Up to 40 connection requests a day, 25 recommended, and 200 a week per sender.
Sending limits, in one look.
Both tools hold connection requests to a weekly ceiling. HeyReach caps each sender at 200 connection requests a week, lets you set up to 40 a day, and recommends 25 a day once the account is warm. Warmerly holds a standard account to 10 a day and 50 a week (Premium 20 and 100), ramped over the first two weeks, and you can only set lower caps. HeyReach allows higher volume per account, and says LinkedIn does not publish its own limits. Last checked 22 October 2026.

Warmerly, in detail.
A standard account: 10 connection requests a day and 50 a week, ramped over two weeks. Premium: 20 and 100. You can only lower the caps.
A shared daily budget
A standard account is capped at 10 invitations a day and 50 a week (premium: 20 and 100). Other mature daily caps are 50 messages, 40 profile views, 20 reactions, 5 comments and 2 posts. Warmup and campaigns spend from one budget.

Invitations ramp
A standard account sends 5 invitations a day on days 1 to 3, 6 on days 4 to 7, 8 on days 8 to 14 and the full 10 from day 15. The weekly cap ramps 25, 30, 40, then 50.

Premium ramp, our arithmetic
Using the same ramp on the Premium ceilings gives 10, 12, 16 then 20 invitations a day, and 50, 60, 80 then 100 a week, over days 1 to 3, 4 to 7, 8 to 14 and from day 15. Our arithmetic from the published ceilings, not a figure in the code.

You can only lower the caps
User caps are held to the lower of your setting and the system cap.

Spacing between sends
Each account has a send interval (5 minutes by default) and jitter (3 minutes by default) so a day's budget is not fired in one pass.

Local hours for each lead
Connection and LinkedIn message steps wait for the lead's own local business hours when their country is known, which spreads a day's budget across the day for the person receiving it.

Where Warmerly is behind
The ceilings are lower than HeyReach allows, and there is no setting to raise them or to change the ramp.

HeyReach, in detail.
Connection requests are capped per sender at 200 a week, with a daily limit you set, up to 40.
A weekly cap of 200
The help article says senders are "capped at 200 Connection Requests per sender" each week. LinkedIn does not publish its weekly limit, and "at most, it goes up to 200 per week".

25 a day recommended, 40 the most
The maximum daily setting "allows senders to send up to 40 Connection Requests per day". The recommended default is 25 a day for a warm account. 30 a day is suggested only for warm accounts with over 1,000 connections.

Cooldown and locks
If LinkedIn blocks more requests, a snowflake icon shows and sending stops until next Monday. A "lock" delays sending for a couple of hours. Neither can be removed.

Limits are per account
Daily limits are "per LinkedIn account, and not per campaign", and the limits you set are maximums.

Free accounts
Free LinkedIn accounts can send a maximum of 10 personalised notes a month; the help article on free accounts says LinkedIn allows 5 to 10 notes a month.

Limits are shared across campaigns
A sender with 20 connection requests a day across 3 campaigns can send up to about 7 in each. Where a campaign has several steps of one action, the limit is split between those steps too.

Short windows can miss the limit
The article recommends an 8 to 12 hour working window. A window of 3 hours may stop a sender reaching the daily limit because of randomised delays.

What HeyReach does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- A ramp schedule for a new account
- Default limits for messages or profile views
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
HeyReach allows about four times the weekly volume
200 a week against 50 on a standard Warmerly account. Our arithmetic on the two published ceilings.
Higher is not safer
HeyReach itself says LinkedIn does not publish a limit and advises 25 a day. Your account health and LinkedIn's own rules decide what is safe.
Warmerly leans cautious
It ramps and holds a lower ceiling. If you want to push volume, that is a limit of the product.
Where a limit is shared, it is shared
In both tools a day's budget belongs to the account, not the campaign. If you add a second campaign to a busy account, each campaign gets less.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want a low, automatic ceiling and a ramp
- You send a few hundred requests a month per account
HeyReach is the better fit if
- You want higher per-account volume and to set it yourself
- You want the cooldown and lock rules written down
What are Warmerly's LinkedIn sending limits?
A standard account is held to 10 connection requests a day and 50 a week, Premium to 20 and 100, ramped over the first two weeks. You can set lower caps, never higher.
What are HeyReach's limits?
Senders are capped at 200 connection requests a week, can be set to up to 40 a day, and are advised to use 25 a day once warm (help.heyreach.io, read 21 October 2026).
Are LinkedIn limits per campaign or per account?
Per account in both. HeyReach says a sender's limits are shared across every campaign it is in (help.heyreach.io, read 22 October 2026). In Warmerly, warmup and campaigns spend from one budget per account.
