# Free DMARC Report Monitoring Tools (2026): What You Get Without Paying URL: https://warmerly.com/blog/free-dmarc-report-monitoring-tools Published: 2026-10-14 Reading time: 6 minutes Tags: Comparison, Deliverability, Tools > Is there a free DMARC monitoring tool? Yes. Compare Valimail, Postmark, dmarcian, Cloudflare, parsedmarc and Warmerly: what is free and the limits. Yes, there are free DMARC report monitoring tools. Valimail Monitor, Postmark's free weekly digests, dmarcian's Personal plan, Cloudflare's DMARC Management (if your DNS is on Cloudflare), the open source parsedmarc and Warmerly all let you read your DMARC reports without a paid plan. They differ in how many domains they cover, how long they keep data, and whether you get a dashboard or only an email. Most paid DMARC tools we checked, such as EasyDMARC and Dmarcly, offer a trial and no free plan. > **How this was checked**: Every vendor detail below was read on the vendor's own page on October 14, 2026. Where a page did not state a limit, the table says so instead of guessing. We make Warmerly, which is on this list, so check our limits against the others yourself. ## What a DMARC monitoring tool does When your DMARC record has a rua address, Google, Microsoft, Yahoo and other receivers send a daily aggregate report to it. It is an XML file that lists every server that sent mail as your domain and whether it passed SPF, DKIM and DMARC. A monitoring tool receives those files and turns them into something readable. You need it before you move your policy from p=none to quarantine or reject, because it shows which of your own services would be blocked. ## Free DMARC report tools compared **Free ways to read DMARC reports, checked October 2026 on each vendor's own page** | Tool | What is free | Limits stated on the vendor's page | Best for | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | Valimail Monitor | Full monitoring, described as free with no trial and no card | No domain, history or volume limit stated | Anyone who wants a dashboard and many domains | | Postmark DMARC Digests | Weekly email summary, no dashboard | 7 days of history; top 10 mail sources with 5 IPs each | One domain, a light weekly check | | dmarcian Personal plan | 2 domains, $0 | Non-business use only; under 1,250 messages a month; 1 month of history | Personal and hobby domains | | Cloudflare DMARC Management | Listed as available on all plans | Needs Cloudflare DNS; the page states no price, caps or retention | Domains already on Cloudflare | | parsedmarc | Open source (Apache-2.0) | You host it and read reports over IMAP, Microsoft Graph or the Gmail API; one maintainer | Technical teams who want control | | Warmerly | Dashboard for up to 10 domains on your workspace, at no charge | Aggregate reports only; 90 days of history; no email digests or alerts | Teams already sending cold email or warming mailboxes | ## The options, one by one ### Valimail Monitor Valimail calls Monitor "completely free and unlimited", with no trial and no credit card. It turns the raw reports into named sending services and shows what passes and fails. Its page does not state domain, retention or volume limits, so read its terms before you rely on it for a large estate. ### Postmark DMARC Digests Postmark's free tier is a weekly email, not a dashboard. It covers your top 10 mail sources with up to 5 IPs each and keeps 7 days of history. A paid version costs $14 a month per domain and adds a web dashboard, 60 days of history and all sources. The free email is enough to spot a new sender, but it is thin if you are tracing a failing service. ### dmarcian Personal plan dmarcian's Personal plan is $0 for up to 2 domains that send under 1,250 messages a month, with 1 month of data history. It is for non-business use only. Business domains are not meant to stay on it, so it does not fit a company sending cold email. ### Cloudflare DMARC Management Cloudflare's documentation says DMARC Management is available on all plans to customers using Cloudflare DNS. It shows who sends from your domain and their SPF, DKIM and DMARC results. The page does not state a price, a domain cap or how long reports are kept, so we cannot say more than that. If your DNS is already there, it is the quickest to try. ### parsedmarc (self-hosted) parsedmarc is an Apache-2.0 Python package and command line tool that parses aggregate and failure reports, handles gzip and zip files, and can send the results to Elasticsearch, OpenSearch, Splunk or PostgreSQL. It costs nothing but your time and a server. The project says it is maintained by one developer. ### Warmerly DMARC monitoring Warmerly's DMARC monitoring is a free feature of every workspace, for up to 10 domains. The domains come from the mailboxes and domains you have connected, so there is no box to type in a domain by hand. You add reports+@dmarc.warmerly.com to the rua tag of your existing DMARC record, and Warmerly verifies the domain once the record is live. Warmerly checks for new reports every 30 minutes. The first reports usually arrive within 24 to 48 hours, because providers send one report a day. You see volume, SPF, DKIM and DMARC pass rates, and every sending source by IP address and hostname, with failing and unknown senders first. The limits, plainly. Warmerly accepts aggregate (rua) reports only, never forensic (ruf) reports. It keeps report data for 90 days. It does not send email digests or alerts yet, so you have to open the page. Free consumer domains such as gmail.com cannot be monitored, because you cannot publish a DMARC record on them. And it is a feature of a cold email platform, not a dedicated DMARC product, so if you need alerts, long history or a managed service, a paid specialist is the better pick. ## How to choose - One personal domain and you only want a nudge: Postmark's free weekly digest. - A business domain and you want a dashboard: Valimail Monitor, Cloudflare (if your DNS is there) or Warmerly. - You already send cold email from several domains: Warmerly puts the reports next to your mailbox health, for up to 10 connected domains. - You want full control and can run a server: parsedmarc. - You need alerts, a year of history or support: expect to pay. EasyDMARC lists DMARC Plus at $44.99 a month for 2 domains with 3 months of history, and URIports starts at $15 a year. Whichever you pick, the setup is the same: publish a DMARC record with a rua address, wait a day or two, then look for sources you do not recognize. Keep your policy at p=none until every service you use passes. Our guide to SPF, DKIM and DMARC for cold email explains the records, and the free DMARC checker at /dmarc-checker reads yours. --- Source: https://warmerly.com/blog/free-dmarc-report-monitoring-tools Full content index: https://warmerly.com/llms-full.txt Site index: https://warmerly.com/llms.txt
