Warmerly, in detail.
An API and 16 mailbox-health webhooks on the Agency plan, an MCP server on every plan, and connections for Gmail, Outlook, Zoho and SMTP and IMAP mailboxes. No CRM sync found.
An API, on the Agency plan
API keys and the API need the Agency plan ($179 a month). Keys start with wmv_, go in an X-Api-Key header to https://app.warmerly.com/api/v1, and each user can hold up to 10 active keys. The default limit is 60 requests a minute per key, adjustable from 1 to 120. Free, Starter and Growth get a 403 agency_plan_required error.

16 mailbox-health webhooks
Outbound webhooks are signed POSTs about mailbox health. There are 16 event types, such as score_drop, auth_fail, dns_changed, auto_paused and aged_in. They do not cover opens, clicks or replies. Agency only, and each user can hold up to 10 subscriptions.

Signed, retried deliveries
Every delivery carries an X-Warmerly-Signature header, the HMAC-SHA256 of the raw body. Each delivery is tried up to 3 times. A failed event is not redelivered later, and a subscription switches itself off after 10 consecutive sweeps in which a delivery failed.

An MCP server on every plan
An MCP server at /api/mcp lets Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code and Cursor read and act in a workspace after an OAuth 2.1 sign-in. It is on every plan including Free and needs no API key. Reads and writes share 60 calls a minute per connection, and no tool can start or resume campaign sending.

Mailbox connections
Warmerly connects Gmail, Outlook, Zoho or any SMTP and IMAP mailbox, with Google and Microsoft sign-in. It also has hosted mailboxes.

Zapier is a use of the key, not a listed app
Warmerly's use-the-api help page says a key is for your own code, scripts or tools like Zapier. We found no Warmerly app listed in Zapier or Make.

Docs for machines
The docs site publishes /llms.txt and /llms-full.txt, generated from its pages, and an API reference checked against the routes by a test.

La Growth Machine, in detail.
A long integration list, with most connections described as native.

API and webhooks
An open API covers campaigns, audiences, leads, enrichment, messages, inbox and real-time webhooks, with an API key. Advanced integrations including API access are listed on Pro.

API from Pro, with a key and a call log
The quickstart says the API is available from the Pro plan. The key sits under Settings, Integrations and API, calls use a Bearer header, and every call is logged in the workspace with a toggle to show only failures. The help centre says Basic has no API, Zapier or Clay, and Pro adds unlimited webhooks.

Rate limit and credits
The developer notes for agents give 120 calls a minute per endpoint, with a wait on a 429 reply. Enrichment calls spend credits, so the notes tell an agent to check the credit balance first.

Docs written for machines too
It publishes an OpenAPI 3.1 file, llms.txt, llms-full.txt and a plain endpoint index, and an MCP server at mcp.lagrowthmachine.com.

The MCP server in detail
50 tools, 24 that read and 26 that act. You sign in with OAuth 2.1, with no key. It is free on every plan and in the trial, open source under Apache 2.0, and asks for your approval before writes by default. It starts from an existing campaign or template and duplicates it rather than writing a sequence from scratch. A read-only analysis agent needs Ultimate.

HubSpot sync, step by step
It needs Ultimate and admin rights in HubSpot. LGM checks for an existing contact by email, or by name and company, and creates one if none matches. Contacts it creates are non-marketing, so they do not raise HubSpot billing. Sync is not retroactive and must be switched on in each campaign. Skip rules can leave out leads already in a list, at a lifecycle stage or with a deal.

Field direction and owners
For HubSpot each mapped field has its own direction: to HubSpot, from HubSpot or both. Activities map to native emails, notes, tasks and communications, and each identity can be matched to a HubSpot owner. An owner already set is never overwritten.

n8n and Zapier
An official n8n node covers 13 resources and 51 operations. Zapier connects to 9,000 or more apps, and the help centre uses it for Salesforce, Close, Freshsales, Copper and Zoho.

What La Growth Machine does not say
We looked, and found no statement on these. That is about its published pages only, not about the product.
- The list of webhook events and how a delivery is signed
- A native Salesforce sync (its help centre syncs Salesforce through Zapier)
- What Pipedrive syncs beyond contacts and activity
Where the sources disagree
We report each version rather than pick one.
- The integrations FAQ says every native integration is on all paid plans, while the pricing page puts HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Ultimate.
- The integrations FAQ calls the MCP server coming soon, while the features and pricing pages say it is free on every plan.
Only what we could verify.

What it means for you.
Our reading of the facts above. Not a promise, and not the only reasonable reading.
Where Warmerly is behind
No CRM sync and no webhooks for opens, clicks or replies.
Check the plan
The integrations page says every native integration is on all paid plans, while the pricing page puts HubSpot and Pipedrive sync on Ultimate.
Reading the two rate limits
Warmerly's default is 60 requests a minute per key, which is 3,600 an hour. La Growth Machine's 120 a minute per endpoint is a different shape, as it counts each endpoint separately. They are not directly comparable, so test with the calls you will really make.
What a HubSpot sync needs on its side
Ultimate is $195 per identity a month billed monthly, or $165 billed annually, on the dollar price table. Two identities on Ultimate are $390 a month before any extra enrichment credits. Warmerly has no CRM sync, so a team that needs one in the same product is looking at that tier.
A reply that must land in a CRM on Warmerly
With no CRM sync, the options are the API on Agency at $179 a month, or a manual export. Mailbox-health webhooks do not cover replies, so the API is a poll, not a push.
Pick the one that fits.
Warmerly is the better fit if
- You want mailbox-health webhooks and an MCP server without a CRM sync
- You want an MCP server on the free plan to read mailbox health and run placement tests
- You can live without a CRM sync
La Growth Machine is the better fit if
- You want HubSpot or Pipedrive sync, Clay, n8n and a webhook for replies
- You want HubSpot or Pipedrive to show every email and LinkedIn message on the contact
- You want a verified n8n node and a documented rate limit
- You want an API from the Pro plan, not Agency
Does La Growth Machine integrate with HubSpot?
Yes. HubSpot and Pipedrive sync are on its Ultimate plan, per its pricing page read on 21 October 2026.
Does Warmerly have an API?
Yes, on the Agency plan at $179 a month, with 16 mailbox-health webhook events. An MCP server is on every plan. We found no CRM sync.
Which La Growth Machine plan includes the API?
Pro and above. Its quickstart and help article both say the API is available from the Pro plan, and Basic has none.
Does La Growth Machine sync to Salesforce?
Through Zapier, according to its help centre. Native sync is listed for HubSpot and Pipedrive only.
Can an AI assistant send emails through either tool?
On La Growth Machine, an assistant can reply or launch a campaign after you approve. On Warmerly, no MCP tool can start or resume campaign sending.
