It warms up Gmail, Outlook and other mailboxes so they reach the inbox, then sends your cold email campaigns from them, with LinkedIn outreach, inbox placement tests and SPF, DKIM and DMARC monitoring in the same app. There is a free plan with one mailbox and no card. Paid plans are Starter at $19 a month for 5 mailboxes, Growth at $49 for 25 and Agency at $179 for 100, with warmup included and campaign sends not metered.

## What Warmerly does

- LinkedIn outreach: connection requests and messages from the same campaigns, at $19 a month per LinkedIn account.
- Deliverability checks: inbox placement tests from your own mailbox, daily SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, and blacklist monitoring.
- Prospecting: a lead database, email finder and email verification, so campaigns go to checked addresses.
- Hosted mailboxes (OneMail) and a transactional email API, for people who want the sending infrastructure too.

Paid plans start with a free trial; a card is required for it, and nothing is charged until it ends. Yearly billing gives two months free. ## Is Warmerly legit? What you can check

Warmerly is a young product, so there are not many independent reviews yet. Rather than ask you to take our word for it, here is what you can verify before connecting a mailbox:

- Who runs it: Warmerly was founded by Kristiyan Tsvetanov, a Birmingham-based developer. The founder page says why it exists.
- Pricing is public and the free plan needs no card, so you can try it without paying anything or handing over card details.
- The refund and cancellation policy is published: you can cancel any time, and the trial costs nothing if you cancel before it ends.
- Uptime is public on status.warmerly.com, and the documentation and API reference are public on docs.warmerly.com.
- Warmerly has profiles on G2 and Capterra. Read what is there, and weigh it knowing the product is new.
- The legal pages (terms, privacy, acceptable use and the list of sub-processors) are linked from every page footer.

The honest test is the free plan: connect one mailbox, let it warm for a couple of weeks, and look at the inbox placement results before you pay for anything.

Most cold email platforms either charge per mailbox for warmup or cap how many emails you can send each month. Warmerly charges a flat price per plan, includes warmup for every mailbox, and does not meter campaign sends.
