What counts as a mailbox?+
Each email account you connect to warm up and send from, such as sam@outreach-yourco.com. Plans are sized by mailbox count: 1 on Free, 5 on Starter, 25 on Growth and 100 on Agency.
Is sending really unmetered?+
On paid plans, yes: there's no per-email meter on your bill. What limits a mailbox is its own warmup and health, and the app shows why each day's limit is what it is. The Free plan has capped sends.
How does annual billing work?+
You pay ten times the monthly price for twelve months: $190 for Starter, $490 for Growth and $1,790 for Agency. That's two months free.
Is there a free trial?+
Paid plans come with a 7-day trial as standard. The Free plan has no time limit: one mailbox, capped sends.
What is the 30-day inbox guarantee?+
It applies to paid warmup plans and comes with conditions. Read the full terms before relying on the guarantee.
What do OneMail mailboxes cost?+
Between $0.99 and $2.99 per mailbox a month, depending on your plan. They are hosted by Warmerly and start warming as soon as they are created, and they're separate from the free sandbox mailbox every signup gets.
Which currencies can I pay in?+
US dollars, pounds sterling and euros. We show the price in the currency for your region (pounds in the UK, euros in Europe, dollars everywhere else) and charge in that same currency. You are looking at US dollars now.
I run an agency. What's different?+
The Agency plan covers 100 mailboxes and adds client workspaces, so each client's mailboxes, campaigns and replies stay separate, plus API access.
