Is Warmly an email warmup tool?
+
No. Warmly is a B2B go-to-market platform whose main job is identifying website visitors and acting on intent signals. Its home page, read on 24 October 2026, describes visitor identification, chat, retargeting and outbound, and does not mention email warmup. If you want to warm up mailboxes, you want a different kind of tool.
Which alternatives to Warmly are worth a look?
+
It depends on the job. For visitor identification on a smaller budget, RB2B starts free and Leadfeeder has a free Lite plan; Lead Forensics sells by demo. For email warmup, which Warmly does not do, Warmerly is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes. Prices on each vendor's own page were read on 24 October 2026.
How much does Warmly cost?
+
Its pricing page, read on 24 October 2026, shows plans starting at $10,000 a year (AI Web-Deanonymization), $20,000 (Inbound Chat) and $30,000 (AI Inbound Autopilot), or $4,875, $6,500 and $9,750 a quarter. Each lists from 10K credits a month. The page does not define a credit. Add-ons such as the GTM Signals Package are $10,000 a year.
Is there a free alternative to Warmly?
+
For visitor identification, two tools list a free plan as of 24 October 2026: RB2B Free (company-level only, 150 resolutions a month) and Leadfeeder Lite (the last 100 companies a month). Warmerly also has a free plan, but it warms one mailbox and does not identify visitors.
Does Warmerly identify website visitors?
+
No. Warmerly warms mailboxes, checks their SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records every six hours, rescues warmup mail from spam, and sends email and LinkedIn campaigns from your own mailboxes. It is not an alternative to Warmly for visitor identification, and we would rather you knew that before you sign up.
I searched for Warmly email warmup. What should I use?
+
Probably a warmup tool, not Warmly. Warmerly warms 5 mailboxes for $19 a month and has a free plan with no card. The pages on this site that compare warmup tools side by side are email warmup pricing and the list of warmup tools. Compare at least two before you pay.
How accurate is visitor identification?
+
Vendors state their own coverage and we have not tested any. RB2B says 15 to 20% coverage on most plans and 35 to 45% on Pro+. Lead Forensics gives no figure on its pricing page. Treat any coverage claim as the vendor's, and ask for a trial on your own traffic: Lead Forensics offers one for a week and RB2B's Pro plan for 7 days.
What should I ask a visitor-identification vendor before buying?
+
What counts as an identified visitor or a credit, whether the price is fixed or follows the leads found, which countries person-level matching covers, how long the contract runs and how notice works, and whether the trial uses your real traffic. Warmly's own prices are labelled starting at, so ask what moves the final figure.
Vendor prices and features read on their own pages on 24 October 2026: warmly.ai, warmly.ai/pricing, rb2b.com/pricing, leadfeeder.com/pricing (dealfront.com/pricing redirects to it) and leadforensics.com/pricing. They change; check the page before you buy. We could not read Warmly's terms.
