Smartlead Alternatives in 2026: 5 Tools Compared
Which tool fits depends on what made you look: price, send caps, warmup or a flat rate. Here is each option, what its own pricing page says, and who it suits.

In this article
The right Smartlead alternative depends on why you are leaving. For a similar all-in-one at a similar price: Instantly or Saleshandy. For the cheapest way to start sending: Mailshake. For flat-rate warmup and sending across email and LinkedIn with no cap on sends on paid plans: Warmerly, from $19/month for 5 mailboxes. We make Warmerly, so treat our own row with the usual caution.
| Tool | Entry price | How it is priced | Warmup | Trial |
|---|---|---|---|---|

What to check before you switch
- Send caps. Smartlead, Instantly and Saleshandy price by monthly sends and contacts, so cost climbs with volume. Compare the plan you would actually need, not the entry plan.
- Mailbox limits. Smartlead and Instantly list unlimited email accounts. Warmerly plans cap mailboxes, so a team running dozens of inboxes should look at the plan sizes first.
- Warmup. Whether warmup is included, and at what limit, is the detail most pages bury. Ask before you pay.
- Your reason for leaving. A new sender does not fix a poor list or a broken domain. Run your domain through a free check first.

Instantly: closest to Smartlead
Instantly's pricing page shows Growth at $47 a month with unlimited email accounts, 5,000 emails and 1,000 uploaded contacts, and unlimited warmup. Its Hypergrowth plan is listed at two different prices on the same page ($97 and $358), so check the current figure. It is the natural comparison if you want another all-in-one with the same unlimited-accounts model.
Saleshandy: similar limits, a 7-day trial
Saleshandy's Starter plan is $41 a month for 6,000 emails and 2,000 active prospects, with warmup for every connected mailbox at no extra cost and a 7-day free trial. The page states mailbox limits two ways (unlimited in one place, 10 on Starter in another), so confirm with them before you rely on either.

Mailshake: lowest entry price, smaller start
Mailshake's Starter plan is $29 a month, with 1,500 sends a month and one email address per account. Unlimited sends start on Email Outreach at $49 a month with two addresses. Warmup is listed as unlimited on each plan. It offers no free trial and collects payment up front, so you commit before you test.
Warmerly: flat plans, email and LinkedIn in one
Warmerly warms your mailboxes and sends campaigns from them, with multi-step sequences, stop-on-reply and a shared inbox. Paid plans are flat: $19 for 5 mailboxes, $49 for 25 and $179 for 100, with no cap on campaign sends. The free plan covers 1 mailbox with no card. The trade-off is plain: mailboxes are capped by plan, where Smartlead and Instantly list unlimited accounts. If you only want warmup and already like your sender, Warmerly can run warmup on its own.
Frequently asked questions
What is the cheapest Smartlead alternative?
