The short answer

Campaign sending, in one look.

Warmerly sends campaigns from the same mailboxes it warms, with sequences, pre-launch checks, a sending schedule and one reply inbox. We found no campaign sender on Mailivery's pages: it describes itself as a deliverability bundle and an API for partners, so you would send from another tool and use Mailivery to warm and monitor the mailboxes. How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

A campaign builder on the same mailboxes you warm, with a schedule, launch checks and one inbox for replies.

01

Sequences

Email, wait, LinkedIn and branching steps in a list editor or a drag-and-drop canvas, with an AI opener step.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

Pre-launch checks

A readiness check blocks a launch with no usable step or sender, and warns about DNS problems and spam-style copy.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

No cap on sends on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter. Each mailbox still sends inside its daily limit. Free is capped at 100 sends a month.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

04

One reply inbox

Replies land in one inbox with LinkedIn replies. A genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default.

05

Templates to start from

A blank sequence offers Three-step cold intro, Two-touch follow-up, LinkedIn then email and Single send, or a copy from another campaign. Every step stays editable and changes save by themselves.

06

A schedule you control

Sending days default to Monday to Friday and hours to 09:00 to 17:00 in the campaign's timezone. The minimum wait between sends from one mailbox defaults to 10 minutes, and the campaign daily limit defaults to 30 and accepts 1 to 50,000.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

07

Mailbox limits sit under the campaign

Each mailbox has its own daily campaign limit, 30 by default, shared by every campaign using it. A campaign limit of 500 across two mailboxes at 30 sends at most 60.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

08

Plain campaign statuses

Draft, Sending, Scheduled, Needs attention, Paused, Completed and Archived. Needs attention appears when there is no sending account or a fifth of recent attempts failed.

09

Errors block, warnings ask

Launch checks split into errors that stop a start and warnings you can accept once with Start anyway. Spam-style copy, DNS problems and a missing postal address are warnings. A missing step, sender or lead is an error.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

10

Merge tags are checked

A step that uses a tag that is neither built in nor a lead custom variable blocks the launch, so a broken placeholder is caught before it goes out.

11

Verified leads go straight in

Email verification results can be added to a campaign, and only Safe to send addresses are included by default.

Warm-up alongside live campaigns

What Mailivery does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • A campaign or sequence builder
  • A reply inbox for sales conversations
  • Sending limits for campaigns
  • Any mention of sequences, steps, waits or follow-ups
  • Lead lists or a way to add leads to a send

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

They solve different jobs

Mailivery is for warming and monitoring mailboxes you send from elsewhere. Warmerly warms and sends.

2

Both can sit beside another sender

You can warm a mailbox with either and send from another tool.

3

Working out one mailbox's day

An 8-hour window with a 10-minute gap is about 48 sends per mailbox, as our schedule help explains. Ten mailboxes on one campaign therefore have a ceiling near 480, whatever the daily limit says. The default mailbox limit of 30 lowers that to 300.

4

Matching warm-up to cold sends

Mailivery advises 1:1, so 50 cold emails a day means a warm-up speed of 50 a day. That volume comes from the warm-up allowance, which on its Starter plan is 200 a day shared across every mailbox.

5

Keeping two tools

Warm with Mailivery and send from Instantly or another sender, and you pay for both, but each does one job. Moving the sending into Warmerly removes a tool and keeps warm-up and campaign mail on the same mailbox.

6

Before you press start

A Warmerly launch with no lead, no sender or a broken merge tag is stopped. With a separate sender you rely on that tool's own checks, and Mailivery's pages describe none for campaigns.

7

Replies

Warmerly stops a lead's sequence when a genuine reply arrives. If you send elsewhere, replies and sequence logic live in that tool, and Mailivery does not read them.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

Warmerly

Warmerly is the better fit if

  • You want warmup and campaigns in one tool
  • You want LinkedIn steps in the same sequence
  • You want to cut a sender and a warm-up tool down to one
  • You want launch checks that stop a broken campaign
  • You want to control sending hours and gaps in the same place as warm-up
Mailivery

Mailivery is the better fit if

  • You already send from another tool and want only warmup and monitoring
  • You want a spam words checker
  • You send through a platform your team already knows and only need the mailboxes kept healthy
  • You are a platform or agency that wants warm-up behind an API
Questions
Does Warmerly send campaigns?

Yes. It sends sequences from the same mailboxes it warms, with pre-launch checks and one reply inbox.

Does Mailivery send campaigns?

We found no campaign sender on its pages. It warms and monitors mailboxes you send from.

What stops a Warmerly campaign from sending?

Launch errors block it: no usable step, no sender, no queued lead or a broken merge tag. Warnings, such as spam-style copy or a DNS problem, ask you to confirm once.

Can I send from another tool and warm with Warmerly?

Yes. A mailbox can be warmed in Warmerly while another tool sends. You then use that tool's own sequence features.

Does Mailivery work with my sending platform?

Its placement test says it works with emails from Instantly, Smartlead, Mailchimp, SendGrid or anything else through copy-paste mode, and warm-up connects over Gmail, Microsoft 365 or SMTP.
