Pricing model, in one look.
Warmerly prices by the number of mailboxes you connect, and does not meter warmup. TrulyInbox prices by a daily number of warmup emails shared across every account you connect, and its FAQ counts both the emails its AI sends and the ones it receives. Both models cost something: Warmerly caps mailboxes, TrulyInbox caps daily volume. Last checked 21 October 2026.

How you reach a price
What each pricing page asks you to pick
TrulyInbox's FAQ counts the emails its AI sends and receives, so its daily figure is not a count of emails sent.
Warmerly, in detail.
One lever, mailbox count, with warmup and campaign sends left unmetered on paid plans.
The plan sets the mailbox count
Free connects 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Anything larger is a custom Max plan. The price follows from that count and is published for every step.

Warmup has no monthly meter
Warmup sends are not counted against an allowance on any plan. Unmetered is not unlimited: each mailbox still has a daily quota that rises from 4 on day 0 to 50 by day 30 and never exceeds 50.

Campaign sends are unmetered on paid plans
Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter, and each mailbox still sends inside its own daily limit. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month.

Other things are metered
Email verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits have monthly allowances on each plan, and a customer who runs out can buy more without changing plan. Nothing is charged without a click.

Hosted mailboxes sit outside the count
Mailboxes that Warmerly hosts for you through OneMail do not use one of the plan's mailbox slots, and have their own pricing.

TrulyInbox, in detail.
One lever, daily warmup volume. Accounts are not charged for, and the volume is shared among them.
Pay for emails sent, not accounts connected
That is the headline of the pricing page, repeated on its home, features and agencies pages. Every paid plan lists unlimited accounts, and the plan sets the daily number of warmup emails.

What a daily warmup email is
The FAQ defines it as the emails the AI sends and receives across all accounts each day. The unit therefore counts both directions, so a plan's number is not the same as the number of emails your mailboxes send.

A 2:1 warmup-to-cold ratio
The pricing file says warmup runs at a 2:1 ratio to cold emails, and the FAQ says daily volume is shared across accounts at that ratio. It does not say how the ratio is applied or checked.

Going over: each account gets less
The FAQ says you can add accounts freely, but each gets fewer warmup emails, and you upgrade for more volume. The Starter tier is described as best suited to 3 inboxes.

A per-account ceiling of 100 a day
A help article says every connected account can send up to 100 warmup emails a day, ramping towards it, and that the plan's total cap applies across all accounts combined.

Plan changes are prorated
Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated, with cards, PayPal and invoicing for enterprise customers. Annual billing is offered on every paid tier.

What TrulyInbox does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- How the 2:1 ratio is applied, or what is counted as a cold email
- What happens part-way through a day when the plan's total is reached
- The time zone or hour at which the daily total resets
- Whether a warmup email counts once or twice when both the sender and the receiver are TrulyInbox accounts of yours
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- TrulyInbox's pricing page says there is no suggested cap on accounts on paid plans, while the same page gives a suited-for inbox count for every tier. We treat the counts as advice.
- The agencies page says unlimited accounts at one price, and its FAQ says each extra account gets fewer emails. Both are true of the same model; the first omits the second.
Only what we could verify.

TrulyInbox
Per month, billed monthly. TrulyInbox shows its annual prices first ($22, $84, $169 and $407) and its monthly prices under its toggle; read on trulyinbox.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. The inbox counts are its suited-for text, not limits, as every paid plan lists unlimited accounts. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Divide the pool by your accounts
If you connect 3 accounts on Starter, 200 a day is about 67 each; with 15 accounts it is about 13 each. These are even splits, which is an assumption: the help article says the newest accounts are served first, not equally.
Remember that received mail counts
Because TrulyInbox's unit includes emails received, 200 a day does not mean 200 sent. We cannot say how many of the 200 are outbound, because its pages do not give the split.
Set Warmerly's ceiling against your count
Five Warmerly mailboxes on Gmail have a day-30 quota of 40 first sends each, which is 200 in all, with replies planned on top. That sum is a ceiling, and most of the early days are lower on the 4 to 50 ramp.
Ask which cap you would rather meet
On Warmerly you meet the mailbox count, and the fix is a bigger plan or Max. On TrulyInbox you meet the daily volume, and the fix is a bigger tier. Neither model lets an extra mailbox warm without cost.
Watch the order of throttling
TrulyInbox's help says that when the plan total is reached, the oldest-added account is reduced and then paused first. If you add accounts over time, your longest-warmed mailbox is the one at risk.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want to know the price from the number of mailboxes alone
- You do not want a shared daily total that thins as you add accounts
- You want sends and warmup left unmetered on a paid plan
- You would rather buy a larger plan than watch a daily counter
TrulyInbox is the better fit if
- You connect many accounts that each need very little warmup
- You want to size a plan by volume and not by mailbox count
- You are comfortable managing a shared daily pool
- You want the number of accounts left open, with the price driven by volume
Does TrulyInbox charge per mailbox?
No. Its pricing page says you pay for emails sent, not accounts connected, and every paid plan lists unlimited accounts. The daily volume is what each tier sets.
What counts as a daily warmup email at TrulyInbox?
Per its pricing FAQ, the emails its AI sends and receives across all of your accounts in a day. Because received mail is included, the figure is not a count of emails sent.
What happens if I connect more accounts than a plan suits?
The pricing FAQ says you can, but each account gets fewer warmup emails, and you upgrade for more. Its help centre adds that the newest accounts are prioritised and the oldest are throttled first.
Does Warmerly cap warmup?
It does not meter warmup by the month, but each mailbox has a daily quota that never exceeds 50, held to 40 on Gmail, 30 on Outlook and 25 on Zoho.
Which model is cheaper?
It depends on how many mailboxes you run and how much warmup each needs. At the starting plans Warmerly is $19 for 5 mailboxes and TrulyInbox is $29 for a 200 a day pool, both billed monthly.
