What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.
Sequences, a pre-launch readiness check, per-mailbox pacing and one reply inbox, all on the mailboxes you warm.
Sequences
Email, wait, LinkedIn and branching steps in a list editor or a drag-and-drop canvas, with an AI opener step.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Pre-launch checks
A readiness check blocks a launch with no usable step or sender, and warns about DNS problems and spam-style copy.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
No cap on sends on paid plans
Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter. Each mailbox still sends inside its daily limit. Free is capped at 100 sends a month.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
One reply inbox
Replies land in one inbox with LinkedIn replies. A genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Five things stop a launch
Start is blocked when no step has usable content, no sending account exists for a channel in use, no lead is queued, a merge tag is neither built in nor a field on the leads, or an AI opener step has no campaign brief.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Warnings you can accept once
A warning does not block. The start request refuses once until you confirm, so a risky launch is a decision rather than an accident.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Spam-style copy is flagged before sending
A content warning appears for a spam-word score of 25 or more, shouting or repeated punctuation in a subject, more than 5 links or more than 3 images.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Too many mailboxes on one domain
A deliverability warning appears when a sender's DNS check comes back warn or fail, or when more than 5 senders share one domain.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Each mailbox has its own daily cap
A mailbox sends the lower of its own daily campaign limit and its ramp cap. The ramp can tighten the cap and never raise it above what you set.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A brake when bounces rise
Once a mailbox's 7-day bounce rate passes 2%, its cap is scaled down. At 7% the mailbox is paused.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Sends are spaced, never sped up
The minimum wait you set between sends is stretched by a random 0 to 100% per mailbox, and it is never shortened.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Branching on what a lead does
The canvas editor can branch on opened, clicked, replied or timed out. The list editor is a straight chain of email, wait, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Open tracking is off by default
New campaigns do not add an open pixel unless you turn tracking on, because a pixel that fails to load is itself a spam signal on some clients.

What Mailreach does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A campaign sender or sequence editor
- A reply inbox
- Sending limits, sending windows or pacing controls
- Unsubscribe or bounce handling
- How replies to your campaigns are detected
- How many test inboxes the spam test list holds
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The home page lists a co-pilot for content advice and the agency page names Autofix AI for a similar job. We could not tell whether they are the same feature.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Two tools or one
With Mailreach you keep a separate sending tool. With Warmerly you can send from the mailboxes you warm.
A specialist can be the right call
If you already like your sender, a deliverability specialist beside it is a fair design.
A launch with a loud subject
A draft with a subject in capitals, repeated exclamation marks and 6 links raises content warnings in Warmerly before any lead is mailed, and Start asks you to confirm once. At Mailreach you would find out by sending that draft through its spam test, which costs one of your 3 free tests in 24 hours or one credit.
Six mailboxes on one domain
Warmerly warns above 5 senders on one domain, so six is the first count that triggers it. At Mailreach six mailboxes fall in its 6 to 20 tier at $19.50 each, $117 a month, and its pages do not mention a per-domain limit.
Reading the bounce rule
A mailbox that sent 200 emails in 7 days and had 5 bounce is at 2.5%, so Warmerly lowers its cap. At 14 bounces on the same 200 sends it is at 7% and the mailbox is paused. These are illustrations of the rule, not measured results.
Testing the real thing
Mailreach says to run its test under the same conditions as the campaign. That means a test email from your sender for every change. Warmerly runs its checks on the campaign itself before the first send, then again at Start.
Using both
Mailreach does not send campaigns, so pairing it with a sender is its design. If you keep your sender, you can still use Warmerly only for warm-up underneath it.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want warmup and sending in one tool
- You want pre-launch checks before a send
- You want replies in one inbox
- You want blockers and warnings checked for you before a campaign starts
- You want a brake that slows a mailbox when bounces rise
Mailreach is the better fit if
- You already have a sending tool you like
- You want deliverability only
- You want a spam test and content advice beside your sender
- You want to test a message from any sender against a list of seed addresses
- You want automatic spam tests with Slack or webhook alerts
- You want content checks such as links and image to text ratio in a report
Does Mailreach send campaigns?
We found no campaign sender on its pages. It lists warm-up, a spam test, a co-pilot and an email verifier (read 21 October 2026).
Can I run Warmerly beside another sender?
Yes. Warmerly can warm a mailbox that another tool sends from, and it does not need to send your campaigns.
What does Warmerly check before a campaign starts?
It blocks a launch with no usable step, no sender, no queued lead, an unknown merge tag or an AI opener without a brief. It warns about DNS problems, more than 5 senders on one domain and spam-style copy (src/lib/campaigns/PREFLIGHT.md).
Does Mailreach check my email content?
Its spam test reports spam words, links, images, tracking pixels, HTML and image to text ratio, and it has a co-pilot for content advice (mailreach.co/email-spam-test, read 22 October 2026).
Does Warmerly slow sending when bounces rise?
Yes. Once a mailbox's 7-day bounce rate passes 2% its cap is scaled down, and at 7% it is paused.
