Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026
Two months free is the whole rule
The annual price is 10 times the monthly price on Starter, Growth and Agency. That is $190 against $228 on Starter, $490 against $588 on Growth and $1,790 against $2,148 on Agency, so the saving is $38, $98 and $358 a year.

Paying yearly in pounds or euros
The same ten-for-twelve rule applies in each currency the plans are sold in. Starter is 15 pounds or 17 euros a month, and its annual figure is ten times that.

Moving from monthly to yearly
If you already pay monthly, a Switch to annual card under Settings, Billing moves you to annual billing on your current plan and shows what you would save. It is not shown once you are already on annual.

Plan changes are prorated
Upgrades and downgrades take effect at once. An upgrade adds the difference for the rest of the period to your next invoice, and a downgrade turns the unused part into a credit that is set against future invoices and never paid out in cash.

Payments already taken are not refunded, with named exceptions
Annual charges are covered by the same policy as monthly ones: payments already taken are not refunded, except where we charged you in error, we end your account for a reason other than your breach, a mailbox qualifies under the inbox guarantee in the Terms, or the law requires it. The decision point is before the first charge, which is what the 7-day trial is for.

Cancelling a yearly plan
Cancelling takes effect at the end of the billing cycle you paid for, so you keep access until then. The workspace then moves to Free rather than being closed, and nothing is deleted. No contract, no minimum term and no cancellation fee apply.

A 20% discount on the first month
Code warm20 gives 20% off the first month. The page says it applies automatically when you sign up from the page, and each plan's Start Now button carries it in the registration link. It does not say whether the code works with annual billing, or whether it combines with the -13%.

What Mailwarm does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- The monthly-billing price of any tier
- What the -13% is taken from
- Whether a refund applies if you cancel mid-year
- The monthly price of any tier
- Whether warm20 can be used on a yearly plan
- Whether the first-month discount and the -13% can be combined
- How much notice is given before an annual renewal
- Whether a price rise takes effect at renewal or straight away
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The page labels -13% but gives only annual prices in text, so the monthly price cannot be checked.
- Its pricing page says you can cancel whenever you want, while its Terms say to email contact@mailwarm.com and that identity confirmation might be required.
Only what we could verify.

Warmerly
Mailwarm
Per month. Mailwarm shows its three prices as billed annually under a monthly and yearly switch labelled -13%, and its page text gives no monthly figure; read on mailwarm.com/pricing on 21 October 2026. Warmerly's email plans cover mailboxes and are billed monthly here; its LinkedIn add-on is charged per account on top.
What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Read the base price
A percentage off a higher base can still cost more. Warmerly's yearly Starter works out at $15.83 a month, against Mailwarm's $69.
Work out the first year for 10 mailboxes
Warmerly Growth covers 25 mailboxes at $490 for a year. Mailwarm Scale covers 10 at $479 a month shown. If its figure is charged for twelve months, the first year is $5,748, which is our arithmetic because its page does not state a yearly total. The gap is $5,258 before any discount.
Read what the -13% is taken from
A percentage off an unstated base cannot be checked. If the label means the yearly price is 13% below the monthly one, the monthly price would be higher than $69, but the page does not give it, so we cannot say how much. Ask Mailwarm for the monthly price in writing before comparing.
Test the offer on one month
Mailwarm's warm20 code takes 20% off a first month, which on $69 is $13.80. That is arithmetic on its shown price, and it assumes the code applies to the plan you pick. Warmerly's trial costs nothing for 7 days and then charges the plan price on day 8 unless you cancel.
Neither tool refunds a yearly payment
Both publish a no-refund rule for payments already taken, so a yearly plan is a bet on the product. The practical protection is the way in: Warmerly's 7-day trial and its free plan, and Mailwarm's free audit call and free tools. Warmerly also names cases that are refunded, such as being charged in error.
Time the cancellation
On either side, cancel before the renewal date, not after. Warmerly lets you cancel in the app under Settings, Billing and keeps access to the end of the period. Mailwarm asks for an email to contact@mailwarm.com and may ask you to confirm who you are, so allow time for that reply.
