Pricing model

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Mailreach details read from its pricing page and script, home page, product pages, terms, privacy policy and docs on 21 October 2026.

Warmerly

Flat, set by mailbox count: 5, 25 or 100, with the price published.

Mailreach

Per mailbox: $25, $19.50, $18 or $16 each, set by how many you connect and applied to every mailbox.

The short answer

Pricing model, in one look.

Warmerly sets its price by how many mailboxes you connect: 5, 25 or 100. Mailreach multiplies a per-mailbox rate by your mailbox count, and the rate steps down at 6, 21 and 51. Its steps mean six mailboxes cost less than five. Last checked 22 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Flat by mailbox count, with the plan sizes published and the metered items listed.

01

Set by mailbox count

Free has 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Larger needs go to a custom Max plan.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

Warmup is not metered

Warmup has no monthly meter on any plan. Every mailbox follows the same ramp, from 4 a day on day 0 to a ceiling of 50 by day 30, held lower by provider: 40 a day on Gmail, 30 on Outlook and 25 on Zoho.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

Campaign sends are not metered on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

04

Other things are metered

Email verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits have monthly allowances on each plan.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

Capacity counts, not totals

Mailboxes, active campaigns and active prospects are live counts. Disconnect a mailbox and the slot is free at once, so a plan size follows what you run today.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

06

Going over a limit

Connecting a mailbox beyond your plan is refused at that moment, with nothing charged. A workspace that ends up over its plan after a downgrade gets a grace period, and then warmup and sending pause. Nothing is deleted.

07

Annual is ten months

Annual billing is 10 times the monthly price on every paid plan.

How Mailreach does it

Mailreach, in detail.

A per-mailbox rate with four steps, plus spam test credits on three separate price lists.

01

Price times mailboxes

Each plan size is the tier rate multiplied by the mailbox count. Five mailboxes are $125, 20 are $390, 25 are $450, 50 are $900 and 100 are $1,600.

02

Six cost less than five

Because the lower rate applies to every mailbox, 6 mailboxes are $117, which is less than the $125 for 5. Likewise 21 are $378, below the $390 for 20, and 51 are $816, below the $900 for 50.

03

Spam test credits are separate

Spam testing is sold as credits, one credit for one placement test. The all-in-one plan includes at least 20 credits.

mailreach.co/pricing · read 21 October 2026

04

Pay as you go and custom quotes

A pay as you go option covers spam test credits only. A custom quote is offered for large needs, and agencies are sent to a form.

05

Three credit price lists

Credits are priced three ways: a monthly plan (50 credits $30, 1,000 credits $390), the same list 20% lower for annual (50 credits $24, 1,000 credits $312) and pay as you go (50 credits $39, 1,000 credits $507).

06

The credit slider has 12 steps

Credits run from 20 to 10,000, with a custom quote above that. The 10,000 credit price is $2,700 a month on the monthly plan and $3,510 on pay as you go.

mailreach.co/pricing · read 22 October 2026

07

One mailbox rate applies to all

The page's script sets one per-mailbox rate for the whole count, not a rate per band. A slider position of 20 mailboxes is $390 and 21 is $378.

08

Cancelling means disconnecting

The terms say you end a plan by disconnecting your email accounts in the account, and it counts from the following month.

What Mailreach does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • A published price above 100 mailboxes
  • The price of a mailbox above 100
  • Whether mailboxes can be added part way through a month and how they are charged

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Monthly against annual: the static text on the pricing page shows $19.50 a mailbox in both views, but its script sets different rates for each, and annual is 20% lower. We use the script's rates.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Plan for the step, not the average

On Mailreach's steps it can be cheaper to connect one more mailbox than to stop at the edge of a tier. On Warmerly the price changes only at 5, 25 and 100.

2

Count the other meters too

Warmerly meters placement tests and AI credits. Mailreach meters spam test credits. Read both lists before you compare totals.

3

Ten mailboxes, both ways

Ten Mailreach mailboxes are 10 times $19.50, which is $195 a month. Ten Warmerly mailboxes fit in Growth at $49, and five of them fit in Starter at $19.

4

Going from 20 to 21 mailboxes

On Mailreach, 20 mailboxes are $390 and 21 are $378, so adding one mailbox lowers the bill by $12. On Warmerly the price stays $49 across that range until you pass 25 mailboxes.

5

Forecasting a year

A Warmerly Growth workspace costs $588 over 12 monthly payments or $490 on annual billing. A Mailreach team at 25 mailboxes pays $450 a month, which is $5,400 over a year on monthly billing.

6

Ask who sets the volume

Warmerly's per-mailbox daily send limit defaults to 30, so 5 mailboxes send roughly 150 campaign emails a day on any plan. Neither price buys more volume; more mailboxes do.
