov.io is the better fit if
- You want to set a high daily warm-up goal on a mailbox yourself
- You want one plan that covers warm-up volume, finding leads and sequences together
What is the daily warm-up limit on Snov.io?
It depends on the plan: 15 on Trial, 50 on Starter, 100 on Pro S, 200 on Pro M, 500 on Pro L and 1,000 on Ultra, per email account.
What is the daily warm-up limit on Warmerly?
A mailbox ramps from 4 a day to a ceiling of 50 a day, with caps of 40 for Gmail, 30 for Outlook and 25 for Zoho. Weekends run at 0.6 of the weekday figure, and health or spam placement scores can lower it further.
Is a higher warm-up limit better?
Not by itself. Snov.io's own advice is to build to 30 to 50 a day, and warm-up mail counts toward your provider's limits. A higher limit is room, not a recommendation to use it.
