From each side's own description
Dux-Soup's API article states no rate limits and no webhook events. Warmerly has no CRM sync and no Zapier or Make connector of its own that we found.
Warmerly, in detail.
An API and 16 mailbox-health webhooks on the Agency plan, an MCP server on every plan, and connections for Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and SMTP and IMAP mailboxes. No CRM sync found.
An API, on the Agency plan
API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys start with wmv_, go in an X-Api-Key header to https://app.warmerly.com/api/v1, and each user can hold up to 10 active keys. The default limit is 60 requests a minute per key, adjustable from 1 to 120. Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 agency_plan_required error.

16 mailbox-health webhooks
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. There are 16 event types, such as score_drop, auth_fail, dns_changed, auto_paused and aged_in. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only, and each user can hold up to 10 subscriptions.

Signed, retried deliveries
Every delivery carries an X-Warmerly-Signature header, the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body. Each delivery is tried up to 3 times. A failed event is not redelivered later, and a subscription switches itself off after 10 consecutive sweeps in which a delivery failed.

What Dux-Soup does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which integrations come with which plan
- Rate limits and webhook events (its API article mentions neither)
- The direction of sync for each integration
- API rate limits
- Webhook events
- Fields synced for each CRM
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- Its pricing page card names four native integrations, its included list names ten plus Zapier and Make libraries, and its integrations page names thirteen and an API. The pages do not say which come with which plan.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
List the tools you need to connect
If your CRM is on Dux-Soup's list, that is an advantage Warmerly does not match.
Warmerly's webhooks are about mailbox health
They do not cover opens, clicks or replies.
An MCP server needs no key
Warmerly's lets Claude or ChatGPT act in a workspace after a sign-in, on every plan.
Pushing replies into a CRM
Dux-Soup names Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive connectors and Zapier. Warmerly has no CRM connector, so a reply has to leave through the API on Agency or through Zapier-style tools you build yourself.
Polling the API
At 60 requests a minute a script can make 3,600 requests an hour against Warmerly's default key limit (our arithmetic). Dux-Soup's API article states no limit.
Letting an assistant help
Warmerly's MCP server lets an AI assistant read and act in the workspace but not launch sending. Dux-Soup says you can control outreach from an AI assistant and does not explain how.
Mailbox events
Warmerly's 16 webhooks tell you about mailbox health, such as score drops and failed authentication. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies.
