Campaigns from the same mailboxes; paid plans do not meter sends
Multichannel sequences metered by recipients: 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Pro S
Campaign sending, in one look.
Warmerly sends campaigns from the mailboxes it warms and does not meter sends on paid plans: each mailbox sends inside its own daily limit. Snov.io runs multichannel campaigns, email and LinkedIn in one sequence, and meters them by recipients: 5,000 on Starter and 25,000 on Pro S. Last checked 21 October 2026.

What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Sequences with branching, per-mailbox daily limits and pre-launch checks. No send meter on paid plans.
Sequences and branching
A sequence is made of email steps, wait steps, LinkedIn connection and message steps, and condition steps that branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout, in a list editor or a drag-and-drop canvas (only the canvas can build branches). Templates include a plain three-step intro and a LinkedIn-then-email sequence.

Per-mailbox limits and pacing
Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default. A campaign can add a volume ramp (3 emails per mailbox on day 1, rising by 1 a day to 15 by default), switched on automatically for young mailboxes. A reputation brake scales a mailbox down once its seven-day bounce rate passes 2 per cent, and a campaign pauses at 7 per cent bounces or 30 per cent undeliverable leads, each after at least 25 sends.

Pre-launch readiness check
A check runs before Start. Errors block the launch, such as no usable step, no sending account, no queued leads or an unknown merge tag. Warnings do not block, but Start refuses once until you acknowledge them, such as a sender whose DNS check is warn or fail, more than five senders on one domain, spam-style copy or no tracking domain for the unsubscribe link.

What is and is not capped
Sending is not metered on paid plans. The Free plan is capped at 100 campaign sends a month and 1 mailbox. Mailboxes are limited by plan (5, 25, 100) and leads per campaign are limited on Starter (2,500).

A bounce brake before the pause
Below 2 per cent bounces over 7 days a mailbox is untouched. From 2 per cent its daily cap is multiplied by 0.75, from 3 per cent by 0.5 and from 5 per cent by 0.25. At 7 per cent the mailbox is paused instead. None of it applies under 25 sends, and the cap never goes below 1 a day.

Condition steps branch on what happened
A condition step branches on opened, clicked, replied or a timeout. Only the drag-and-drop canvas can build branches; the list editor cannot.

The ramp for a young mailbox
A campaign volume ramp starts at 3 emails per mailbox on day 1 and rises by 1 a day to 15 by default, and it switches on automatically for young mailboxes.

Replies stop a sequence
The docs list what stops a sequence for a lead, and a reply is one of the things that does.

Metered by recipients
Starter has 5,000 recipients, Pro S 25,000, Pro M 50,000, Pro L 100,000 and Ultra 200,000 (table). A recipient is charged on first contact and follow-ups are free within the billing period.

What a recipient is
A recipient is a prospect contacted by email or LinkedIn in a campaign or from a profile. The first email or LinkedIn action to a prospect costs one recipient and follow-ups to that prospect are free for the rest of the billing period. A test email from campaign settings also counts as one.

LinkedIn-only sequences use none
Sequences with only LinkedIn actions use no recipients. If the campaign has email steps, those steps use recipients.

When the limit resets
Recipient limits reset every 30 days on monthly plans and every 360 days on annual plans. Unused recipients do not roll over.

What the outreach page claims
It says a campaign can mix email and LinkedIn, keep replies in one place (Unibox), run condition-based follow-ups and A/B test automatically. It gives no detail on how the conditions or the test work.

A figure that sits oddly
The same page lists up to 100,000 recipients next to several unlimited items without saying how they fit together.

Daily limits per sender
Through the API a sender can be set from 1 to 1,200 emails a day, default 50, with 5 to 3,600 seconds between emails. The app pages we read do not state a per-sender limit for campaigns.

What Snov.io does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- The text of a recipient limit across plan changes
- Daily sending limits per sender in a campaign

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Where Snov.io is ahead
It lists unlimited campaigns on every plan, while Warmerly Starter allows 5 active campaigns and 2,500 leads in each. A recipient count is also a simpler way to forecast cost than mailboxes times daily limit.
A 6,000-person list
On Snov.io Starter the first email to each of 6,000 prospects needs 6,000 recipients, so it exceeds the 5,000 on Starter by 1,000 before any follow-ups. Pro S at $99 covers it with 25,000. On Warmerly Starter the limit that matters is 2,500 leads in each campaign and 5 active campaigns, so the same list is three campaigns. Our arithmetic from list limits.
Five steps to one person
On Snov.io a five-step sequence to one prospect costs one recipient, because follow-ups are free in the period. On Warmerly it costs no meter at all on a paid plan, but the mailbox's own daily limit sets the pace.
Mailbox count against recipient count
Warmerly bounds sending by mailboxes times daily limit: 5 mailboxes at 30 a day is 150 a day. Snov.io bounds it by recipients per month, so a team with few mailboxes and a huge list hits the daily wall first on both.
A team that mixes LinkedIn and email
Both sell LinkedIn separately. Snov.io LinkedIn steps use no recipient on their own. On Warmerly LinkedIn steps follow the same suppression lists as email, keyed by email address.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You send from your own warmed mailboxes and do not want a send meter
- You think in mailboxes and daily limits more than in contacts a month
- You want branching on opens, clicks and replies on the canvas
Snov.io is the better fit if
- You want email and LinkedIn in one sequence with a recipient-based allowance
- You want a simple count of contacts a month to forecast cost
- You want unlimited sender accounts and campaigns on every plan
Does Warmerly limit how many emails I can send?
Paid plans do not meter sends. Each mailbox still has a daily campaign limit, 30 by default and lower while it ramps.
Does a follow-up count as a new recipient on Snov.io?
No. Only the first email or LinkedIn action to a prospect counts, and follow-ups are free for the rest of the billing period.
Is there a monthly send cap on Warmerly?
Not on paid plans. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month. Each mailbox still sends inside its own daily limit.
Can I A/B test?
Snov.io says it can A/B test automatically and its pricing page lists A/B testing as excluded from the Trial. Warmerly has an email copy A/B test guide in its docs.
What happens when a recipient limit runs out?
The pages we read do not say what Snov.io does at the limit. On Warmerly, a prospecting allowance that has run out refuses the next action that would use it and names which one ran out.
