Reports are verified before they show
A domain counts as verified only when its published DMARC record's rua names Warmerly's address, which proves the sender controls the DNS.

A 30 minute job reads the mailbox
A job runs every 30 minutes, reads up to 200 messages a run, unpacks plain XML, gzip and zip files and stores each report once, so a resend adds nothing.

Reports are kept for 90 days
Reports whose period ended more than 90 days ago are pruned.

Shared mail domains are refused
gmail.com, outlook.fr and similar domains belong to the provider, so they are refused: nobody using them can publish a DMARC record.

A failed report is visible
A message that could not be unpacked or parsed moves to a Failed folder, so a new report format shows up rather than vanishing.

Setting up a domain
The setup steps say to add the domain, choose a policy (none is recommended for beginners), set alignment (relaxed by default) and publish a TXT record at _dmarc with a value starting v=DMARC1. It says propagation may take up to 24 hours.

Reading sources
A help article says a DMARC PASS rate above 90% is good, and shows how to open a domain's sources and read each source's SPF and DKIM results. Its worked examples include an SPF record at 12 lookups against a limit of 10.

Why the rua tag matters
A help article says without a rua tag you will not receive reports, and recommends moving policy gradually from none to quarantine to reject. It was last updated on 4 March 2025.

Large senders must have DMARC
The page says senders of more than 5,000 emails a day to Google, Microsoft or Yahoo accounts need an active DMARC policy, valid SPF and DKIM and ARC for forwarded mail, and that failing mail will be rejected. That is its wording and should be checked against the providers.

What GlockApps does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether it has dashboards, which its page does not mention
- What DMARKOFF does, which it only links to
- The period the plan message counts cover
- What happens to forensic reports once received
- How long each retention figure applies to which kind of report
- Whether it offers a dashboard beyond the sources view
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The DMARC page says reports are stored for a year. The Trust Center says raw DMARC XML is kept for 30 days. The two may cover processed reports and raw files; we could not tell.
- The DMARC page says reports are stored for a year, the Trust Center lists 180 days on paid plans and 30 days on free, and raw XML at 30 days. The figures may cover different data; we could not tell.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Collection is the easy part
If you want alerts and digests for clients, GlockApps is built for that and Warmerly is not yet.
Check retention
Its pages say reports are kept for a year and its Trust Center says raw DMARC XML is kept for 30 days.
Ten domains is a real limit
An agency with 12 client domains cannot put them all in one Warmerly workspace for reports, because the free feature stops at 10 per workspace. GlockApps lists unlimited domains on every plan, so the same agency would not hit a domain limit but would count messages.
Count your messages
A domain sending 2 million messages a month would use more than 3 times Essential's 600,000 DMARC messages, so check the month's volume before picking a plan. The overuse rates are $7.5, $5 and $2 per 100,000, unlabelled by plan.
Collection is not action
Reports show who sends as your domain. Moving from none to reject is the step that stops spoofing, and it needs your own judgement about every legitimate sender, with either tool.
Pick the one that fits.
