It tests placement and monitors authentication, and its home page mentions directing mailboxes to warm-up services. Warmerly is ahead here. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Drawn side by side.
The ramp, drawn
Warmup emails a day, per mailbox, over the first 30 days
- Warmerly: 4 a day at day 0, 8 at day 3, 15 at day 7, 25 at day 14, 35 at day 21, 50 at day 30
- GlockApps: no warmup product found on its pages
Straight lines join Warmerly's published anchor points. Gmail is held to 40 a day and Outlook to 30. GlockApps has no line because it offers no warmup.
What each does with a mailbox
As each describes it
GlockApps measures where a message lands. It does not send the engagement that builds a reputation.
What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
A published ramp, real threads, spam rescue, partners picked with a memory, and a safe way to launch before warmup finishes.
Threaded warmup emails
Warmup mail goes between real mailboxes in one pool, including other customers' mailboxes. The recipient opens, replies and quotes the earlier message, up to a thread depth of 3.

A published ramp
The daily quota moves between 4 a day at day 0, 8 at day 3, 15 at day 7, 25 at day 14, 35 at day 21 and 50 at day 30, held to 40 on Gmail, 30 on Outlook and 25 on Zoho.

Spam rescue
Any warmup message found in a recipient's spam or junk folder is marked read and moved to the inbox after 10 to 120 minutes. Campaign mail to real prospects is never touched.

Partners are chosen with a memory
Partners are other mailboxes in warmup, picked by how busy they are, the mix of providers and each partner's own volume. Warmerly tries not to pick the same partner twice within 72 hours. Nothing excludes your own other mailboxes.

Two kinds of reply rate
The Positive engagement check on a mailbox counts how many warmup emails got a reply inside the network over the last 7 days. A campaign's Reply rate counts real leads. One does not predict the other, and the app keeps them apart.

Launch before warmup finishes
A campaign on mailboxes with under 14 days of warmup starts with a volume ramp of 3 emails per mailbox on day one, and warmup keeps raising its own volume to about day 30. Warmerly treats the first 14 days as the warming period.

A sandbox mailbox is warming from signup
Every signup gets a free sandbox mailbox that is already warming, so there is something to watch before you connect your own.

Warmup follows health
The daily quota is moved up or down by the mailbox's health score, so a mailbox in trouble slows down instead of keeping to the schedule.

GlockApps, in detail.
A testing and monitoring suite with no warmup product on its pages. Its alerts mention warm-up services and its consultants advise on IP warm-up, which is guidance, not a sending tool.
No warmup product listed
Its navigation lists Inbox Insight, DMARC Analyzer, Uptime Monitor, Consulting Services and DMARKOFF. None is described as warmup.

A pointer to other services
Under Inbox Insight, Automatic Tests and Alerts, its home page says: set up real-time alerts for instant notifications to switch your mailboxes and direct inactive ones to warm-up services. The page does not say whether GlockApps supplies those services or points you elsewhere.

Consulting covers warm-up strategy
Its consulting page says its experts review domain reputation, IP warm-up strategy and engagement metrics. That is advice, not a sending tool.

Placement tests only measure
The spam testing page describes reports of where a test email lands, not a process that changes sender reputation.

Consultants guide IP warm-up
Its consulting page says consultants guide you through the IP warm-up process and review IP warm-up strategy and engagement metrics. It lists recommendations, a session recording and expert answers as what you receive.

Consulting is delivered with MailSoar
The same page says the service is delivered in partnership with MailSoar. It does not say whether the consultants are GlockApps staff, MailSoar staff or both.

Advice on recovering a Gmail reputation
A help article says to start with a low email volume and increase it slowly each time reputation declines, and that recovery can take 30 to 60 or 90 days, with improvement expected in about 30 days. It was last updated on 26 October 2022.

Alerts raise a flag, not a schedule
Its automatic tests on the Growth plan send real-time alerts. The page describes notifications, not a sending routine that runs afterwards.

Its blocklist and DNS monitors are passive
The Uptime Monitor watches IP addresses against blocklists and checks SPF, DKIM and DMARC records, and offers a Request Delisting step. None of that sends mail from your mailbox.

What GlockApps does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A warmup product, network or ramp
- Any volume or schedule for warming a mailbox
- Whether GlockApps itself provides the warm-up services its alerts mention
- A schedule, daily volume or network for warming a mailbox
- How its consultants charge for warm-up advice, as the consulting page gives no price
- Whether the consulting session length is one hour or 20 minutes, as the page says both
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Testing does not warm
A placement test tells you where one message landed. It does not send the engagement that builds a reputation.
Use a tester beside a warmer
If placement matters, GlockApps' tests give a firmer reading than Warmerly's own, which is labelled Limited accuracy for now.
Five Gmail mailboxes at the ceiling
Gmail is held to 40 warmup emails a day, so five Gmail mailboxes at their ceiling send 5 times 40, or 200 warmup emails a day between them. GlockApps' pages publish no comparable figure because it sends no warmup mail.
A schedule against advice
GlockApps' recovery article expects improvement in about 30 days. Warmerly's ramp reaches 50 a day at day 30. The two periods are similar in length, but one is advice for a damaged domain and the other is a schedule for a new mailbox, so do not read them as the same promise.
When the alert fires
GlockApps' alerts tell you a mailbox needs switching or warming. If you already run Warmerly underneath that mailbox, the warming is going on before any alert, so the alert tells you something different: that placement has slipped despite warmup.
Do not test during the first days
A mailbox at day 0 sends 4 warmup emails. A placement test on it measures a mailbox with almost no history, so read the first week of any test with that in mind, whichever tool runs it.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You need mailboxes warmed before you send
- You want a published ramp
- You want warmup and campaigns together
- You want the mailbox warming before any alert fires
- You want a launch that starts at 3 emails per mailbox on day one while warmup continues
- You want partners picked with a repeat gap rather than a fixed pair
GlockApps is the better fit if
- You only need to test placement and monitor authentication
- You already warm mailboxes elsewhere
- You want advice on warm-up strategy from a consultant
- You want a consultant to talk through an IP warm-up plan
- You want alerts that tell you a mailbox needs attention
- You want to see where warmed mail lands, from a seed list, rather than warm it
Does GlockApps warm up mailboxes?
We found no warmup product on its pages. It lists spam testing, DMARC analysis, uptime and IP monitoring and consulting (glockapps.com, read 21 October 2026).
Can I use Warmerly and GlockApps together?
They do different jobs, so using both is a reasonable setup: Warmerly warms and sends, GlockApps tests placement and monitors DMARC.
What does GlockApps mean by warm-up services?
Its home page says alerts can help you direct inactive mailboxes to warm-up services (glockapps.com, read 22 October 2026). The page does not name those services or say whether GlockApps provides them.
Does GlockApps' consulting include warm-up?
Its consulting page says consultants guide you through the IP warm-up process and review warm-up strategy (read 22 October 2026). It lists recommendations, a recording and expert answers, not a sending tool.
How long does Warmerly's warmup take?
The ramp runs from 4 a day on day 0 to 50 a day by day 30, held to 40 on Gmail, 30 on Outlook and 25 on Zoho. A campaign can start before that, at 3 emails per mailbox on day one.
