04

No expert calls

There is no included call with a deliverability specialist. The domain health card and DNS checks say what to fix, and you apply the fix.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

65 help articles

The help centre in the docs holds 65 articles, written as questions, on topics such as why a campaign sends fewer emails than its limit, what happens when a trial ends, what to do if a domain is blocklisted, and how to reconnect a mailbox. A glossary and a what's-new page sit beside them.

06

The product explains itself

The domain health card writes the fix under each failing record, the sending-safety pill gives a reason for Send with care or Don't send, and the warmup page names the factor limiting today's quota. That is the place Warmerly puts the advice an expert call would otherwise give, and you apply it yourself.

07

A status page

A public status page lists Warmerly's components, so you can check whether a slowdown is on our side before writing in.

08

Support cannot grant refunds or change plans

Support can explain a policy but cannot grant a refund or change or cancel a plan for you. Plan changes are yours to make under Settings, Billing, and refunds are a decision for the team. If you cannot cancel in the app, an email to hello@warmerly.com from the owner's address before the renewal date gets it cancelled.

09

A free 15-minute setup call

The Book a call page lists a free call of 15 minutes with no card and no account, on Saturday and Sunday mornings with the founder. It says the call connects your mailboxes, reads SPF, DKIM and DMARC on screen and sets a ramp, and asks you to bring the domain name and a rough count of mailboxes. It is one call, not a monthly allowance, and not a standing expert service.

Roles for a team

A workspace has Owner, Admin and Member roles. Admins can invite and remove people. Only the owner can change plan, open billing or delete the workspace, and anyone can open the audit log.

What Mailwarm does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Who the experts are and their experience
  • Reply times for support
  • What an expert call covers beyond the audit
  • A support response time or hours
  • A live chat, phone line or general support email address
  • Who the experts are, and what training they have
  • What a call covers once the free audit is done
  • Whether calls are shared across users on a plan

Where the sources disagree

We report each version rather than pick one.

  • Its about page gives two founding years: 2020 in the heading and 2021 in the story section.
  • Its home page says experts are included in every plan, its pricing table sets 1, 4 or on-demand calls by tier, and its tool page says every customer gets an audit, an expert call and an account manager; we cannot tell how the three fit together.

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

This is its main difference

If your domains already have trouble and you want a person to read the data with you, Mailwarm's plans are built for that. Warmerly shows you the fix and you make it.

2

What a call buys, in dollars

Mailwarm Growth is $159 and lists 4 calls a month. If you used every call, that is about $39.75 a call, which is our arithmetic on its listed price and ignores the warm-up itself. Starter's single call works out at $69. Warmerly has no call to price, so the comparison is a person's time against the dashboard's written advice.

3

A damaged domain

If a domain is already in spam, an expert who reads your data with you has value. Mailwarm's plans are built around that. Warmerly shows the failing record, the list that flagged you and the mailbox's safe-to-send reason, and you make the fix yourself. If you want a person to do the reading, Mailwarm is the closer fit.

4

Self-serve at 5 or 25 mailboxes

A team with 5 mailboxes on Warmerly Starter pays $19 and gets the same written advice as a team with 100. A team of 5 on Mailwarm would need Scale at $479, since Growth stops at 3, and would get calls on demand. Whether that is worth the $460 gap depends on how much a call saves you.

5

Check who answers

Neither company publishes a reply time. Before you buy on the strength of support, send a question to each and note how long the answer takes and who writes it. Warmerly publishes support@warmerly.com, and Mailwarm's pages do not say which address handles questions.

6

Know what each can do for your billing

Warmerly support cannot grant a refund or cancel a plan for you, though you can do both of the practical things yourself in the app. Mailwarm's Terms ask for an email to end a subscription. Read the relevant line before you rely on a person to fix a billing problem.

Who it suits

Pick the one that fits.

  • You are comfortable reading the dashboard and docs yourself
  • You want a lower price without calls
  • You are happy to fix records yourself from written instructions under each failing check

Mailwarm

Mailwarm is the better fit if

  • You have a damaged domain and want an expert to walk through it
