How you reach a price
As each company states it
Warmerly's steps are plan sizes. Folderly's bands change the rate per mailbox, and we assume the band rate applies to every mailbox.
Warmerly, in detail.
Flat by mailbox count, with the plan sizes published, three kinds of limit and channel add-ons priced on their own.
Set by mailbox count
Free has 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Larger needs go to a custom Max plan.

Warmup is not metered

Three kinds of limit
Monthly allowances (verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests, AI credits) reset on the 1st. Capacity limits (mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects) are a live count. Leads per campaign is checked at import.

Folderly, in detail.
A per-mailbox rate with three bands, billing and fee terms set out in the terms of service, and separate prices for its other products.
Three bands and a custom tier
1 to 9 mailboxes are $96 each, 10 to 24 are $72 each, 25 to 99 are $56 each, and 100 or more is custom. The 10 to 24 band is marked Most popular.

Usage is per mailbox
The pricing is a rate per mailbox per month. The page does not mention a send or volume meter for the core product.

Other tools are priced apart
Inbox Insights has a test allowance priced at $0, $79 a month or $799 a year, and its page says the number of tests applies to an account, not each mailbox. Pulse is listed as free.

Savings are shown per band
The overview shows Save up to $2600 for 1 to 9 mailboxes, $5200 for 10 to 24 and $16600 for 25 to 99. It does not say how the figures are worked out, so we do not use them.

Inbox Insights counts tests per account
Its tiers run from 100 to 5,000 or more tests, and the page says the number of tests applies to an account, not each mailbox. A test is not priced per mailbox.

Billing follows the price description
The terms say subscription fees are paid upfront on a monthly basis unless the price description says otherwise, and that a subscription renews on the same conditions until you cancel.

What Folderly does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether the lower band rate applies to every mailbox or only the extra ones
- A cap on sends or on mailboxes per account
- What the minimum commitment covers
- Whether a band rate applies to every mailbox
- How the Save up to figures are calculated
- The length of a pilot or initial contract period
- Whether an extra mailbox can be added mid-month and how it is charged
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Whether the band rate applies to every mailbox or to the extra mailboxes only is not stated. We assume every mailbox, as the page lists a price per mailbox by size band.
- Terms against pricing page: the terms say subscription fees are paid upfront monthly unless the price description says otherwise, and the pricing page labels the core rate Yearly. We cannot tell which billing a given quote follows.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
Folderly
Per month, before tax. Folderly's pricing page shows its core price on a Yearly option labelled Save 20%, and its terms say subscriptions are billed monthly upfront; a minimum commitment applies and is not defined. Read on folderly.com on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Check how the bands apply
We assume the band rate applies to every mailbox, as the page lists a per-mailbox price for each size. Its page does not say so, so confirm it before you plan a budget.
Count the tools you need
Folderly's placement tests and alerts are separate products. Warmerly's placement test is built in but has limited accuracy.
Crossing 9 to 10 mailboxes
If the band rate applies to every mailbox, Folderly's total falls from $864 at 9 mailboxes to $720 at 10, a drop of $144. On Warmerly, 9 mailboxes need Growth at $49, the same price as 25.
Questions to put to a Folderly demo
Ask whether the band rate applies to every mailbox, what the minimum commitment is, whether billing is monthly or yearly, and what the pilot terms are. Our pages could not read any of these.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a flat plan you can forecast
- You do not want a separate price for each tool
- You grow in steps of 5, 25 or 100 mailboxes
- You want a forecast that does not depend on band edges
- You add mailboxes in batches and want one plan to cover them
- You want LinkedIn and email priced in the same place
- You want to change plan yourself, with the change effective at once
Folderly is the better fit if
- You want to buy only the tool you need, such as placement tests
- You run fewer than 5 mailboxes
- You want the rate to fall at 10 and 25 mailboxes
- You want to buy only a placement test product
- You expect to be well above 25 mailboxes and want a negotiated rate
- You like the rate falling as you add mailboxes in bands
- You want enterprise terms such as a pilot period
Is Folderly priced per mailbox?
Yes. Its overview page lists $96 per mailbox for 1 to 9 mailboxes, $72 for 10 to 24 and $56 for 25 to 99, and custom pricing for 100 or more (read 21 October 2026). Warmerly prices by plan: 5, 25 or 100 mailboxes.
Does Folderly's price fall as you add mailboxes?
Yes, by band. Its pages do not say whether the lower rate applies to every mailbox, so we assume it does when we calculate totals.
Does Folderly publish a price for 100 mailboxes?
No. Its overview lists 100 or more mailboxes as a custom price (read 22 October 2026). Warmerly Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes.
What are Folderly's payment terms?
Invoices are due within 14 calendar days, payment is needed before the paid service starts, and overdue amounts carry simple interest at 6% a year (terms, read 22 October 2026).
Are Warmerly's sends metered?
Not on Starter, Growth or Agency. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month. Verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits have monthly allowances.
