Warmerly has one price per tier, and every channel is included from day one — email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram. No channel-split SKUs. Email mailboxes and warmup are unlimited on every tier. Each tier includes a starting allowance of LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Instagram accounts; connecting more beyond that allowance is billed as a flat per-account add-on rather than forcing an upgrade.

## Pricing FAQ

- **Do you charge per email mailbox?** No. Every plan includes unlimited mailboxes and unlimited warmup emails.
- **Why is LinkedIn/WhatsApp/Instagram priced per account?** Every tier includes a starting allowance. Need more? Connect another account any time for a flat $15/mo (LinkedIn), $10/mo (WhatsApp), or $6/mo (Instagram) — no forced upgrade.
- **What counts as an outbound relay send?** Any non-warmup email you route through Warmerly's outbound SMTP relay or API. Warmerly is warmup-first; most customers use a separate sender and never touch this quota. Need more than 500,000/month on Agency? Contact us.
- **Is there a free trial?** Yes, 7 days with full feature access. A card is required to start, but you're not charged until day 8 — cancel anytime before then.
- **Refunds?** Yes, within 30 days, no questions asked.
- **Payment methods?** All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. SEPA Direct Debit for EU customers. Invoice billing on Agency.
