What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Where Snov.io is ahead
At 100 mailboxes the list price gap is $80 a month in Snov.io's favour. If most of your mailboxes are on Gmail or Microsoft, Fair Use is less likely to matter, and Snov.io is the cheaper way to warm a large fleet.
100 mailboxes at list price
Warmerly Agency is $179 a month, or $2,148 a year at monthly rates. Snov.io Pro S is $99, or $1,188. The gap is $960 a year in Snov.io's favour at monthly rates, or $899 with Warmerly on annual billing and Snov.io on annual. Our arithmetic.
What the $80 a month gap does not include
Warmerly Agency also adds client workspaces and an API with webhooks. Snov.io Pro S brings credits and recipients. The extra on each side is a different set of things, so compare what you would use.
At 200 mailboxes
Warmerly would need Max, priced on a call. Snov.io lists unlimited accounts from $99, but with Fair Use that could fall to 500 on Pro S and Pro M, 1,000 on Pro L and Ultra. 200 is under either figure, so it should not bite, though the policy text is not summarised.
Setting up a fleet
Snov.io lets you add sender accounts over SMTP and IMAP by API, with limits of 1 to 1,200 a day. Warmerly's Agency API covers mailboxes too, and its hosted mailboxes are a separate product.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a fixed 100-mailbox ceiling, client workspaces and the API in one plan
- You manage mailboxes for several clients and want separate workspaces
- You want the REST API and webhooks inside the plan
Snov.io is the better fit if
- You warm 26 to 100 mailboxes and want the lowest list price
- You want the lowest list price for a large warm-up fleet
- You want a published price ladder up to 200,000 recipients
Is Snov.io cheaper for a large fleet?
On list price, yes: Pro S is $99 against Warmerly Agency at $179. Check its Fair Use policy first, which can lower active warm-up slots to 500 on Pro S.
What if my fleet is mostly Microsoft and Gmail?
Fair Use wording names other providers, so Gmail and Microsoft fleets are the least likely to be lowered.
What does a 150 mailbox fleet cost?
Warmerly would be Max, on a call. Snov.io would be Pro S at $99, subject to Fair Use.
Do client workspaces exist on Snov.io?
We did not find client workspaces on the pages we read. Warmerly Agency includes them.
