Incidents explained as they happen
An incident carries a title, the affected components and timestamped updates through investigating, identified, monitoring and resolved. Some open automatically when a component is down for a few minutes, and a single bad check never opens one.

What Mailivery does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A reply time or support hours
- Support differences by plan
- The contents of its help centre, which refused our request on 21 October 2026
- Live chat hours or whether chat is staffed outside business time
- A published uptime figure or status page
- Any promise of reply time for the enterprise address
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Live chat is quicker for small questions
If you expect to ask often, a chat window beats email.
Neither publishes a service level
Ask about response times before you depend on either for urgent issues.
Check whether it is you or us
If a Warmerly campaign stalls, look at the status page first. If sending or warmup is shown as degraded, an incident is usually already posted, and the banner in the app says the same.
Self-service first
Both vendors point you to articles before a human. Warmerly's help articles walk through setup steps. Mailivery calls its knowledge base pretty good, and we could not open its help centre to judge.
Ask before you rely on speed
Neither publishes a reply time. If your outreach depends on same day fixes, ask each for a written expectation and a named contact before you buy, and test it during the trial.
Partners get a different route
A platform embedding Mailivery gets a call and dedicated onboarding. A Warmerly Agency customer with the API uses the docs and email. If you are integrating, compare those two journeys, not the headline chat feature.
Test it in the trial
Mailivery offers a 7 day free trial. Send each vendor a real question while you evaluate it and note how long the answer takes. That is the only reply time evidence either of us has.
