Which mailboxes it can warm
Mailboxes bought through it from Maildoso or Zapmail Google Workspace activate in one click. External SMTP and IMAP accounts activate in one click. External Google Workspace connects by OAuth or app password and external Microsoft 365 by email and password. Zapmail Microsoft 365 mailboxes are not supported.

- Whether a mailbox can be moved between warmup slots
- What happens to a warmed mailbox when a plan is downgraded
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Email Outreach Pro shows $199 beside a struck-through $279. We quote $199 with that caveat.
- Its pricing page says a mailbox is $4 a month and its billing FAQ says $3 a month. We quote both.

Compare the plan, not only the count
SmartReach Plus at $89 also brings 50,000 active prospects and unlimited users. Warmerly Growth at $49 brings 25,000 leads per campaign and a 50,000 active prospect ceiling.
Small and large both matter
SmartReach is cheaper at 6 to 10 mailboxes. Warmerly is cheaper at 1 to 5 and at 11 to 25 on the published figures.
Eight mailboxes
SmartReach Basic covers up to 10 warmup accounts for $29, which is $3.63 per mailbox at 8 (29 divided by 8). Warmerly needs Growth for 8 mailboxes at $49, or $6.13 each (49 divided by 8). SmartReach is cheaper here.
Twenty-five mailboxes
Warmerly Growth is $49, $1.96 each. SmartReach Plus is $89, $3.56 each (89 divided by 25). The gap is $40 a month.
Mailboxes that do not match
On SmartReach a mailbox from a provider it cannot warm, such as Zapmail Microsoft 365, does not count as a warmup account at all, so it needs a different warmup tool. Check the provider before you buy.
Buying infrastructure
If you also need domains and mailboxes, SmartReach sells them inside the same plan, so the real cost of 25 mailboxes includes $4 each, or $100 a month (25 times $4), on top of $89. Warmerly's plan covers mailboxes you connect, and hosted mailboxes are priced separately.
