# Cheaper Lemlist Alternatives With Built-In Email Warmup: 2026 Pricing URL: https://warmerly.com/blog/cheaper-lemlist-alternatives Published: 2026-10-13 Reading time: 7 minutes Tags: Cold email, Warmup, Comparison > Lemlist pricing in 2026 is $69/mo, with lemwarm warmup included. Cheaper alternatives with warmup: Instantly, Smartlead, Saleshandy, Snov.io and Warmerly. lemlist's Email plan costs $69 a month on monthly billing ($55 billed yearly) in October 2026, with lemwarm email warmup included in every plan, and LinkedIn needs Multichannel at $109. Cheaper lemlist alternatives with built-in warmup include Woodpecker ($35), Smartlead ($39), Snov.io ($39), Saleshandy ($41) and Instantly ($47), plus Warmerly, which has a free plan and then costs $19 a month for 5 mailboxes. The catch: those cheaper plans allow 5,000 to 8,000 emails a month, while lemlist's Email plan allows 50,000. We make Warmerly, so weigh that. All competitor figures were read from each vendor's pricing page on October 13, 2026. Our existing Warmerly vs lemlist page covers LinkedIn; this one is about cold email and what warmup costs. ## Lemlist pricing in 2026, and what lemwarm costs **lemlist and lemwarm pricing, checked October 13, 2026 on lemlist.com and lemwarm.com. Verify before buying.** | Plan | Monthly billing | Yearly billing (per month) | What you get | | --- | --- | --- | --- | | lemlist Email | $69 | $55 | Unlimited users and email senders, 50,000 emails a month, email warm-up and deliverability hub, lead database | | lemlist Multichannel | $109 | $87 | Unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn, SMS and calls, 5 senders per user | | lemwarm Essential (standalone) | $29 per email | $24 per email | Warmup only, for people not using lemlist | | lemwarm Smart (standalone) | $49 per email | $40 per email | Warmup only, with extra options | lemlist's pricing FAQ says lemwarm is included in all plans, and lemwarm's own pricing page says every lemlist plan includes it. So if you pay for lemlist, you are not paying $29 a mailbox on top. What the pricing page does not say is how many mailboxes the bundled lemwarm covers, so check that in your account if you plan to warm many senders. lemlist offers a 14-day free trial with no card. ## Cheaper lemlist alternatives with built-in email warmup **Entry plans of lemlist alternatives with built-in warmup, monthly billing, checked October 13, 2026 on each vendor's pricing page.** | Tool | Entry price | Warmup | Emails on entry plan | LinkedIn | | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | | lemlist (for reference) | $69/mo | lemwarm included | 50,000/mo | Multichannel plan, $109 | | Woodpecker | $35/mo for 500 contacted prospects | 2 warm-ups free, then $5/mo per account | 8,000/mo | Add-on | | Smartlead | $39/mo | Warmup pool on every plan | 6,000/mo | Not on the plan cards | | Snov.io | $39/mo | 3 warm-up slots (unlimited from $99) | 5,000 recipients | Not checked | | Saleshandy | $41/mo | Unlimited email warm-up | 6,000/mo | Not checked | | Instantly | $47/mo | Unlimited email warmup | 5,000/mo | Not checked | | QuickMail | $49/mo | Free AutoWarmer with MailFlow | 5,000/mo | Unlimited LinkedIn accounts listed on Starter | | Warmerly | Free, then $19/mo | On every mailbox, every plan | Free: 100 sends. Paid: no cap on campaign sends | $19 per LinkedIn account | ## Is lemlist actually expensive? It depends on your volume Per email, lemlist's Email plan is good value. $69 for 50,000 emails is cheaper than reaching the same volume on most of the tools above, because their entry plans stop at 5,000 to 8,000. To send around 50,000 emails a month you would need Instantly Hypergrowth ($97, 125,000 emails), Smartlead Pro ($94, 90,000), Saleshandy Pro ($99, 100,000) or QuickMail Growth ($99, 100,000). If you send that much, lemlist Email is the cheaper choice and you should stay. The alternatives are cheaper when you send less. A founder or small team sending a few thousand emails a month pays $69 for capacity they do not use. Smartlead, Snov.io and Woodpecker save $30 or more a month at that level, and Warmerly's free plan or Starter saves more. The other place lemlist gets expensive is LinkedIn. LinkedIn steps need the Multichannel plan at $109 a month. If you want LinkedIn and email together, compare that with QuickMail Starter ($49, which lists unlimited LinkedIn accounts) or Warmerly, where LinkedIn is a separate per-account price. ## The alternatives, one by one ### Smartlead: unlimited mailboxes from $39 Smartlead Base is $39 a month for 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails, with unlimited email accounts and a warmup pool on every plan. Base gets the Foundation tier of that pool; higher plans get better tiers. It has a free trial with no card. Good if you warm many mailboxes and send modest volume. ### Woodpecker: the lowest entry price Woodpecker prices by contacted prospects: $35 a month for 500, which includes 8,000 emails and 2 free warm-ups. Each extra warmed account is $5 a month, so warming five mailboxes adds $15. Its trial is 14 days or 100 cold emails, with no card. ### Saleshandy and Snov.io: prospecting data included Saleshandy Starter is $41 a month ($34 yearly) with unlimited email accounts, unlimited warm-up, 2,000 active prospects and 6,000 emails, plus lead finder credits. Snov.io Starter is $39 with 1,000 credits and 5,000 recipients, but only 3 warm-up slots; unlimited warm-up starts at Pro S for $99. Both suit people who want to find leads in the same tool, as lemlist's database does. ### Instantly: the closest like-for-like Instantly Growth is $47 a month with unlimited email accounts and warmup, for 1,000 uploaded contacts and 5,000 emails. It saves $22 a month against lemlist Email at low volume. We compare the two in more depth in Instantly vs lemlist. ### Warmerly: flat price per mailbox count, sends not capped Warmerly includes warmup on every mailbox, including on the free plan (1 mailbox, 100 campaign sends a month, no card). Starter is $19 a month for 5 mailboxes and Growth $49 for 25, with no cap on campaign sends on paid plans and a 7-day trial. It also adds daily SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks and inbox placement tests. It does not have lemlist's lead database or its depth of personalization, its warmup network is smaller, and it is a younger product with fewer integrations. > **When to stay on lemlist**: Stay if you send tens of thousands of emails a month, rely on lemlist's personalization or lead database, or have a team that would need retraining. lemwarm is already in your plan, so warmup alone is not a reason to move. ## Switching from lemlist without losing reputation 1. Export your leads, including unsubscribes and bounces, so the new tool never mails them again. 2. Turn off lemwarm on each mailbox before turning on warmup in the new tool, so one mailbox is never in two warmup networks. 3. Connect the same mailboxes to the new tool. Sender reputation belongs to your domain and mailbox, not to lemlist, so it moves with you. 4. Run the first week at lower daily volume and check placement before going back to full speed. **Keep reading** - [Warmerly vs lemlist: LinkedIn and email compared](https://warmerly.com/compare/lemlist) - [Warmerly vs lemwarm: warmup pricing per mailbox](https://warmerly.com/compare/lemwarm) - [Instantly vs lemlist: which cold email tool fits](https://warmerly.com/blog/instantly-vs-lemlist) - [Best email warmup tools in 2026](https://warmerly.com/email-warmup/best-tools) - [Warmerly pricing: free plan, then flat monthly plans](https://warmerly.com/pricing) --- Source: https://warmerly.com/blog/cheaper-lemlist-alternatives Full content index: https://warmerly.com/llms-full.txt Site index: https://warmerly.com/llms.txt
