How people are organised
Roles and the unit you pay for
Warmerly's three roles are Owner, Admin and Member. Dux-Soup says admins use no seat unless they also run a LinkedIn account, and members cannot see each other's campaigns unless an admin asks Support.

Warmerly, in detail.
Client workspaces that share one pool of allowances on the Agency plan, three roles, a workspace logo, no per-client fee, and API access. No white label found.
The Agency plan
Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes, active campaigns with no limit on their number, API access and client workspaces. Beyond 100 mailboxes, Max is priced on a call. A 7-day Agency trial is available.

Client workspaces share one pool
A new workspace made by an Agency owner becomes a client workspace with no extra card or setup. Mailboxes, active campaigns, prospects, LinkedIn accounts and WhatsApp numbers are counted across the whole family against the Agency plan, so the 100 mailboxes are shared, not 100 each.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
What stays separate
Each client workspace has its own mailboxes, campaigns, leads, inbox, do-not-contact list and team. There is no charge per client workspace, and billing actions are refused inside a client workspace.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
Three roles
A member is invited as Admin or Member, and the creator is the Owner. Owner and Admin can rename the workspace, change branding and sender details, and invite or remove people. Only the Owner can change plan, open billing, buy credits or add-ons, or delete the workspace. Roles belong to one workspace.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
Where Warmerly is behind
We found no white label, no custom roles or permissions, no client report, no template sharing between workspaces and no named customer success manager in the code or docs. Specialist support and a shared dashboard across all clients are not listed either.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
A workspace can be restored
A deleted workspace can be restored, including on the Free plan from recovery, and only the Owner can delete it.
Warmerly product, checked 22 October 2026
Every client keeps its own do-not-contact list
Suppression is per workspace, so an unsubscribe in one client's workspace does not affect another's.

What Dux-Soup does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- An agency price
- White label
- Custom roles
- How seats relate to client accounts
- Seat prices for 10 or more seats
- How an agency's metered billing is calculated
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Its agency page says 'unlimited client accounts' and 'metered billing', while its pricing page shows fixed per-seat prices. How they fit together is not explained.
Only what we could verify.

Dux-Soup
Per month. Dux-Soup prices are per seat and were read on dux-soup.com/pricing on 22 October 2026; the page shows a dollar sign and names no currency, and an earlier read from Sweden showed euro prices. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Count the people who will use LinkedIn
Dux-Soup's cost grows by seat, and admins are free.
Count the clients if you are an agency
Warmerly charges no fee per client workspace, and shares one pool of allowances.
Ask both about white label
Neither page we read mentions it.
An agency with six clients
On Warmerly six client workspaces share the Agency plan's pool of 100 mailboxes at $179 a month, with no per-client fee. On Dux-Soup six client LinkedIn accounts are six seats, $330 a month on local or $594 on cloud at monthly list prices (our arithmetic), unless metered billing changes it.
A sales team of ten
Ten local seats are $550 a month and ten cloud seats are $990, before any discount for 10 or more seats, which is not quantified. Warmerly Growth at $49 has 25 mailboxes, and ten LinkedIn accounts need two 5-packs, $150 (our arithmetic).
Who sees what
In Dux-Soup a member sees only their own campaigns. In Warmerly a member sees their workspace and an Admin can invite and remove people. Roles belong to one workspace.
A monthly client report
Dux-Soup says it produces one in a click. In Warmerly you export or read the campaign results yourself, since we found no client report.

How does Dux-Soup price teams?
Per seat: a paid seat is needed for each person who uses STACKED with a LinkedIn account, and admin access is free. Its team page says the cost per user falls as seats are added, without figures.
Does Warmerly charge per client?
No. Agency is $179 a month for 100 mailboxes shared across client workspaces, with no fee per client workspace.
Do I pay per client on Warmerly?
No. Client workspaces share the Agency plan's pool, with no charge per workspace.
Do admins need a seat on Dux-Soup?
No. Admin access is free and takes no paid seat, unless the admin also uses STACKED with their own LinkedIn account.
Is there a white label option?
We found none on either side's pages. Warmerly lets a workspace carry a logo.
