Pricing model

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Warmbox details read from its pricing, home, features, agency and checker pages and its help centre on 21 October 2026.

Warmerly

Set by mailbox count: 5, 25 or 100, with the price published. Warmup is not metered.

Warmbox

Set by inbox count: 1, 3 or 6, each with emails a day and team members listed; custom above 6.

The short answer

Pricing model, in one look.

Warmerly publishes a price up to 100 mailboxes and does not meter warmup. Warmbox also prices by how many inboxes you warm, and lists emails a day on each plan (50, 250, 500) and team members (1, 3, 6); above 6 inboxes it offers a custom Team plan with no price. Last checked 22 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Priced by mailbox count, with warmup and paid-plan campaign sends not metered.

01

Set by mailbox count

Free has 1 mailbox, Starter 5, Growth 25 and Agency 100. Larger needs go to a custom Max plan.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

Warmup is not metered

Warmup emails are not counted against a plan allowance. Every mailbox follows the same ramp, from 4 a day on day 0 to 50 a day by day 30.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

Campaign sends are not metered on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter. Free is capped at 100 campaign sends a month.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

04

Other things are metered

Email verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits have monthly allowances on each plan.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

Free is a plan

Free covers 1 mailbox, 1 active campaign and 100 campaign sends a month, with warmup included and not metered.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

06

Capacity is live, not a total

Mailbox slots are a live count, so disconnecting a mailbox frees its slot at once and nothing resets on the 1st.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

07

What happens at the limit

Connecting a mailbox beyond your plan is refused with an explanation. Nothing is charged and nothing is deleted.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

08

Downgrades get a grace period

A workspace that ends up over its plan, for example after a downgrade, gets a grace period with a countdown banner. Warmup and sending pause only if it is still over when it ends.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

09

Five allowances reset monthly

Verifications, lookups, exports, placement tests and AI credits reset on the 1st and do not roll over. A failed action is not charged.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

10

Agency adds workspaces

Agency covers 100 mailboxes, no stated cap on active campaigns and API access, and client workspaces that share one pool of allowances.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

11

A second workspace is paid for

Outside Agency client workspaces, a second workspace is paid for separately, and a Free plan is not enough for it.

Its help article says the daily maximum from your inbox depends on the inbox provider and on your Warmbox plan, and that exceeding a provider's limits can lower deliverability or block an account.

Which plan to choose

What Warmbox does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Whether the emails a day figure is per inbox or for the whole plan
  • What happens when the daily figure is reached
  • The price of the Team plan
  • Whether unused inboxes can be removed to lower the price
  • Whether yearly plans can be refunded part-way
  • How a plan behaves when you go over its daily emails figure

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Warmbox's pricing page lists emails a day per plan, while its help article on sending limits says the daily maximum depends on the inbox provider and the plan, with no figures. We could not tell whether the figure is per inbox.
  • The pricing page's own FAQ gives a time to first results of 15 to 30 days, while the help-centre article says 30 to 50 days, up to 90. We show both rather than choose one.

Per month, monthly billing. Warmbox shows a yearly price for each of its three plans ($15, $69 and $139) and no price for Team; read on warmbox.ai/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

Check what the daily figure means

Warmbox lists 500 emails a day on Growth, which has 6 inboxes. Its page does not say whether that is per inbox or shared, so ask before you plan around it.

2

Plan for the step

On Warmbox the next size up from 6 inboxes is a conversation. On Warmerly it is a published price until 100 mailboxes.

3

Ask what the daily figure counts

Warmbox does not say whether 500 a day on Growth is per inbox or across all 6. Divided across 6 it would be about 83 each, and if per inbox it would be 500 each. Its recipe articles suggest 40 emails a day for a first campaign, so the difference matters.

4

Plan for allowances on Warmerly

Warmup is not metered, but verification, placement tests and AI credits are. Check the monthly figures for the plan you pick before you rely on them.

5

Think about who needs a seat

Warmbox ties members to plan size. If you have a large team and few inboxes, that is a cost you pay for on Warmbox; ask Warmerly what your team needs, because its plan table gives no seat count.

6

Watch for the step above the top plan

Warmbox's custom Team plan and Warmerly's custom Max plan both start where the listed prices stop: 6 inboxes on Warmbox, 100 mailboxes on Warmerly.
