Campaign sending, in one look.
Warmerly sends campaigns from the mailboxes it warms: sequences, pre-launch checks, limits and one reply inbox. We found no campaign sending on TrulyInbox's pages. It is a warmup tool, its FAQ says it works alongside tools such as Outreach, Apollo and Lemlist, and what it offers around sending is advice, a mailbox calculator and a spam-word checker. What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Warmup and sending in one place, with guard rails that slow or pause sending before a reputation is lost.
Sequences with branches
A sequence has email steps, wait steps, LinkedIn steps and condition steps that branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout, in a list editor or a drag-and-drop canvas. Only the canvas builds branches.

Checks before Start
A readiness check blocks a launch with no usable step, no sender or no queued leads. It warns about DNS problems on a sender, more than five senders on one domain, spam-style copy and a missing unsubscribe tracking domain, and asks you to acknowledge warnings once.

Limits per mailbox
Each mailbox has a daily campaign limit, 30 by default. A volume ramp starts at 3 emails per mailbox on day 1 and adds 1 a sending day up to 15 by default, switched on automatically when mailboxes are young.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Brakes on bounces
A mailbox is scaled down once its seven-day bounce rate passes 2%, and a campaign pauses at 7% bounces or 30% undeliverable leads, each after at least 25 sends. A mailbox taken off campaigns keeps warming and returns by itself after at least 3 days with a score of 70 or more.

One reply inbox
Connected mailboxes sync every five minutes. Replies land in one inbox with LinkedIn replies, and a genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default.

No cap on sends on paid plans
Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter, and each mailbox stays inside its own daily limit. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month.

TrulyInbox, in detail.

It says it works alongside sending tools
The FAQ says TrulyInbox works with tools such as Outreach, Apollo and Lemlist. The pages describe this as compatibility, not a formal integration, and name no connector.

Keep warmup running while you send
A help article says not to stop warm-up once outreach starts: lower the daily campaign sending limit and keep warm-up running in the background. It says warm-up is not a one-time setup.

Do not start outreach too early
It recommends avoiding parallel outreach for the first two to three weeks and says new domains should warm for at least 3 to 4 weeks, established ones 2 to 3. Its refund terms add that outreach before Ready for Outreach shows breaks its warm-up practice.

Planning tools
A mailbox calculator turns a daily volume into mailboxes using 40 emails per mailbox by default and a 20% warmup buffer. A spam checker scores subject lines and bodies out of 100 against a list of 466 terms.

An API that other tools can call
The API is for automating warmup triggers, pulling warmup data and connecting to sales tools. It controls warmup and reads reports, not campaigns.

What TrulyInbox does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A sequence builder, lead import, campaign scheduler or unsubscribe handling
- A named integration with Outreach, Apollo or Lemlist beyond the compatibility statement
- A reply inbox or reply detection
- Any plan tier that includes sending
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The spam checker's introduction refers to 200+ words while its own table gives 466 terms. We use the table.
- The mailbox calculator treats warmup as spare mailboxes, a 20% buffer, while its common-mistakes text says warmup emails count towards daily sending volume. The page does not reconcile the two.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
This is a different category of tool
TrulyInbox warms. Warmerly warms and sends. If you already have a sending tool you like, the real comparison is between the two warmup halves, and the rows above that compare warmup are the ones that matter.
Do not run two warmups under one sender
TrulyInbox's help says running several tools in parallel sends conflicting signals. If another tool also warms your mailbox, pick one warmup and turn the other off before you add Warmerly campaigns.
Both advise a low campaign volume at first
TrulyInbox says to lower the campaign limit while warm-up runs. Warmerly sets one for you: 3 a day per mailbox on day one for a young mailbox, rising by 1 a sending day to 15 by default.
Its calculator and ours agree roughly
TrulyInbox's default is 40 cold emails per mailbox a day and calls 30 to 50 standard. Warmerly's default campaign limit is 30. Both are settings you can change for yourself.
Count the second subscription
If you use TrulyInbox for warmup you will pay a separate sender such as Outreach, Apollo or Lemlist as well. Whether that costs more than one Warmerly plan depends on that tool's price, which we do not quote.
Warmerly lets you launch early, gently
A campaign can start on the day you connect a mailbox, with a volume ramp that holds a young mailbox to 3 sends a day. TrulyInbox's advice is to wait. Both are trying to protect the same reputation, by different routes.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want to warm and send from the same mailboxes
- You want pre-launch checks and automatic brakes on bounces
- You want LinkedIn steps in the same sequence as email
- You want one reply inbox for every mailbox
TrulyInbox is the better fit if
- You already have a sending tool you want to keep
- You only want warmup and its monitoring
- You want its mailbox calculator and spam-word checker for planning
- You want an API that controls warmup from your own code
Does TrulyInbox send cold emails?
We found no campaign sending on its pages. It describes itself as a warmup platform and says it works alongside tools such as Outreach, Apollo and Lemlist.
Can I use TrulyInbox with Warmerly's campaigns?
Yes, if only one tool warms the mailbox. Pause warmup on that mailbox in Warmerly and let TrulyInbox warm it, and keep campaign volume low at first.
Does Warmerly limit how many emails I send?
Paid plans have no monthly send meter. Each mailbox has its own daily limit, 30 by default, and brakes slow or pause it on high bounces. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month.
Should I stop warmup when campaigns start?
No, on either. TrulyInbox's help says to keep it running in the background and lower the campaign limit. Warmerly keeps warmup running beside campaigns.
What does TrulyInbox's spam checker do?
It scores pasted email text out of 100 and lists flagged words with suggested replacements. It checks wording only, and says that fixing trigger words does not guarantee inbox delivery.
