What it looks like.

Warmerly, in detail.

Starter connects 5 mailboxes, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Free connects 1.

Capacity is a live count
Mailboxes are counted as they stand, not as a monthly total. There is nothing to reset: disconnect a mailbox and the slot is free immediately.

Each mailbox warms by its own ramp
Warmup is not split across mailboxes. Each mailbox has a warmup day, a daily limit and a reason for that limit, shown in the Mailboxes and Warmup views.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Sending per mailbox
Each mailbox sends 30 a day by default, lower while it is still ramping. Five mailboxes at 30 a day is roughly 150 sends a day.

What Mailivery does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A maximum number of connected mailboxes
- How its shared volume is split between mailboxes by default
- Whether a mailbox can be paused without losing its history
- What happens to the warm-up history of a mailbox you remove and reconnect
- A published count of how many mailboxes a typical account connects
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Per-inbox limit: its pricing table shows a daily limit of 100 per mailbox on Starter and 250 on Professional and Business, while its FAQ says the current limit for each inbox is 250 emails a day.
Only what we could verify.

Mailivery
Per month, billed monthly. Mailivery prices were read on mailivery.io/pricing on 21 October 2026; the page also shows two per-account cards ($80 and $140 a month) that it does not explain. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Unlimited helps at scale
If you run well beyond 100 mailboxes, a plan with no mailbox limit is simpler than a custom Max plan.
Volume still binds
On Mailivery the volume cap divides across mailboxes, so a larger fleet means less warm-up each unless you move up a plan.
A team of ten mailboxes
Warmerly Growth covers up to 25 mailboxes at $49, so ten mailboxes use Growth with 15 slots to spare. Mailivery Starter at $29 covers ten mailboxes at 20 warm-up emails a day each, if you split the 200 evenly.
An agency with forty client mailboxes
Warmerly needs Agency at $179, since Growth stops at 25. Mailivery Professional at $79 gives each of 40 mailboxes 20 a day from its 800 pool, an even split that is your own setting.
Two mailboxes on one domain
Mailivery says to warm each address on a domain individually. Warmerly also ramps each mailbox on its own, so a second address on a domain starts its own day count.
What the case study claims
Mailivery's own story says 100 mailboxes were covered for $199 a month. On Warmerly 100 mailboxes is $179 on Agency. We cannot check its story, and the plans buy different things.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You run 5 to 25 mailboxes and want a clear price for that count
- You want each mailbox to warm by its own ramp
- You want a hosted mailbox that does not use a plan slot
- You like a ramp that each mailbox follows on its own
Mailivery is the better fit if
- You run many mailboxes and want no limit on count
- You want to set how much warm-up each mailbox gets
- You connect mailboxes from Zoho, Amazon SES, SendGrid or Mailgun and want them named
- You want to give each team member a login with their own mailboxes
How many mailboxes can I connect to Warmerly?
1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency. More than 100 is a custom Max plan.
Is Mailivery really unlimited?
Its pricing page says so on every plan. The practical limit is the daily warm-up volume that all your mailboxes share.
Does Mailivery work with Gmail?
Yes, through an app password, according to its how-it-works page. It also names Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Zoho, Yahoo, SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun and any SMTP.
Do Warmerly's hosted mailboxes count against my plan?
No. Mailboxes Warmerly hosts for you do not use a plan mailbox slot.
What is the daily limit for one mailbox?
On Warmerly, 30 sends a day by default, lower while a mailbox ramps. On Mailivery, its FAQ gives 250 emails a day for each connected inbox.
