Plan changes are prorated both ways
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at once. An upgrade adds the difference for the rest of the period to the next invoice. A downgrade turns the unused part into a credit on the billing account, which is set against future invoices and is never paid out in cash.

Cancelling keeps access to the end of the period
Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Payments already taken are not refunded except in named cases, for example a charge in error or where the law requires it.

One upfront payment covers 12 months, and the plan renews each year unless you turn renewal off. Monthly billing is charged every 30 days. A 3-month option is paid upfront and is 5% below the 1-month rate.

Moving up or down on an annual plan
An annual upgrade gets a prorated discount for the unused months. An annual downgrade gets no discount for unused months. Changes between monthly plans are not prorated. Buying the same annual plan early renews it at full price with no proration.

What happens to credits and recipients
On annual plans unused credits roll over month to month and expire at the end of the annual period. The help page says recipient limits reset every 360 days on annual plans. On monthly plans, credits roll over only while the plan renews.

Cancelling and refunds
Annual cancellation takes effect at the next renewal date, and you keep premium access until the end of the paid period. The refund page says Snov.io does not give partial or full refunds for website purchases, with discretionary exceptions, such as a request within 14 days of an automatic renewal when no credits, recipients, warm-up emails or LinkedIn slots have been used since.

- A help article titled How to get 25% discount on your plan actually explains monthly against yearly billing. 25% discount on your plan, Its text says the 25% applies to annual against monthly and that 3-month billing is 5% below the 1-month rate. We use the text.

Warmerly Growth is $490 a year for 25 mailboxes. Snov.io Pro S is $891 a year, and it is the first Snov.io plan that lists unlimited warm-up accounts. The gap is $401 a year in Warmerly's favour at that tier, though Pro S also includes credits and recipients that Growth does not have.
