Mailivery lists one-time verification credits: 100 on Starter, 500 on Professional and 2,000 on Business, and describes a two-stage check with a database screen. Warmerly, in detail.
A monthly allowance that renews, rising with the plan, with plain recommendations, a confidence score and an optional test send for uncertain addresses.
A monthly allowance
Verifications are 250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
It renews
The allowance is monthly, not a one-time pool.

Metered with other things
Verifications sit with lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits as monthly allowances.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Four plain answers, five underlying statuses
Each result reads Safe to send, Send with caution, Do not send or Unknown, with a confidence score and a one-line reason. Behind those sit valid, invalid, risky, catch-all and unknown.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Invalid only on hard evidence
An address is marked invalid only for a bad format, no mail server, a disposable domain or a server that says the mailbox does not exist. A blocked or timed-out check stays Unknown, so ambiguity is not turned into a deletion.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Bulk batches of up to 50,000
Paste addresses or upload a CSV or TXT file. A batch holds up to 50,000 addresses, duplicates are removed, and for lists over 2,000 you are asked to confirm because it uses part of your allowance and cannot be stopped once started.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Repeat checks are free
A result Warmerly already holds is served instantly and does not use your allowance. It is reused for 30 days when valid, 90 days when invalid, 14 days for catch-all, 7 days for risky and 3 days for unknown.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
A test send for uncertain addresses
For a catch-all, risky or unknown single result you can confirm with one short message from your own connected mailbox and watch for a bounce. It counts as a normal send for that mailbox, is not billed as a separate verification, and cannot settle a true catch-all domain.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Straight into a campaign
From results you can export CSV or Excel, or add addresses to a campaign. Only Safe to send addresses are added by default, and Do not send and Unknown are never added.

Also in the API
Single and bulk checks, a history list and a usage read are in the Verify API, which sits behind the Agency plan like the rest of the API.

What Mailivery does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Accuracy rates
- Which third-party service is used
- List size limits
- Whether credits renew each month
- A price for extra verification credits
- Whether verification covers addresses already inside a warm-up network
- A statement on how catch-all addresses are scored
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Its verification page says verification is included in all plans and gives no credit counts, while its pricing table lists them.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Check what you need
If you verify lists of a few thousand at a time, a monthly 5,000 covers it. A hundred credits is a spot check.
Its layers are described
Mailivery explains how it verifies. We do not publish accuracy figures either.
A 2,000 address list
On Mailivery's Business plan that one list would use all 2,000 one-time credits. On Warmerly Starter it uses 2,000 of a monthly 5,000 and the allowance comes back on the 1st.
Counting the credits you get for the price
Mailivery's Starter costs $29 a month and lists 100 credits. Professional at $79 lists 500, and Business at $199 lists 2,000. If you verify large lists often, the table suggests buying credits, which its page says you can do in the platform.
Re-checking the same list
Run the same 1,000 addresses again within a week and Warmerly serves the known results free, apart from any marked unknown, which are held for three days. Mailivery does not say whether a re-run costs credits.
A catch-all heavy list
Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 domains often answer for any address, so many business contacts come back catch-all on any tool. Warmerly says so plainly and offers a test send for single addresses. Mailivery lists Catch-All as a result but does not describe how it handles them.
Verifying before a campaign, not after
Both products position verification as the step before sending. Warmerly lets you add the Safe to send results straight into a campaign. With Mailivery you export by result type and import into whatever sender you use.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You verify lists regularly and want a monthly allowance
- You want verification inside the same app as campaigns
- You verify thousands of addresses a month and want the allowance to renew
- You want results to go straight into a campaign
- You want plain recommendations as well as raw statuses
Mailivery is the better fit if
- You want a described multi-layer check with a database screen
- You verify only occasionally
- You want a screen against a large internal database of bad addresses and spam traps
- You want a second, third-party pass on every list
How many verifications does Warmerly include?
250 a month on Free, 5,000 on Starter, 25,000 on Growth and 150,000 on Agency.
How many does Mailivery include?
Its pricing table lists one-time credits: 100 on Starter, 500 on Professional and 2,000 on Business.
Do Warmerly verification allowances renew?
Yes. The allowance is monthly and resets on the 1st. Results Warmerly already holds are free to repeat within their memory window.
What does Warmerly do with catch-all addresses?
It marks them catch-all and Send with caution, because a server that accepts everything cannot confirm one mailbox. It never turns that ambiguity into Invalid.
Does Mailivery use a database of bad addresses?
Its verification page says it screens against an internal database of over 100 million known bad emails, spam traps and flagged actors, then checks the mailbox and re-verifies through a third-party service.
