What each product lists
Warmerly's API and webhooks are Agency only. Snov.io's pages do not say which plans include its API.
Warmerly, in detail.
REST API and webhooks on Agency, an MCP server on every plan, no named CRM or automation app.
Which plan gets the API
API keys, the API itself and webhooks need the Agency plan ($179 a month, 100 mailboxes). Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 agency_plan_required error. The 7-day Agency trial includes API access. The plan check follows the workspace the request acts on, so a key stops working after a downgrade and works again after an upgrade.

Rate limits
60 requests a minute per key by default, set between 1 and 120 at creation, and capped at 120 whatever the plan. Over the limit returns 429 too_many_requests. Lead search has an extra limit of 120 requests per 5 minutes per user. We found no separate hourly cap, so 60 a minute works out at most 3,600 an hour and the 120 setting at most 7,200 an hour.

MCP server on every plan
An MCP server at /api/mcp signs in with OAuth 2.1, needs no API key and works on every plan including Free. Reads and writes share 60 calls a minute per connection and no tool can start or resume campaign sending.

Webhooks: 16 mailbox health events
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. The 16 event types are score_drop, score_floor, oauth_disconnected, auth_fail, dns_changed, smtp_fail, imap_fail, flagged, auto_paused, auto_resumed, manual_pause, aged_in, marked_dead, oauth_refresh_fail, oauth_connected and oauth_reconnected. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only, and each user can hold up to 10 subscriptions.

No CRM sync found
We searched the product code and docs for HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce connectors and found them only in lead-data and marketing files, not as integrations. If one exists outside the repo, we did not find it.

Named areas of the API
The public API docs cover accounts (mailboxes), campaigns, inbox, leads, suppression, verification, warmup and workspaces, plus webhooks and keys.

Keys carry their own rate limit
A key is created with a rate limit between 1 and 120 requests a minute, 60 by default. Revoking a key is not plan-gated, so a team that downgrades can still revoke from the dashboard.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Webhook deliveries pause on downgrade
Webhook deliveries pause while the owner is not on Agency, without counting as failures, and an API key stops working for every endpoint after a downgrade.

Credit costs on the API
Email Finder, Verifier and domain search cost credits: 1 credit per green or yellow email found, 1 credit per green or red verification, and the company-to-domain call costs 1 credit per company where a domain is found. Counting emails by domain is free.

Page sizes and batch limits
Domain search returns 20 prospects a page and 50 emails a page. A request can carry up to 10 name-and-domain rows, 10 company names, 10 LinkedIn URLs or 10 emails to verify, and up to 10 positions on a prospect search.

Two-step calls and webhooks
Most search methods are asynchronous: a POST returns a task hash and a GET with that hash returns a status of completed or in progress. A webhook_url parameter can push results instead of polling.

Sender accounts by API
A sender account can be created over SMTP and IMAP with a daily sending limit from 1 to 1,200 (default 50) and a delay between emails from 5 to 3,600 seconds. Gmail and Microsoft OAuth are not supported through this method.

Integration categories
The integrations page groups tools into 11 categories, including Sales and CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, Close and others), Lead generation, Scheduling, Sending (Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Exchange) and Marketing automation. It names Zapier (over 5,000 apps), Make and Integrately (over 1,000 each) as recommended marketplaces.

A survey figure that is not Snov.io's
The integrations page says teams can save up to 25 hours a week with the Zapier integration, and footnotes it as a 2021 Zapier user survey. It is not a Snov.io measurement.

What Snov.io does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which paid plans include API access

Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The integrations page labels eight tools as native but links several of them to Zapier, and does not define native.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Where Snov.io is ahead
Its integrations list is long and includes the CRMs most teams already use. With Warmerly you reach other tools through the Agency API, webhooks or the MCP server.
A small script against Snov.io
Verifying 1,000 addresses over the API is 100 requests of 10, which at 60 requests a minute takes under two minutes of calls, and costs up to 1,000 credits, the whole Starter allowance. Our arithmetic from the rate limit and the 10 per request cap.
A health monitor against Warmerly
A subscription to the 16 mailbox event types can post to your own tool when a score drops or a mailbox pauses. It needs Agency at $179 a month, which is the cost of using any of it.
If your stack lives in a CRM
HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce are named on Snov.io's integrations page, and Zapier widens that. On Warmerly the route is the Agency API, webhooks or the MCP server, so a team that wants a ready connector should start with Snov.io.
If an AI assistant is the interface
Snov.io lists an MCP option. Warmerly's MCP server needs no API key, signs in with OAuth 2.1 and works on every plan including Free, with 60 calls a minute per connection. Neither page says the two do the same jobs.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want an MCP server on every plan, including Free
- You want mailbox health events pushed to your own system
- You want an AI assistant to read your account on any plan, including Free
- You are happy to build against a REST API rather than use ready connectors
Snov.io is the better fit if
- You want ready-made HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce connections
- You need an API on a lower price than $179
- You want ready connectors to HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce and Zapier
- You want finder and verifier results by API, billed in credits
- You want an API on a lower plan than Warmerly's Agency
Does Warmerly have a Zapier or HubSpot integration?
We found no named CRM or automation app. The REST API and webhooks need the Agency plan, and the MCP server works on every plan.
Is Snov.io's API on the free plan?
Not generally. Its pages say free plans can request test access by booking a demo. Warmerly's API needs Agency, with a 7-day Agency trial that includes it.
How fast can I call each API?
Snov.io lists 60 requests a minute. Warmerly's default is 60 a minute per key, adjustable from 1 to 120 and capped at 120 on every plan.
Does either send mail through the API?
Snov.io's docs describe sender account setup, warm-up campaigns and multichannel campaigns over the API. Warmerly's docs list campaigns and inbox endpoints, and its MCP server cannot start or resume campaign sending.
Can I connect Gmail to Snov.io over the API?
Only by SMTP and IMAP. The docs say Gmail and Microsoft OAuth are not supported through the API method.
