Where the warmup sits
As each company states it
Lemwarm's home page says it is free with every lemlist plan. Warmerly has no bundle; it runs beside lemlist or any other sender, with its campaigns left off.
Warmerly, in detail.
No bundle, and it runs beside lemlist or any sender.
Not a lemlist product
Warmerly is a separate warmup and outreach product. It can warm a mailbox that another tool sends from, with campaigns left off.

Connect the same mailbox
A mailbox is connected with a Google app password or a Microsoft sign-in. No DNS or routing changes are needed.

One tool warming at a time
Do not warm one mailbox in two tools at once, because two networks sending warmup mail from one address muddies the result.

Same mailbox, two jobs
The same Gmail or Microsoft mailbox can send from lemlist while Warmerly warms it with its own campaigns left off. Mail is read and sent over the mailbox's own login, so neither tool needs DNS or routing changes.

Your volume stays your decision
Warmerly's warmup volume is held to 40 a day on Gmail and 30 on Outlook. lemlist's own sending is set in lemlist, so add the two when you plan a mailbox's total.

Free to try beside lemlist
The Free plan warms 1 mailbox with no card, so you can try it next to lemlist on one mailbox before paying for more.

Not a replacement for lemlist's sender
Warmerly does have campaigns, sequences and an inbox, but you do not have to use them. With campaigns off it only warms.

Cost beyond the bundle
The help centre says a lemwarm-only plan is one email address per subscription, so mailboxes past your lemlist plan's sender limit may need their own.

What Lemwarm does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- Which exact lemlist tiers include which lemwarm plan (Essential or Smart)
- Whether lemlist's trial includes lemwarm
- Which lemlist plans include Essential or Smart
- Whether the bundled lemwarm counts towards lemlist's own daily sending limit
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- lemlist's trial: its pricing FAQ says 14 days, while a banner on the same page says an extended 30 day free trial. We could not tell what applies to you.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Check your lemlist plan
The help centre's sender limits decide how many mailboxes the bundle covers. Beyond that, extra mailboxes need their own subscription.
You can still add Warmerly
Warmerly can warm mailboxes that lemlist does not cover, with its campaigns left off.
The question to ask lemlist
Ask whether your plan's sender limit covers all the mailboxes you intend to warm. If it does, Lemwarm costs you nothing extra and Warmerly adds little. If it does not, the gap is where Warmerly comes in.
A mixed setup
Say you have 8 mailboxes, 5 covered by a lemlist plan that lists 5 senders per user. Warmerly Starter at $19 holds 5 mailboxes, so the 3 extra fit with room to spare, and Free can try one first.
Do not warm twice
Warming one mailbox in two networks at once makes the results hard to read, so pick one tool per mailbox. Warmerly runs beside lemlist for different mailboxes, not as a second layer on the same one.
A trial worth checking
lemlist's 14-day trial text promises Multichannel features, which we assume include lemwarm because its FAQ says it is in all plans. We could not confirm that for the trial itself, so check before relying on it.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You use lemlist for some mailboxes but need more than its plan covers
- You send from Instantly, Smartlead, Apollo or another tool
- You want a free plan you can test on one mailbox
- You need more mailboxes warmed than your lemlist plan covers
- You want to try warmup free on one mailbox beside lemlist
- You use more than one sending tool
Lemwarm is the better fit if
- You send from lemlist and want one vendor and one bill
- Your lemlist plan covers all your mailboxes
- You want warmup and sending configured in the same place
- You use lemlist as your sender and want one vendor
- Your lemlist plan covers every mailbox you warm
- You want warm-up and campaign limits advised in one help centre
Do I need Lemwarm if I have lemlist?
Its home page says no: lemwarm is included free with every lemlist plan. Check your lemlist account for how many senders the plan covers.
Can I use Warmerly with lemlist?
Yes. Leave Warmerly's campaigns off and it only warms the mailbox, while lemlist sends. Do not warm one mailbox in both tools at once.
Is Lemwarm really free for lemlist customers?
Its home page and lemlist's pricing FAQ both say it is included in all plans. How many mailboxes that covers depends on your plan's sender limit.
Which is cheaper if I use lemlist?
If lemwarm is covered by your lemlist plan, Lemwarm costs nothing extra. Warmerly would only add cost for mailboxes your plan does not cover.
Does lemlist's 14-day trial include Lemwarm?
We could not confirm. The FAQ says lemwarm is in all plans and the trial gives Multichannel features, but it does not say the trial includes it.
