Campaign sending

One row, in depth: what each tool does, the verified numbers, and who each suits.

Lemwarm details read from its pricing page, home page, blog and lemlist's help centre on 21 October 2026.

Warmerly

Sequences, pre-launch checks and one reply inbox, with no cap on sends on paid plans. LinkedIn steps use a $19 per account add-on.

lemwarm

No campaign sender: lemwarm warms mailboxes and lemlist sends, from $69 a month on its Email plan.

The short answer

Campaign sending, in one look.

Warmerly sends campaigns from the mailboxes it warms, with sequences, pre-launch checks, one reply inbox and no cap on sends on paid plans, while Lemwarm only warms and lemlist is the sender. Warmerly is ahead if you want warmup and sending in one tool without lemlist. LinkedIn steps sit in the same sequence on a $19 per account add-on. Last checked 21 October 2026.

How Warmerly does it

Warmerly, in detail.

Sequences, pre-launch checks and one reply inbox.

01

Sequences

Email, wait, LinkedIn and branching steps in a list editor or a drag-and-drop canvas, with an AI opener step.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

02

No cap on sends on paid plans

Starter, Growth and Agency send without a monthly meter. Each mailbox still sends inside its daily limit. Free is capped at 100 sends a month.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

03

One reply inbox

Replies land in one inbox with LinkedIn replies. A genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

04

LinkedIn is separate

A LinkedIn account is $19 a month on top of an email plan, with no trial.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

05

Launch checks

Before Start, the campaign is checked for steps with content, sending accounts, queued leads, unknown merge tags, a campaign brief for an AI opener, and plan limits. Failures block the start.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

06

Warnings need acknowledging

A DNS warning on a sender, more than 5 senders on one domain, a missing postal address, a missing tracking domain or spammy copy asks for one acknowledgement and does not block.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

07

Replies stop the sequence

A genuine reply stops that lead's sequence by default, with separate settings for stopping on an auto-reply. A bounce stops sequencing and suppresses the address.

08

Inbox sync every five minutes

Connected mailboxes are read for new mail every five minutes, and replies appear in one inbox, including LinkedIn replies.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

09

Starter sequences

The plain three-step intro sends an email, waits 3 days, sends a follow-up, waits 5 days and sends a last one, and needs no AI opener or brief.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

10

Two editors

A list editor handles linear steps. A drag-and-drop canvas also supports branches on opened, clicked, replied or timeout.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

11

Limits on capacity, not on sends

Active campaigns are 1, 5, 25 and unlimited from Free to Agency, and leads per campaign are 500, 2,500, 25,000 and 100,000.

Warmerly product, checked 21 October 2026

12

A young mailbox starts small

If a campaign's mailboxes have had under 14 days of warmup, it starts at 3 emails per mailbox on day one and climbs. Mailboxes default to 30 sends a day.

How Lemwarm does it

Lemwarm, in detail.

07

08

A switching option

Option A starts lemlist at full volume while lowering lemwarm. Option B raises lemlist by 5, 10 and 15 a day while lowering lemwarm, which the post calls more careful and harder to track.

What Lemwarm does not say

We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.

  • Whether Lemwarm can send campaigns on its own
  • Whether lemwarm can send any campaign mail by itself
  • Whether lemlist's sequences check content before launch

In practice

What it means for you.

Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.

1

You still need a sender

With Lemwarm you pair it with a sender, and lemlist is the one that includes it free. On Warmerly the sender is in the plan.

2

Two tools, two bills

Using Lemwarm with lemlist means two products working together, with one bill if your plan includes lemwarm. Using Warmerly alone means one product with one bill, and a sender that is not lemlist.

3

From warm-up to launch

Warmerly lets you launch on a young mailbox at 3 a day and climb. Lemwarm's route is to wait for a score above 90 and 14 stable days, then start lemlist at 30 and lemwarm at 10. The Warmerly route is faster, and the Lemwarm route is more cautious.

4

Branches and replies

If a lead opens but does not reply, the canvas can branch on opened, clicked, replied or timeout. lemlist's sequences are not covered by our reading of lemwarm's pages, so check lemlist's own.

5

Volume you can actually send

Five Starter mailboxes at 30 sends a day is about 150 a day, whatever the plan says, because there is no send quota. Lemlist's Email plan lists 50,000 emails a month, which is about 1,667 a day.
