List prices as of September 2026, monthly billing, USD. Overage, dedicated IPs and anything you build around sending are not included, so check each provider's own pricing page before you decide. The shaded row is the lowest list price. Raw Amazon SES is usually lowest because you build the rest yourself.
The calculator shows one plan per provider. These pages list every plan we compare, the effective price per 1,000 emails, the free tier and the limits that change what a plan is worth:
A cheaper list price can cost more once you add what the plan leaves out: delivery webhooks, templates, an SMTP relay, longer logs, a dedicated IP. If you are weighing two providers directly, the head-to-head pages put their prices and features side by side: Mailgun vs SendGrid, Resend vs SendGrid, Postmark vs SendGrid and Amazon SES vs SendGrid.
For each provider it finds the cheapest published monthly plan that includes your volume and shows that plan's list price. Raw Amazon SES has no plans, so it is priced at $0.10 per 1,000 emails. Overage, dedicated IPs and add-ons are left out of every row, so the figures are comparable rather than a quote.
Raw SES charges per email but leaves delivery events, bounce handling, suppression, retries, templates and a message log for you to build. The other providers include some or all of that in the plan price, so the lowest number is not automatically the cheapest way to run email.
Each provider's own pricing page, as of September 2026. The provider names in the table link to a page with its full plan list and a link to its pricing page. Prices change, so check the provider's site before you commit.
It depends on the volume. The table is computed from list prices and shades whichever row is lowest, so Warmerly is only shaded where it actually is. It is REST only today, with no SMTP relay, delivery webhooks or templates yet.
