The cheapest tool that runs cold email and LinkedIn outreach in one subscription is WarmySender, at about $27/month for one sender with a LinkedIn seat. Warmerly is next at $69/month ($19 for 5 warmed mailboxes with no cap on sends, plus $50 for one LinkedIn account), then La Growth Machine (about $70), Waalaxy Business (€69), Meet Alfred Team ($79), Reply.io Multichannel ($99) and lemlist Multichannel ($109 per user). Smartlead and Instantly do not include LinkedIn: both connect to a separate paid tool for it.
Every price below was read from the vendor's own pricing page on 28 September 2026, at monthly billing, for the cheapest plan that includes both channels. We make Warmerly, which is on this list; where another tool is the better pick, the table says so.
| Tool | Cheapest plan with email + LinkedIn | Priced per | Email warmup included | Warms the LinkedIn account | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| WarmySender | ≈$27/mo (Pro $14.99 + $12 LinkedIn seat) | Workspace + LinkedIn seat | Yes | Yes (stated: gradual ramp, dedicated proxy) | Lowest price for both channels |
| Warmerly | $69/mo ($19 email for 5 mailboxes + $50 per LinkedIn account) | Workspace + LinkedIn account | Yes, every mailbox | Yes (human-paced ramp) | Deliverability depth: spam rescue, placement tests, DNS monitoring |
| La Growth Machine | €60 / $70 (Basic) | Identity (up to 3 on Basic) | Not stated | Not stated | LinkedIn-first multichannel with enrichment |
| Waalaxy | €69 (Business; lower plans are LinkedIn only) | User | Not stated | Not stated | LinkedIn prospecting, email as an add-on channel |

What to check before you pick one
- Per user or per workspace. lemlist, Reply.io, Meet Alfred and Waalaxy multiply by every teammate. A three-person team on lemlist Multichannel is $327/month before anyone sends.
- Whether LinkedIn is native. Smartlead and Instantly sequences can include LinkedIn steps, but only through a second subscription (HeyReach, Aimfox), with separate limits and reporting.
- Whether the LinkedIn account is warmed. A new or dormant account running mature-account volume on day one is what gets restricted. Only WarmySender and Warmerly state that they ramp a new account up gradually.
- Whether the mailboxes are warmed and monitored. LinkedIn steps do not help if the email steps land in spam. Check for warmup on every mailbox and alerts when SPF, DKIM or DMARC break.
- Usage caps. Salesforge prices contacts, emails and LinkedIn actions on sliders; others cap sends per plan. Warmerly and WarmySender do not meter campaign sends.

1. WarmySender: the lowest price for both channels
WarmySender's Pro plan is $14.99/month, and a LinkedIn seat adds $12, so one sender with LinkedIn is about $27/month. Email warmup is included on every plan, and its pricing page says each LinkedIn seat gets a dedicated proxy and a gradual ramp. If price is the deciding factor, it is the cheapest way to run both channels from one tool. It is a newer and smaller product than lemlist or Reply.io, so check the integrations you need before moving a team onto it.
2. Warmerly: the most deliverability tooling for the price
Warmerly started as email warmup and now sends the campaigns too: multi-step sequences with email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps on one timeline, A/B variants, stop-on-reply, and one inbox for every reply. Email plans are $19/month for 5 mailboxes or $49 for 25, flat per workspace rather than per user, with warmup on every mailbox and no cap on campaign sends. LinkedIn is $50/month per account, with a human-paced warmup ramp for new or quiet accounts.
The deliverability side is where it goes further than anything else here: spam-folder rescue every 10 minutes, inbox-placement tests across five providers, daily SPF/DKIM/DMARC/MTA-STS checks with fix instructions, and pre-launch checks that block a campaign with a missing merge variable. The honest trade-offs: it is $42/month more than WarmySender for one LinkedIn account, LinkedIn has no free trial, and it is a younger product than lemlist or Reply.io with fewer third-party integrations.

3. La Growth Machine: LinkedIn-first multichannel
La Growth Machine's Basic plan (€60 or $70/month, less on annual billing) covers LinkedIn and email for up to three identities, with a 14-day trial and no card. Its 'Social Warming' means liking and following leads before contacting them, not ramping a new account. Good for teams that live on LinkedIn and treat email as the second touch.
4. Waalaxy: LinkedIn prospecting with email on top
Waalaxy's lower plans are LinkedIn only; email arrives on Business at €69 per user per month (about half that billed yearly). It is easy to start with and popular with solo founders, but you pay the top tier to get the second channel.
5. Meet Alfred: LinkedIn, email and X together
Meet Alfred's Team plan ($79/user) is the cheapest tier with email; Basic is LinkedIn only. It adds X/Twitter to the sequence, which none of the others here do. Its pricing page showed two conflicting sets of annual prices when we checked, so confirm the figure at checkout.
6. Reply.io: a sales-team platform
Reply.io's Multichannel plan is $99 per user per month ($89 annually) and includes one LinkedIn account per user, with email warmup on every mailbox. It also does calls, tasks and meeting booking, so it suits a sales team that wants one workspace for the whole outbound motion. The email-only plan is $59, but adding LinkedIn to it costs $69 per account, so Multichannel is the better deal if you need both.
7. lemlist: personalisation depth
lemlist Multichannel is $109 per user per month ($87 annually), with lemwarm email warmup and a 14-day trial with no card. It is the most expensive option here, and the one to pick if personalised images, videos and landing pages are central to your outreach.
8. Salesforge: native LinkedIn, usage-based
Salesforge Pro starts at $48/month and includes one native LinkedIn sender and Warmforge warmup, but contacts, emails and LinkedIn actions are priced on sliders on top, so the real bill depends on volume. Worth it if you want AI-written sequences and can predict your volume.
Why Smartlead and Instantly are not on the shortlist
Both are excellent cold email senders, and both appear in 'LinkedIn outreach' comparisons because their sequences can include LinkedIn steps. But neither does LinkedIn itself: Smartlead's help centre has you connect a separate HeyReach account, and Instantly routes LinkedIn through Aimfox. That means a second subscription, a second set of limits and a second report. If email volume is what you need and LinkedIn is occasional, they are still strong picks.
Which one should you choose?
- Cheapest way to run both channels → WarmySender
- Both channels plus the deepest deliverability tooling, flat per workspace → Warmerly
- LinkedIn-first, email as the follow-up → La Growth Machine or Waalaxy
- LinkedIn + email + X → Meet Alfred
- A sales team that also wants calls and tasks → Reply.io
- Heavy personalisation (images, video) → lemlist
- Mostly email at high volume, LinkedIn occasionally → Smartlead or Instantly with a LinkedIn add-on
Frequently asked questions
What is the best tool for cold email and LinkedIn outreach together?
It depends on budget and team size. WarmySender is the cheapest at about $27/month for one sender with LinkedIn. Warmerly ($69/month for 5 mailboxes plus one LinkedIn account) adds the most deliverability tooling. lemlist ($109/user) and Reply.io ($99/user) suit larger sales teams that need their wider feature sets.
Does Instantly or Smartlead do LinkedIn outreach?
Not natively. Both can include LinkedIn steps in a sequence, but through a separate paid tool: Smartlead connects to HeyReach and Instantly to Aimfox. You pay for and manage the LinkedIn tool separately.
What is the cheapest LinkedIn and email automation tool?
As of September 2026, WarmySender at about $27/month (Pro plan plus one LinkedIn seat). Warmerly is next at $69/month, which includes 5 warmed mailboxes with no cap on sends plus one LinkedIn account.
Will LinkedIn automation get my account restricted?
The risk comes from behaviour, not from the tool: a new or long-quiet account suddenly running mature-account volume. Ramp gradually over two to three weeks and keep daily limits conservative. WarmySender and Warmerly state that they ramp a new LinkedIn account automatically; with the others, set a low starting limit yourself.
