Where the check happens
As each describes it
Warmerly has no audit of a real test message. GlockApps scores your message with five named filters.
Warmerly, in detail.
Free stand-alone checkers, and a warning before launch.
A free spam words checker

Pre-launch checks
A readiness check blocks a launch with no usable step or sender, and warns about DNS problems and spam-style copy.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
No message audit in the product
There is no content audit of a real test message, and no Gmail or Outlook spam-trigger report.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Spam score is a number, with a threshold
The pre-launch content check warns at a spam-word score of 25 or more, shouting or repeated punctuation in a subject, more than 5 links or more than 3 images.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A warning asks you to confirm
A warning does not block a launch, but the start request refuses once until you confirm you accept it, so it cannot be missed.

Merge tags are checked against your leads
A step that uses a token that is neither built in nor a custom field on your leads blocks the launch, so a broken {{first_name}} does not go out.

The opener needs a brief
A step that uses the AI opener blocks the launch until the campaign has a brief written.

No unsubscribe link is flagged
A sender with no verified tracking domain and no link base is warned about, because the mail would carry no unsubscribe link.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Lead research is checked for the opener
When the AI opener is used and more than 20% of queued leads lack a website summary, the launch check warns, though research also runs at send time.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
The default template needs a brief
The three-step cold intro template uses the AI opener, so it blocks until a brief is written. The plain three-step template has no opener and needs no brief.

What GlockApps does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A list of the content rules it checks
- Whether message headers are analysed in the report
- The list of content rules it checks
- How the spam score is scaled
- Whether images are scanned or only counted
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
A test message is the stronger check
Warmerly's warning is about spam-style copy. GlockApps runs your real message through filters.
Free tools help either way
Warmerly's spam words and HTML checkers need no account, whichever tool you use to test.
A heuristic is not a filter
Warmerly's warning is a rule of thumb: five links is fine, six warns. A real filter such as SpamAssassin weighs hundreds of signals, which is what a GlockApps score reflects. Use the warning to catch obvious faults and a test to check the rest.
Check merge tags first
The expensive mistake is a campaign that goes out with a blank name or a broken tag. Warmerly blocks that. A spam score does not tell you about it.
Two stages, not two products
Draft, run Warmerly's pre-launch checks, then send a copy through a tester if the message matters. That order catches faults cheaply before it spends a test credit.
Cost of checking
A Warmerly pre-launch check costs no test allowance. A GlockApps content read costs one credit, so Essential's 360 credits allow 360 message checks a year on the annual figure, if each test is one message and credits are all spent on content.
Pick the one that fits.
