Warmerly, in detail.
Two ways in: a free plan that never ends, and a 7-day trial on paid plans that takes a card.
Free is a plan, not a countdown
Free costs $0 and needs no card. It has no end date and includes 1 mailbox, 1 active campaign and 100 campaign sends a month.

The paid trial takes a card
Starter, Growth and Agency start with a 7-day trial. A card is needed to start it, nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then. It is once per workspace.

A sandbox mailbox from signup

No trial on LinkedIn accounts
A LinkedIn account is $19 a month from the first day.

A 30-day offer exists, but only through the website
Visitors who claim the 30-day offer on warmerly.com get 30 days instead of 7, with the first charge on day 31. The offer has its own time window and is used once per account. If you did not claim it, the trial is 7 days.

A trial is the size of Starter
During a trial the monthly allowances are Starter's, whichever paid tier you are trying. The mailbox and campaign ceilings are the trialled tier's own, so you can test the real capacity of Growth or Agency.

One trial per workspace
A workspace gets one trial, ever. If it has already had one and you subscribe again, you are charged straight away and the card form says so, using the words Confirm your subscription and charged today.
Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
What happens if you do nothing
If you cancel before the first charge you are not billed. If a trial or subscription ends, the workspace falls back to Free. That move applies Free's limits at once, with no grace period, so a workspace with more than one mailbox is restricted straight away.

Refunds are narrow
Payments already taken are not refunded except in a few named cases. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access to the end of the period you paid for. Support and Warmi can explain the policy but cannot grant a refund.

Free tools with no account
The tools page offers a deliverability checker, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, blacklist, MX and BIMI checkers, a spam word checker, an email HTML checker, record generators and a warmup calculator. None needs an account and none sends an email.

What Mailwarm does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Whether anything beyond the Terms wording on refunds applies
- Whether the first-month discount works with annual billing

Mailwarm
Per month. Mailwarm shows its three prices as billed annually under a monthly and yearly switch labelled -13%, and its page text gives no monthly figure; read on mailwarm.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and are billed monthly here; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Test before you pay
On Warmerly you can connect one mailbox on the free plan. With Mailwarm the first payment starts the service, though the audit call and free tools cost nothing.
What you can try without paying
On Warmerly you can connect one mailbox on the Free plan, run warmup on it and see the dashboard before any card is involved. On Mailwarm you can use its free checkers and book the audit call, but the warmup itself starts on a paid plan.
Read the trial terms before you rely on them
A Warmerly paid trial takes a card and charges on day 8. Put the date in your calendar if you only want the trial. The end date is shown in Settings, Billing, with a badge that reads Trial ends.
Plan for the two to four weeks
Mailwarm's own FAQ says stronger placement builds over 2 to 4 weeks. That is true of any warmup, including ours: the ramp on Warmerly runs from 4 emails a day on day 0 to 50 a day by day 30. A trial of 7 days is long enough to see the dashboard work, not long enough to judge a result.
Refunds are a real difference
Mailwarm's Terms say all charges are non-refundable, and its pricing page says only to contact support. Warmerly's policy also refuses refunds on payments taken, with a few named cases, but you can avoid the question by cancelling before day 8. Neither company is generous here, so read the policy page of whichever you choose.
Which risk do you want to carry?
With a Warmerly trial the risk is forgetting to cancel. With Mailwarm the risk is paying at once for a service whose value you can only judge after weeks. The first is easy to manage with a reminder. The second is only reduced by the free audit call.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want to try warmup on one mailbox before paying
- You want a trial with a stated end
- You want to see the dashboard working on your own mailbox before paying
- You would rather cancel before day 8 than ask for a refund later
Mailwarm is the better fit if
- You want a free audit call with an expert before choosing
- You are happy to pay from day one for a managed service
- You are happy to commit from the first day to a managed service
- You want the free audit call first, with the top 3 fixes, before you spend anything
Does Mailwarm have a free trial?
No. Its FAQ says it does not offer a traditional free trial and that warm-up starts as soon as an inbox is connected. It lists no free plan.
Does Mailwarm offer refunds?
Its Terms of use say all charges are non-refundable, and unused or partly used periods earn no refund or credit. Its pricing page states no policy of its own and says to contact support, who will review your setup.
How long is the Warmerly trial?
Seven days on Starter, Growth and Agency. A card is needed, nothing is charged until day 8, and you can cancel before then. Visitors who claim the 30-day offer on the website get 30 days.
Can I try Mailwarm without paying?
Not for the warmup. Its FAQ says there is no traditional free trial. It offers free tools and a free audit call, and a 20% discount on the first month through its pricing page link.
