Every mailbox on the plan, no slot count
Slot-based: 3 on Starter, unlimited from Pro S, subject to Fair Use
Warmup model: slots or every mailbox, in one look.
Warmerly has no slot count: every mailbox connected on your plan is warmed, and the limit you feel is the number of mailboxes the plan allows. Snov.io counts warm-up slots: 3 on Starter, unlimited from Pro S, and its own help page says unlimited can be lowered under Fair Use. Last checked 21 October 2026.

What happens to the next mailbox
Connect a mailbox and see what each product does with it
Snov.io's help page says one slot is one email account. Warmerly's plan limits mailboxes, not warmed mailboxes.
Warmerly, in detail.
Warmup is part of the plan, on every mailbox. The plan sets how many mailboxes you can connect: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency, with more on a call.
Every connected mailbox is warmed
There is no separate warmup slot to buy or count. A mailbox you connect to a plan is warmed, up to the number of mailboxes that plan allows.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
The limit is mailboxes, by plan
Free allows 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. More than 100 is priced on a call as Max.

Warmup sends are not metered
Warmup sends are not a billing meter on paid plans. Every mailbox still follows the same ramp and daily ceiling, so this is not unlimited volume.

Any mailbox that can send and receive
Warmerly connects Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, and also sells hosted mailboxes.

Above 100 mailboxes
More than 100 mailboxes is the Max plan, agreed on a call and with no published price, so the cost of warming a very large fleet on Warmerly is not something you can read off a page.

Snov.io, in detail.
Slots are the unit. One slot warms one email account, and the number of slots depends on the plan.
One slot is one email account
Snov.io's help page says one warm-up slot is for one email account. A slot stays in use for the whole campaign and frees up when you remove that account.

Slots by plan
Trial 1, Starter 3, and unlimited warm-up accounts from Pro S, Pro M, Pro L and Ultra.

Unlimited is subject to Fair Use
The help page says active warm-up slots may be lowered from unlimited to 500 on Pro S and Pro M, or to 1,000 on Pro L and Ultra, if more than half of your connected accounts use providers other than Gmail or Microsoft.

Warm-up is in every plan
Snov.io's FAQ says email warm-up is included in every plan, including the free one.

The Trial plan has a warm-up email total
The help page says the Trial plan includes 450 warm-up emails in total, and that this limit does not renew when the free plan extends to the next month.

What Snov.io does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How or when slots are lowered under Fair Use
- Whether Starter and Trial are affected by Fair Use
- The practical ceiling on unlimited slots
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Snov.io's warm-up FAQ says unlimited slots start from the Pro 5K plan, while its pricing page names the plan Pro S. We treat them as the same plan and use the pricing page name.
- The pricing page says the Trial renews every month, while the help page says the Trial's 450 warm-up emails do not renew when the free plan extends to the next month.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
If you run 3 or fewer mailboxes
Both cover you on a paid plan. Snov.io Starter is $39 and Warmerly Starter is $19, and Warmerly's plan has room for 5.
If you run a mixed fleet
Snov.io's Fair Use wording names providers other than Gmail and Microsoft. If most of your mailboxes sit on other hosts, ask Snov.io support what slot count applies to you before you buy.
Where Warmerly is behind
Past 25 mailboxes Warmerly needs Agency at $179, while Snov.io Pro S is $99 for unlimited slots, so Snov.io is the cheaper way to warm a large fleet if Fair Use does not bite.
If you are adding mailboxes over time
On Snov.io the slot count only matters at the step from Starter to Pro S, because Starter holds 3 slots and Pro S has no count. On Warmerly the step points are 5, 25 and 100 mailboxes, at $19, $49 and $179, so the cost rises in smaller, more predictable steps. Snov.io's jump is $39 to $99, but it buys far more than warm-up, and you may already be paying for those parts.
What to ask before you buy either
For Snov.io, ask support how Fair Use is applied if your fleet is mostly on Zoho or custom SMTP hosts, because the help page names providers other than Gmail and Microsoft. For Warmerly, check the mailbox count on the plan against the mailboxes you plan to connect over the next six months, since that count is the only limit on how many are warmed.
A slot is not the whole story
A slot decides whether an account is warmed at all. It does not say how hard it is warmed. For that, read the volume page in this set: the daily limit per account is a separate setting on both tools.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want every connected mailbox warmed with no slot to count
- You warm between 4 and 25 mailboxes and want to pay $19 to $49
- You want to see the daily limit and the reason for it for each mailbox
Snov.io is the better fit if
- You warm more than 25 mailboxes and Pro S at $99 covers them
- You want warm-up inside the same plan as finding, verifying and sequences
- Most of your mailboxes are on Gmail or Microsoft, so Fair Use is unlikely to matter
How many mailboxes does Snov.io warm up?
Three on the $39 Starter plan and one on the free Trial plan. Unlimited warm-up accounts start at Pro S ($99 a month), subject to Fair Use, which can lower slots to 500 or 1,000. Warmerly warms every mailbox on the plan: 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 100 on Agency.
Does Warmerly have warmup slots?
No. Warmup is on for every mailbox you connect. The plan limits how many mailboxes you can connect, not how many are warmed.
Which is cheaper for ten mailboxes?
On published prices, Warmerly Growth at $49 a month covers 25 mailboxes, while Snov.io needs Pro S at $99 a month to go past 3 slots. The tools do different jobs: Snov.io's plan also includes credits, recipients and a CRM, so compare the whole bundle before you decide on warm-up alone.
Can I keep Snov.io for finding leads and use Warmerly only for warmup?
Yes, that is a normal pairing. Snov.io's slot is freed when you remove the account from its warm-up, so you can move warm-up to Warmerly and keep the rest of your Snov.io plan. Check that you are not warming the same mailbox in two tools at once.
